Great staff. Asked for pizzas but not to be baked as we were not ready for them. They gladly accepted and I was a happy camper.

We…read morelearned they successfully operated a food truck for quite some time and opened a brick and mortar location on June 1, 2024. Open 7 days a week, it was convenient for us to stop in for an early dinner. There is a small parking lot and the signage was clear and visible which made it easy to find. We stepped inside and immediately saw their health score of 100%! Impressive - we don't see a perfect score often. We were immediately greeted by the young lady behind the counter and the menu was easy to read and navigate. We asked for a few recommendations and my wife chose the #6 Hibachi with steak and shrimp with fried rice, zucchini, onions, and mushrooms with the white sauce on the side. I chose the #2, 4 chicken tenders with a side of mac n cheese and fries. I chose both the moose juice and buffalo sauces on the side. The prices felt consistent with other local chicken joints and after we paid, we took a seat. There was a steady stream of customers coming and going but they were either picking up to-go orders or placing orders to go. We were the only customers who were eating there. The food took a bit to arrive but we understand it takes longer when it is fresh and cooked to order, which we appreciate. My wife was really impressed with her hibachi meal, she really enjoyed it and there was enough to take leftovers for the next day. My meal was very heavy on the fries and the four chicken tenders felt pretty flat and smaller than I anticipated. The flavors were good but the overall size was a bit disappointing. I enjoyed the mac and cheese too. The moose juice was too sweet for me but I am not a fan of a traditional sweeter sauce so I wasn't entirely surprised. My wife decided to splurge and order a banana pudding cup, which she enjoyed but the serving was pretty small and she felt there are other local options that offer better banana pudding. Overall, we would try again and wish them all the best.

There is plenty of parking available to the left side of the store. I ordered the Ox Tail plate which comes with rice, pigeon peas, shredded cabbage, and sweet plantains. I also tried the Cod Fritter. The order was complete in around 10 minutes since all that was required was to place the already cooked items in a take out container. The Ox Tail was excellent - falling off the bone tender with a lot of flavor. As always with this dish, there are small bones as well as the large ones, and there will be some small area of gristle, so some caution is required as you eat. The rice, peas, cabbage mixture and the plantains were all very good, though a bit under seasoned for my tastes - some salt and a bit of hot sauce cured that up quickly. I didn't care for the well sized fritter, there was no flavor and it was rather greasy. The cost was $18, and while there was a lot of food (take out container was packed full), most of it was the rice, peas, etc. The ox tail was not overly abundant. The service was great, pleasant and efficient. I will come back to try the Goat Curry, Jerk Chicken, and the Fish Stew. Ambiance - 2 (as you would expect) Food - 4 Service - 4.5 Value - 3

I've tried their Fried Chicken Sandwich ( small filet, middle of the pack overall), but not the wings. Today I ordered the classic wings, both the Original Hot and the Lemon Pepper dry rubbed - a 6 piece mix & match combo for $12.69, it comes with their famous, well seasoned FF and a large drink. I also got a side of Cajun Corn medallions. I got both the Blue Cheese and the Ranch sauces. The FF are rather unique for a fast food spot - freshly hand cut, with a bit of skin left on, sprinkled with a seasoning mix that gives the fries sweet, salty, and savory aspects. While these fries are very popular, I'm not a fan of the seasoning, don't care for the sweet flavor on fries. Without that sweetness, these would be very, very good fries in both taste and texture - as it is, I would pass on a combo on any future visits, or swap out the fries for celery or such. The corn medallions are sliced directly from the cob, deep fried, and then sprinkled with Cajun seasoning. The corn was tasty and in medallion form, easy to deal with, but a touch greasy. The medallion were easily handled with one hand, a convenient touch. Now let's talk about the wings. The wings served here are touted as never frozen , and are cooked to order. The cooked to order claim is simply not always the case - at heavy traffic times, full baskets are cooked in anticipation of orders to be received - just how broad is the "cooked to order" window? Since around 90% of Wingstop restaurants are franchised operations, I would guess there can be significant differences in the breadth of that window. As to the never frozen, this approach brings up logistical issues for the individual restaurants - dependable suppliers capable of frequent deliveries, determining proper delivery sizes - would locations be tempted to freeze chicken to reduce loss? Would cooked wings be "carried over" to the next day? Like always, get to know your restaurant if you expect you will visit more than just occasionally! As is my habit when visiting a restaurant, I arrived shortly after the posted opening time - here it is 10:30. As was the case at the other location ( and a good number of other restaurant spots), they weren't really ready to conduct, still prepping, organizing, turning on the fryers, checking their cell phone, getting ready for their day in the world of fast food service! Took just under 25 minutes to get my order, not exactly fast food speed. The Original Hot wings were very nice with the sauce providing the right amount of heat to complement the plumb, well cooked chicken. The texture was also excellent with the tender meat pulling cleanly off the bone. The wings were nicely sauced with a bit of residue at the bottom for more dipping, but not so much as to make the wings soggy in any way! The Lemon Pepper wings were much the same, though I found them as touch bland. The Blue Cheese was good, but not great. I thought the ranch was the stronger of the two! Would I come back for these wing - only if a convenient drive by. There are a number of spots locally that topped these wings, with comparable pricing and better service - Starting with Ronni's, Waldo's, Sixty-Six, and even Longhorn, for dry rub. And other very good choices include Pizza Hut (Yes, Pizza Hut), Chili's, East Coast Wings, Buffalo Wild Wings, Applebees, and of course Zaxby's! Long review, but for a reason - this chain is getting a lot of media attention - sometimes this works, sometimes it don't - we'll see, I think there are storms on the horizon, with the service aspect the most troubling!

When I walked inside to pick up my order I was the only customer at that moment. The woman behind the counter immediately greeted me and asked if I had placed an online order with my name. I confirmed and she said she was finishing up making it at that very moment. She was very polite and welcoming. I got 15 boneless wings, lemon pepper and Louisiana dry rub as well as French fries well done with a Cajun seasoning. The chicken far exceeded my expectations. It was extremely juicy, full of flavor and crunchy!! The lemon pepper did not seem like it was lazily seasoned and tasted like they actually used real lemons to make it. The Louisiana rub seemed like it was just your classic Cajun seasoning but it was still good! As good as the chicken was, the fries did not match in quality. I opted to have them well done because I love any and all crispy foods (who doesn't?) But I was wrong in thinking that would make them extra crispy. They were super soggy, had zero crisp to them, and were basically just mush. The woman working hooked me up though. She made sure I had extra ranch, ketchup packets, napkins and silverware. She even threw in a brownie for me! I want so badly to be able to give them 5 stars based off our interaction and her level of customer service, but the fries were too bad for me to be able to give 5 stars. I will definitely be back! If you haven't tried their wings you need to. Skip the fries though

Well...this is interesting…read more I debated whether or not I was gonna have a burger for lunch, because I have to work. Burgers typically put you in the food coma. I did not want to be sluggish in the afternoon from over eating. But the menu described a burger that seemed impossible to turn down. I ordered one...and.... I thoroughly enjoyed this burger. I ordered a mushroom burger with blue cheese. It was delicious. Tasty. Perfectly seasoned and cooked well. The bun was super fresh. The mushrooms amazing. The sauces superb. But if I spend $16 on a burger and soda, I expect more. This burger could have been on the kids menu at a different restaurant. Those tiny potato rolls...you know the ones...housed this mini-meal. And despite the flavor, I would never do it again. I mean, it didn't even come with fries. Imagine the look on my face with the burger came out with no fries on that tray. On top of that, my small soda was $3.50. THREE FIFTY for a small fountain soda!!!! Absurd. So, I may try this place again...because the food is really good. I just don't think they understand that value is as big a part of taste. Visit at ur own risk.
