Just got my pizza and there isn't any cheese on it. So, it's not really a pizza nor is it any good.

Very hit and miss. If it isn't busy, you might get your food in 45 min-1 hour. If it is busy, they'll update their online tracker to make it seem like they fulfilled the order faster than they did. Don't order dipping cups. They won't remember. read more

Best pizza I've had in a long time and the staff was top notch and friendly. We ate half the pies before I thought to take a pic! So many toppings and lots of cheese! read more

Absolutely f*cking everything. Aaron and Aaron number two did absolutely amazing. It was later in the night and they still showed amazing customer care and quality. As well as the pizza was the BEST #boom. The most amazing thing I've ever put in my mouth. The delivery was very quick and he was also supper patient. Thank you so much for blessing my mouth with this pizza. Aaron and Aaron number two deserve to be blessed for this. And they deserve a raise 1000%. - Melissa and Kat read more

giving two stars because we've ordered from this location several times and never had a problem until tonight. we ordered a pizza and while it was out for delivery an emergency happened with our neighbor-- she fell and hit her head on the pavement-- and we ended up having to step out of the house and go downstairs to help her. we were only gone for maybe five minutes tops. when we came back up our delivery driver was at our door with the pizza. i apologized profusely for making him wait because i legitimately felt bad! to which he said nothing. then when we opened the box inside it looked like THIS. i understand that we made him wait and he didn't know we were helping with an emergency, and i also acknowledge that perhaps he dropped it-- either way i feel like this is unacceptable. i tried to call to inquire, and the hold line was never ending. IF he shook the box and destroyed our pizza on purpose for making him wait a few minutes, it's really disappointing and rude af. we all know how much food costs these days so it's really irritating to have it destroyed like this. read more

My food wasn't delivered when it said it was delivered, it didn't show up for another half hour.

I ordered online delivery. My tracker showed my pizza as being delivered. IT HAD NOT BEEN. I called the store and was told the driver had 2 deliveries on my street and to give them 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I call the store back to tell them I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER. 30 minutes later the driver showed up. Told them to take the food back. I had already called the store requesting a refund. Who wants cold, nasty pizza that has been riding for 35 minutes in a lost delivery driver's car??? read more

We had a mix up on the App... however the customer I received after that was probably the absolute best I've ever had! Thank you for making me feel like I was an important customer I really appreciated it! read more

Best delivery I've ever gotten from anywhere. Super fast, looks great, FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS. I'm super happy about it. Everything is correct, didn't take long at all. Included plenty of napkins, sauces & red peppers. Left nicely at my door, didn't have an issue. They followed directions as to not knocking and leaving at door, got thru my apt gates with the code I provided and I got a text indicating my delivery has arrived less than 10 minutes. Above and beyond delivery service! read more

Vanessa and her team at the Fort Lowell are excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a fresh pizza- even after we got caught up and came late to pick up our pizza. They are in a busy part of town and work tirelessly to please their customers - pizza was delicious as well. They are always making sure the customer comes first! read more

Earlier this week I placed an order (I order often from Dominos as I'm in a NO COOK mode right now). I ordered from the store closest to me (8615 e golf links, tucson). I arrived and no order. I will say this, the manager went out of his way to check to see where my order was. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that MAYBE I screwed up. I went to the store where my order was at (8486 E Broadway, tucson). Tonight, I meticulously placed my order for Golf Links. When checking out I confirmed it was for the GL store. Again.......... showed up and no order. Something is wrong with your system, but wait, the story gets better! I high tailed it off to the Broadway location, and they scrambled for my order. Took them a bit, but found it. I advised them of the problem and the manager told me..... well, that's not our problem, it's a technical issue, and well, ..... and I stopped him and said..... AND YOU WILL TELL THEM. Yeah, he replied. I said, your response should have been, I'm sorry for this problem, and I will make sure corporate is aware of it. TEACH THESE YOUNG MANAGERS HOW TO RESPOND PROPERLY TO PROBLEMS. He then went to get my order, and as he approaches the counter he drops it! So, after 20 min. or more from when I was supposed to GET my order, I now have to wait another 8 min for a new pizza to be made. I asked for a refund, and I did get it, but A. this is not about the money, B. part of my order was already a free pizza from my rewards, and I believe I should get that back into my account!!!!! Oh, and the sauce tasted very sour! So, thanks for that! read more

Once again this dominoes proves to be a massive disappointment. Janet is the worst driver as she clearly doesn't know how to route her orders for best quality or as of this evening, know how to verify an address!!! I got quoted 24 to 34 minutes for for delivery and call about 5 min before an hour to discover my order had 'already been delivered' across the street to some rando apartment/duplex area when I live across the street in a house. Learn your numbers janet!!! read more

Used the app to order which is amazing to use!!! They made the food pretty fast!!! The food was amazing!! I did a pick up and went in and the lady at the counter was amazing!! We had a conversation about my absolute favorite show Bob's Burger!!! Best experience!!! read more

Had a long day and was looking for some dinner. We all agreed on dominos. We drove down there, and tried to order from the car, since we couldn't go inside, (totally understandable). I called and listened to the long recording, then someone answered and i was hung up on. Called back again just to listen to the long recording, again. When the lady picked up, I asked her for the specials. She was fast about it so I couldn't really understand her. When I asked her to repeat it, she got a attitude, and a rude tone. I told her to forget it I didn't want to order from there anymore, and left. We went and got burgers instead. I don't understand. I've never had a problem there. When I want to order pizza I always order through dominos. I'm still giving 3 stars for the good pizza and wings. I suggest you hire people with personable skills. read more

My friend and I order pizza from here all the time. It's always easy to do over the phone and we never speak to a human except when they arrive at the door. No exchange of cash needed. This has to be much safer for the drivers too not to have to carry cash around. Anyway, the philly cheesesteak pizza is muy delicious and comes with a free cheese pizza, which we usually can barely finish. Good food, good value! read more

Pizza so good it has me thinking about it days later. I look forward to ordering more melting, deliciousness in my mouth.

Never go here if you have bills hire than 50$. My order was 25$ and they claimed they didn't have change to return back to me. If this is a nation wide company how in the world do you not have 25$ to return back to a customer? Plus there sanitization is horrible no one wears gloves. BEWARE PEOPLE!! read more

I don't get the negative reviews. I have ordered for delivery and for pickup over several years. One time the order was wrong. They made it right. Every other time it was spot on. Consistent quality from the kitchen and great customer service; including from the delivery drivers. Sometimes they are overwhelmed, as everyone wants them; like at Super Bowl time. Otherwise, you can count on quick, quality service. read more

The company should take the franchise owners license away. For being a good customer they offered me a free medium two topping pizza. Yay! Online delivery only, so I go to the site, order it,and try to checkout w/ the coupon code. I even bought a coke so the total was over the 15 dollar delivery minimum. Guess what?? After the deduction, they say they won't deliver to me because it doesn't meet the minimum!! Talk about bait and switch!! So I call the store and I get "can you hold" and am switched to hold without even time to respond. After several minutes on hold,I hung up. I tried the same order just now, with the same refusal to honor the offer. So I called again-the woman's voice-puts me on hold. Wait several minutes. Give up. You can't go in the store now,and they won't answer the phone! Crooks! read more

I am very unhappy with the crew at this location! My order was not taken correctly, my gift card didn't go through the first time, so i called, asked foe what i wanted and waited for my delivery (with coupons) which they said would honor, waited an hour, called , recorded the same and my order is cold! On the phone the "Manager said total would be 28.?? ...But when my delivery got here it was 30.96! I called and he offered me a free pizza! Im furious! read more

If I could do 0 Stars I would I was indisposed for a while when my delivery came by when I called on it the GM told me it was my third time this month they are not delivering to me again I have no order a pizza from them in over a month but they page me as a person who calls orders and doesn't pay by the way I paid ahead of time with my credit card every time I called to talk this woman hung up on me would not allow me to talk to her about anything she gave me two sentences here and there and then would disconnect so I reported establishment to the upper chain I'm not the person to say this person needs to be fired but this person obviously has no couth and no professionalism do not order from this establishment read more

Everyone who works at this location right now is FANTASTIC. This is one of the best delivery service for Dominos in Tucson.. The food is great and always made to order.. I have never had a problem that was not solved to my satisfaction , ever... I have been ordering fr them since they opened .. ONE GREAT PLACE.. I have to add.. Unlike the Dominoes at Foothills Mall by Walmart.. I will never use or recommend them to anyone... This place has horrible service. I ordered pizza for dinner tonight for delivery. Upon delivery (which took almost an hour on a Thursday night, that an hour from leaving the store not the order being placed) they left out part of my order and the driver, Tia I believe her name was, was very rude and passive aggressive because she had a hard time finding my apartment. I called the store and asked if they could please redeliver as I had 3 disappointed children that really wanted what we ordered. Girl who answered the phone apologized profusely and promised redelivery quickly. An hour and a half later I call back (at this point my kids are now in bed) and the girl who previously answered said she couldn't get to it and hung up on me. I've been ordering from here every time mom needs a night off from cooking but not after this! read more

walked in and ordered a 3 topping medium pizza, total was $16.84. No pricing in the store so looked online and saw a week long carryout deal of all pizzas 3 toppings for $7.99. I asked the guy at the register why I was charged more for the pizza. He asked if I mentioned the deal or ordered online which i did not, told me that's why I was charged extra and walked way. If your going to offer a week long carryout deal be upfront about it! Poor service and shady pricing tactics by Dominos, Wont be going back! read more

If you are looking for the best tasting pizza, and an exceptional price, then go to Domino's at Ft.lowell and Country Club! We are very picky when it comes to eating a good pizza, and since the first time we ordered pizza from this location, we do not go any where else! wonderful experience! we took advantage of the monday carry-out deal which is for a $7.99 large three topping. called in my order just before leaving work and it was ready when i got there. service was quick and friendly. even got a "have a nice night!" from a delivery driver walking in from the parking lot. the pizza was hot and delicious - baked to perfection. will definitely go again, and happily go to this location. read more

Ordered pizza for delivery, the driver was beyond unprofessional! I was quoted a time of 30-40 min and I confirmed that timeframe with the guy on the phone. I needed to go to the pharmacy A BLOCK AWAY from my house. I get a call 12 minutes later (I checked the time of my call vs the delivery drivers call to confirm time elapsed). I told him I would be right there...he said "I can't wait" I was livid...literally he said he was going back to the store and I could pick it up there...not even 2 min after hanging up I passed my house...sux for people who lie when you're being timed...then 2-3 minutes after that I was literally pulling in behind him...then when I asked for a refund of the delivery charge...instead of stating I will give you the cash equivalent to the delivery charge...he wanted to void my order which since it was a card would take up to 7 days for a return...rather than do it the easy way...anyone who has owned or worked in the business sector knows how to make things easier on the customer...you know...the reason you can have a franchise...he stated his name was Pete...I don't think that was factual...and while true I wrote something untoward on the receipt....his condescending nature and inability to even appear well kept had me just flabbergasted....I won't be ordering from there again...and he should be released for his behavior read more

One manager is very kind and helpful, the other one a complete opposite. My boyfriend came in here to pickup food and her and the Caucasian male cooking pizza were obviously extremely frustrated. Very rude service but that wasn't even the worst part about this trip. My boyfriend paid with a higher bill and the manager didn't have enough change in the drawer. She asked the Caucasian male cooking pizzas for the sufficient amount of change and with plenty of attitude and his pizza making gloves STILL ON he pulled dirty cash out of his wallet, counted it, and gave it to her. Then continued cooking pizzas and touching all of the ingredients without even changing his gloves! How disgusting and inconsiderate to others like he doesn't realize that the health of the people eating the food he prepares is in his hands. Obviously he does and just doesn't care. So disappointed that this is the Dominos that happens to be closest to my home. read more
