Dude it was just sauce on the wings and an extra bit of green on it...disappointed that we drove across town for this...wings are super dry, and I ordered extra sauce to make sure they were covered....now I'm just more down about it. I won't order from here... Come to find out, my friend found something in her pizza while munching on it for breakfast, we went back yesterday and she received a full refund and credit for future purchases They didn't try to fight it, maybe just have too much turnover being in a college town ‍ read more

terrible employees. Waited at the pickup window for 20 minutes because the employee that came to the window originally couldn't find my order maybe? Not sure but eventually someone else came up and took my now cold pizza off the shelf. Idk how you can be this bad at such an easy job but ok I guess. read more

I ordered a Large New York Style Meatzza extra cheese add mushrooms, green peppers, onion, and black olives. When my husband picked it up it was just a vegetable pizza no meat so they said they'd remake it. He called to let me know what happened and he literally had to step outside because the workers were inside playing, using profanity, and being loud to where I could barely hear him on the phone. They even say when another customer walks in, "we better settle down before they set how we really act in here but oh well" and laughed. My husband gets the pizza and brings it home and what do you know, NO extra cheese. I called to make them aware because after 2 opportunities, clearly all the playing and not paying attention is leading to wrong orders having to made over again. Being that I paid for extra cheese I either want it or the money back for the extra cheese. I called and I explain to the employee what happened and he remembers, I tell him they still forgot the extra cheese part and he recognizes that they did forget the extra cheese. He put his manager on the phone, Logan, and immediately Logan said I know the second pizza was made right I watched it. I told him it didn't have the extra cheese on top that I paid for and he got an attitude and started being rude. I decided to end the call and take my loss but Domino's app has been deleted from my phone and had completely lost my business. read more

This Dominos is so disorganized. They literally let a car sit at the drive-up window for 25 to 30 minutes. I had to wait that long to pick up one pizza. There were no places to park so that I could go in and pick up my order. Why didn't they ask the lady to come back for her order (or just pull up so others could at least pick up their pizza on time instead of holding up an entire line of cars? That's ridiculous. I was not the only customer held up in that line that went in to complain. My order was ready a 30 minutes before they handed it to me at the window. Who wants to eat a pizza that's been sitting for 30 minutes? I wish I could say this is the first time that's ever happened, but it isn't. Ordered at 4:29. It was supposed to be ready at 4:53 (14-24 min) 24 minutes... My pizza was handed to me at 5:23 PM. read more

NEVER order a large order from here because they'll forget half of it and then "lose" right after. This was for an event. Never again. If you need a bulk order, please go anywhere else. read more

Disappointed with the service NO sign of not accepting $100 bills. And manger accepted "I know we don't have a sign" It's like I'm buying here learn to check bills. Felt discriminated, was the problem my skin color or my accent. Lol anyways they would send you to the gas station to break the bill. I'm not buying from the gas station tho I'm buying pizza. They expect for other businesses to break a bill but not them. Ridiculous! Dominos is my son's and his dad favorite pizza! My son was really exited to take his Dad his favorite pizza on Father's Day :( Good thing Papa John's is just around the corner they had no problem on breaking a damn bill. read more

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with! Delivery took 4vever food was cold and burnt! CALL TELL ME THEY WILL REPLACE MY ORDER! So I call to get this order replaced the guy is rude as can be acted like the cost of food coming out of his pocket! Use to love your food and don't k ow why you hired such rude night crew that don't care about good service! My sandwich so hard couldn't eat it everything was ice cold! Rating went from 5 to -500! Service and food is horrible read more

Service was not great. Staff some were great other not so great. Food was done at 636pm I didn't receive it until around 8pm. It took a half hour just to get some one to the register so I can cancel my order and get a refund. At the time I walked in food was falling out of the oven and straight to the floor. There was only 4 people at the time. One employee stated that the food was going onto the floor. The lead man stated he didn't care. As he kept making food and putting it in the oven. Instead of stopping and fixing the problem. And get orders completed and correct it was complete chaos. read more

I sent back a pizza because I didn't order thin crust, this is the remake. It's like all the air was sucked out of it or the dough was made with dead yeast. It was so bad that I threw it in the trash. I get better pizza from my local gas station, not kidding! I'm very disappointed not to mention still hungry Stillwater, OK location. The customer service and delivery were good. read more

Don't understand the low star rating..I've been ordering pizzas here for months and have gotten really great pizza and the service has been top notched. Sometimes you have to ask if they have any specials. I've been taking advantage of the three toppings large pizza for $7.99. Give them a try. I have to admit the app isn't the easiest to use. read more

I ordered pizza and it's been two hours since I placed the delivery. Very frustrated. I know it's night time but this is crazy.

Would love to give them negative stars. Ordered pizza online, just like several times before with out issue. After an hour no pizza, their pizza tracker says it's delivered hope I'm enjoying said pizza. Yet I have no pizza so I'm pissed, I call the store calmly and ask what the status is. I'm then told that the order hasn't yet left the store and that it will be right out. So another hour goes by, I'm still with out the shit ass dominos pizza I had ordered. I call the store yet again, get the manager who claims it was delivered to the wrong address which is possible (but a complete dick ass move). Told oh sorry I'll get that right out (second time I was told this) lost my shit a bit asked for my money refunded. Do yourself a favor and buy a frozen pizza it'll be better and delivered when it says it will. read more

This review is for everyone, but especially for those that have experienced sub par service. Give them another chance. I am a business traveler and can eat eat anywhere. I chose this location for the delivery convenience. Wow, did they deliver. I ordered the Pepperoni thin crust pizza. It was delivered hot, flavorful and the crust had just the right crunch. Delivery service was very acceptable. Less than 40 minutes. Bailey, the delivery person, was friendly and very courteous. I highly recommend this location if you are wanting a good pizza delivered in Stillwater. read more

The entire operation is like a chicken with its head cut off. The employees are confused and that confuses the customers I would not order delivery for this place just stick with pick up if you need pizza. read more

This is probably the worst dominos I have EVER ordered from. They took over two hours to get my pizza to me and when I called they said he was almost there. So I waited another 40-50 min and nothing. I called again and they said 10-15 mins still nothing. If I were you I would not order delivery because it will be forever before you get it. All in all I got my pizza but It shouldn't take that long!!!!!!!!!! read more

The delivery was quick, so I tipped the driver. However, the customer service sucks and they can't make sandwiches worth shit. The bread was stale and they put onions on the sandwich. I witnessed a live allergic reaction all due to some disgusting ass onions. Never ordering from these sonofabitches again, and the manager was rude. read more

Wow the service at dominos was insanely fast I ordered a pizza and they said it would be there in 45 minutes but it got to my door steaming hot in like 15 I was impressed read more

Great Pizza! Great wings. Open until 1. Try spinach and mushrooms. Pizza is awesome.

I hadn't ordered pizza at Domino's for a while after my awful experience about three months ago; but this afternoon I ordered a pizza for my lunch hoping that I can get the quality I used to expect from Domino's and guess what? It was super awful. It was literally just the crust, no cheese, no sauce, and just a few toppings. That was my last mistake for sure. read more

Just ordered a pasta bread bowl. It took over 40 minutes to receive which was completely undercooked. They also forgot my drink and had to drive back and get it. I usually love dominos but the last two times it was horrible. Forgetting the rest of my order and it being undercooked or really bland. Two stars. read more
