They don't deliver to my home which is only about 2 miles away it is very frustrating.

I ordered a thin-crust pizza. I don't care for a lot of bread - so I really enjoyed a thin-crust pizza I'd had a week prior. I had saved this particular pizza and given it a name in the app so that it'd be easy to simply re-order. For whatever reason - I was given a THICK crust pizza. The receipt indicated that it was a thin-crust pizza. I called immediately to explain the situation. The man was RUDE and spoke in a very monotone and nonchalant manner. He even asked at one point, 'anything else...?' before hanging up. He never once offered a remedy or an apology. we ordered a pizza and chicken wings for delivery, an hour and a half later the pizza still did not arrive. We called and they said they couldn't find our order, finally after almost 2 hours our pizza arrived. It was cold and the wings were questionable as far as being cook all the way thru. In looking at our bank account they charged us twice $76.00 for a pizza and wings. I called the store 3 times and was put on hold each time them telling me the store customers were more important, finally 3 calls later I stopped them from putting me on hold, I spoke to the manager, and he said he would call me back when they were not so busy, here it is the next day, and I still haven't received a call back. I don't know if it is me, but delivery people deserve as much customer deserve as much as the people in the store. I will never order pizza from this store again no matter how convenient. read more

Ordered online, got to location at 6:25 as they said my order was done, as soon as I walked in a gentleman yelled "if your looking to order it's going to be a hour and a f** half", I was beyond baffled. I waited to be serviced and was ignored. Then more guest showed up and when they asked about their order, we were told they will check on it when they can. Mean time the same gentleman was constantly saying "Jesus f*** Christ, this is bs, f**" and slinging and throwing stuff around, EVEN GUEST FOOD! Took almost 2 hours. Called 3 times got attitude from the same girl every time the last time was to request a refund and she hung up on me. My next call was to speak to a manager she picks up the phone I ask to speak with the manager and she comes back with "Is this the same lady from earlier?" I speak to the manager regarding my refund he says he will gladly give me a refund while on the phone I get the text the driver is in my neighborhood text and I told the manager I could send the pizza back and he said I could keep it and then the driver delivers it to the wrong apartment. I completely understand places being understaffed! I put in an order with Dominos at 3:20 this afternoon to be delivered by 6:00. At 6:15 I put in a call to them to check the status and was told " we are down to one driver, we did have 2 but one had to leave to go see their shrink". To me, that was very unprofessional!! Product- pizza very dry because when doing the pizza cut test it has pretty much no sauce. the crust is great toppings good. 3/5 Service- employees were nice and got the job done quickly. 5/5 Image- the store interior is decent not amazing definitely needs the update to the Pizza Theatre. Poor management. Walked in and ordered two medium pizzas. One and quarter hours later, I'm told that they lost my order and they will have to redo. I called bullshit and asked for my money back. Orders were wrong per customers complaints and only one person up front and answering phone. Sloppy customer service. This active duty Lt Col will not be going back to this establishment and will be voicing my complaint to higher franchise management. I love Domino's pizza and must tell you I have never had a bad pizza from there until today. I decided to call to let them know about the issues with my pizza because Domino's advertises that they guarantee their pizza. The pizza I picked up did not have the correct ingredients and was burnt. I couldn't even eat it and pizza is my favorite food. I was able to talk to the general manager, Steven Campbell. He said my pizza was going to be burnt because I ordered BBQ sauce on it and it was thin crust. He said he made it himself. I told him it did not have the correct ingredients and he said it did have bacon (which I could not taste or see) but he did not here us request pineapple. That is ok. Everyone makes mistakes but he would not take ownership and kept making excuses for a burnt, horrible tasting pizza. I want the owner, Ellen, to know so employees can have training in customer service. This Domino's would probably not have gotten a bad review if the general manager, Steven Cambell, would have said that he was sorry and would make it right. read more

The pizza was ready for me when I got to the store, but when I got home I found that they had obviously made it at 3:00 and it had been sitting for 4 hours. I have ordered from this Domino's 3 times now. Average wait time was 2 hours. Need to hire or keep more delivery people on hand. While this pizza is overall very good, their service could use great improvement...I'm not talking about delivery people, they are really very nice, but very overworked... There is always a problem of drivers either calling in or just not enough of them. It's an also very poorly manned store, you must use the online ordering, as they rarely answer the phone, it's just a constant looping of recorded messages, but they seem to be able to call you if they need to...I am a handicapped person that doesn't drive, and I consider myself one of their regulars, and there are few options for delivery in my town...I will say that NO ONE has ever been rude to me, I think their staff is as frustrated as the customer, they just need more reliable help... read more
