No explanation, no effort to make it right--just a refund and a "too bad" attitude. After the most recent cancellation, I was contacted by the store. The customer service was bare minimum--no apology, no solution offered. I was then passed off to the General Manager, and that's where things went from bad to worse. He was condescending, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He actually laughed during our call and made it clear that they prioritize bread for sandwich orders, not for customer pickups--so essentially, your scheduled order doesn't matter. This kind of attitude is unacceptable from anyone, let alone someone in a leadership role. A better response would've been to secure the loaf for the following day or any attempt at basic customer care. Sadly, I doubt this was the first time this GM has handled a situation this way, and I hope it's not ignored. After this experience, I won't be returning to this Panera--or any other

On the pizza the thin crust was a bit thick,you know, like when you want that thin crust to snap when you bite it, but this was too thick for that. Fortunately, it is good both in flavor and a good amount of toppings. Service was good and there is not a sitting area so you have to take it with you instead of eating there. The place was clean and neat. They do have a good size menu. We will be back to try other items on the menu. I recommend giving them a try. Oh and parking was easy to get a space.
