Very thick and chewy with the crispy edges. 100% would come back here

The app said it left for delivery at 12:55. Took 45 mins to get here and was cold and wet from spilled soup! Driver handed me a bag of food on top of a box and I ran in and sat it down because it was raining. Returned to grab the sodas and then went inside. Upon moving the bag, there was liquid dripping. I opened the bag and found the soup container had melted and had spilled all inside the bag and on the two sandwiches. The club sandwich bread was wet. Additionally, the cold sub and sandwich had sat so long with fries in the same container that the meats were warm and the fries cold. The cheese quesadilla was cold and hard. Called and was told the driver was new but manager would take care of it. The lady then called me back and said they would not refund my order, because driver said the food was fine. I will never order from here again because the poor lady also told me that she got yelled at by her boss for offering to make things right for me. Sad sad way to do business, owner John!!! They give cans of soda instead of cups, despite there still being the old soda fountain from before. The prices are higher for the food than it is on the menu. The gyros went from $9.99 to 10.99. I mean I felt like I could tolerate them being $10, but they're not worth more than that. I think they weren't worth kore than $8 if I am being honest. The halal over rice was on the board for $11.99 but I got charged $12.99. They don't let you eat in there despite there being a dine in area in it. I feel like the $6 for the fries appetizer was a bit too much. Also the fries seasoning on the table looked filthy and unsanitary. I meant to do this review days back. Though unfortunately I live on a budget so eating out is more of a luxury so prices may not matter much to someone on a higher income.
