We placed our order for a pizza with various toppings and wings with garlic parmesan sauce and buffalo sauce on the side. We did not care for the wings. Both sauces had a weird taste that didn't agree with our palates. The pizza was delicious but dare I say it had too much cheese. The cheese overshadowed the rest of the toppings. The shift manager told me they don't give refunds and she then dialed her cell phone and walked away from the counter. She appeared to be on a heated conversation. The person who took my drive through order then went back to see what was going on. She came up and said it would be about 5 minutes for the chicken and asked if I would allow her that time. I agreed and indicated that if it wasn't ready I wanted my money back. Miraculously, the chicken was ready. The worst part of this was there were in-store patrons who were waiting just as long. I have been here maybe three times in total. Each time there was some sort of issue. However, in the past the staff was extremely apologetic and took steps to compensate for the inconvenience whether it be up sizing a side or extra biscuits. Never have I waited that long for an order. It's time for this store to be revamped. The staff has been poorly trained and the shift manager has no business being in a leadership role.

The chef insists on good quality meat and has been dealing with a shortage from their distributor. The chef refuses to settle by getting his meat elsewhere. The meat was well seasoned and the barbecue sauce enhanced the flavor. The ribs were thick, tender and tasty. I'm glad we took a chance eating here.
