Wednt to the one on South Salisbury Blvd. Not too busy. Only the second time i had ever went inside to order. Usually a friend picks them up for mwe on thier way home from work. Ordered a monster 13 mikes way and a small cheese steak, with out green peppers. Grew up in the Philly area and never in my life did anyone up there put those on my cheesesteal. 2 tourist joints use cheeze wiz but that is the only thing. .I placed my order with a very nice young lady, she handed me some kind of a ticket and told me to give it to the cashier. Looked at it and had no idea what it said so i went to the cashier and paid with the card machine and got my name and sat down. A few minutes later the cashier asked me to come back said there had ben a mix up and he only charged me for one sandwich. I said fine and paid a second time. Sat back down and he was packing 2 different orders. Suddenly the little girl sped back over and pulled one sandwich from ther bag and pointed to me. SO we got that straightened out. The poor cashier guy was so embarassed it was not funny, as was the girl. But we all had a good laugh about having a bad day and i left with my food. This crew was so much fun to work with. I hope everyone has a good interaction with them. I will definatly go back for more. Now the 13 was great as always. The cheese steak, the meat, cheese and onions were great. The bread did not stand up well to the hot meat and cheese. It became really doughy or chewey or something. So i ate the meat and cheese with a fork and dumped the bread. Not a big deterrent. Best cheesesteaks and staff in Salisbury! I always get the #17 which has onions and green peppers with American cheese. I like to add banana peppers and "hots" which is a hot pepper relish. The staff at the one on the south end of Salisbury are always super friendly and they make me feel like family! Really good place for sandwiches! We ordered on Grubhub about 5 minutes before we got there and it was done. Quick service! We both got the Cheese Steak-The meat feel higher quality than other places I have tried. I do wish there was an option on Grubhub to add mayo-I would've loved the sandwich that much more. The meats are very good but they are not sliced in front of you anymore. The rolls are just okay. Either the odd way the onions are sliced or the type used make them bitter. But the worst part is the way they turn the bread into a sponge with "the juice." This is a case where less is more but they just pour it on until it's swimming in liquid. I will say for a chain store that makes sub sandwiches, they are the best around. For a true authentic Italian sub or any for that matter, the oil and vinegar should be applied to the bread and not the ingredients. It only spills off and is messy. I am a frequent Jersey Mike's customer in South Salisbury. Most of the time I am recognized by the staff who can tell me exactly what I will order. The thing I feel guilty over most is that I have never posted a review reflecting the dozens of great subs I've received. However, Thursday, December 21 at 2:00 pm I received the worst Jersey Mike's experience. While two of the staff were friendly, it was the one that wasn't that robs the experience. She (flower tattoos on her lower arms) was already irritated over the customer in front of me making a complaint about her service. When she got to me, she was rude and loaded the three subs with lettuce and little else. There was little meat (not her fault), but sometimes Jersey Mike's has more/less meat than other times. I will be back because I love the subs, but I hope that these issues are addressed so that this wonderful business doesn't turn into the other great businesses of Salisbury where a few people destroy it. read more

So I ordered a couple of cheesesteaks to be delivered to my home through the Jersey Mike's app. So the delivery guy shows up a half hour later with chinese or mexican food in tin pans, I told him mine was a sub order. He proceeded to tell me that he would go back to where he dropped by food off and be back in about 30 minutes. Okay, I don't want a cold sub nor one that someone else has had. So I called the 1405 S. Salisbury store where I ordered, they quickly tried to dismiss me, telling me I needed to call Door Dash, I explained I didn't use the Door Dash app, but ordered through Jersey Mike's. I then told them it was not my job to do this, if they use DD for deliveries, this is their problem and I would be by to pick up my food. When I arrived at Jersey Mike's the manager said she did me "a FAVOR"??? and called DD herself to get money refunded. If Jersey Mike's using DD that is on them, not me....I never called DD to deliver my food so I had no contract with them, my contract was with Jersey Mike's. And since when is me waiting an hour for my food, losing $7 for fees, gas and my time doing me a FAVOR?? Then to top it off as I am leaving, the manager said to never speak to her employee that I spoke to on the phone that way again! Never once was I apologized to for dealing with something that was not my fault. read more

Stopped by on 3/8/18 and was greeted by the Manager, Andrew and his awesome team of employees. The positive atmosphere was very welcoming. Andrew took our order and we were through the line in about three minutes. The ladies at the checkout were courteous and efficient. I sat down and my Giant #56 came in like 5-10 minutes. It was great along with the Original Italian subs. The store was clean and Andrew did a great job overseeing his employees and keeping them on task. I would like to start with all the good things, first the sub for me are by far the best Cheese Steak I have ever had, employee are very friendly and seem to work very hard, and lastly your restaurant is always extremely clean and well organized. I probably would not complain, since this is the very FIRST COMPLAINT I have ever written. Not because some placed did not deserve a really BAD review cause there has been plenty; however, I like everything i mentioned above so much that i do not want to stop being a customer because the employee's are so trained to know the number's for the damn sub's that they do not realize how RUDE IT IS TO KEEP INTERRUPT SOMEONE. In the time it took for that whole conversation, the next call could have been answered or for that matter the sub could have been made. So, please don't lose me or others for a reason like this.
