The 4 of us met the friendly owner and she told us we could sit inside since it was a bit warm out. 3 of us got brisket sandwiches and it was so tender and delicious. The 4th got a barbecue chicken entree which was also good. Two of us got Mac n cheese, one got the greens, and the last got coleslaw. All sides were also good. I don't go to Ocean City much anymore but will definitely stop here again to grab lunch or dinner on the way home.

Our pizza had undercooked egg all over it, which is not in the menu description, and bacon that was undercooked in places. We couldn't eat it. All the food was mediocre, and both of our stomachs hurt afterward. The atmosphere was beautiful, and portions were generous, though we found the altered Mona Lisa in the bathroom--holding her nose--tacky and disrespectful. Service was extremely slow, even though our waitress was wonderful and doing her best while tending bar and waiting tables. The table next to us even received their appetizers after their entrées. We've seen other reviews describing similar problems, including bad food and meals arriving at different times. The manager was rude to us, too. Even after about $6 was deducted, our final bill was about $84. Despite everything, we paid and left quietly and respectfully. Bad food is one thing. An owner who offensively confronts paying customers because they didn't like their meal is another. His behavior turned a disappointing dinner into an upsetting experience.
