The lane was backed up to in the clothing aisle and took notice of customer service having 2 people. When I was greeted by the associate they asked politely if I was returning, which I replied with no just wanna check this one out. She gave me a blank stare. I stated I didn't want to wait in that long line for one item. She went on about saying that if that's something they did then everyone would do it. I told her I worked customer service for 5 years and we had to check people out. Granite it was a different business, one that actually provided real customer service.
