A quick produce run turned into a two-hour family hostage situation, and I regret nothing. Emily's is the mom/pop shop that actually delivers: local produce, local meats, baked goods that taste like someone's grandmother actually cares -- all priced like this isn't 2026. But the real MVP is the hand-dipped ice cream and frozen apple slider slushy, which will end any toddler negotiation in your favor instantly. Then there's the petting zoo. My kids went from "are we done yet" to "we live here now" in under five minutes. There's a play area too, so you can actually finish your lunch special without a small person climbing you like a jungle gym. Passing through Cambridge with kids? Skip the restaurant. Come here. Clear your schedule -- you're not leaving on time, and you'll be fine with that. read more

Alot of great stuff here - Produce, baked goods, local craft beer, ice cream, and lunch options. Great burgers and mac and cheese. Food was reasonably priced. Fun stop for families read more

Strawberries are now available and they're so good! This place is great - the staff are very nice and helpful. They take pride in their products (BLT sandwiches not available yet as the tomatoes aren't good enough for a BLT. Respect.) We had lunch there and got the grilled chicken with bacon and a chicken salad sandwich. The chicken salad was so good I bought some to take home. Don't sleep on the shrimp salad either. Shrimps were plump, there was just enough mayo, and it was seasoned well..I bet the shrimp were poached in a vegetable and herb broth because they were so juicy and flavorful. The chicken salad has the tiniest bits of apple and halved grapes but the salad itself isn't sweet. Loved it. We bought two containers of strawberries - they're sweet/tart, smelled incredible and were really great condition - no bruised strawberries here! If in the area, definitely come and visit. read more

So much more than just produce! They have a huge selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, flowers, local products, baked goods, wine, and all kinds of interesting things to browse. The staff was friendly and welcoming too. I highly recommend istopping by when you're in the Cambridge area. read more

Emily's Produce - Farmers Market Near Me - Cambridge, Maryland

We stopped here on a bus tour trip. They had a lot of fresh produce and I heard the icecream was excellent. I purchased some dried fried okra. Which was excellent!! Talk about being high in fiber. Woohoo for that. This okra was seasoned perfectly. I would definitely purchase this again. Just wish I had known how good it was. I would have purchased three bags. It was reasonably priced at $4.99 a bag. read more

What an unexpected surprise. Don't let the name fool you. It's a lot more than produce. I found their prepared foods to be very good. Bought a walnut bundt cake which I'd never heard of -- delectable. The apple cider donuts are hearty. Given all the outdoor seating, I decided to have lunch at the last minute; went with a salad called deli sampler. It features scoops of crab salad, egg salad and tuna salad on lettuce and other crunchy, yummy veggies. It's outstanding. A big selection of jarred and canned foods is offered throughout this multifaceted roadside stand. There's jams and pickles galore. Picked up an Emily Produce's brand of jalapeno jelly and like it a lot. The produce overall is quality. The broccoli, carrots (gargantuan sized), sweet corn, and lettuce I took home were lovely. A mound of sweet potatoes however, had holes in them, subpar. The special price of $15 to carry as many pumpkins as possible in one try without dropping them was a hilarious challenge. The staff aided customers with helpful hints as to how to get the most. Hordes of fathers lined up, determined to outdo each other and to impress their kids. Fun stuff. It's a bit touristy, but then, I'm a visitor in these parts! This is a unique, significant food business with many components. read more

Great selection of fruit, vegetables and prepared goods. Bought bread, egg salad and apples for a picnic -- all were excellent, especially the bread. Didn't go for any of the desserts, but I'm sure they are great, too. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole setup is welcoming indoors and outside. read more

I have been going to Emily's Produce for years and probably won't return. This year the produce was not as good as previously. They have downsized all the plants and vegetables. Of downsizing of portions and less variety of to choose from. The staff was not as friendly nor welcoming as in previous years. I drive from the Western Shore to come to Emily's but sad to say no more. I can get better quality at the Amish Market in Annapolis without the ride and they are always very friendly and welcoming. It is a shame I grew up on the Eastern Shore and enjoy the local Maryland produce. read more

They have large display of fresh flowers and produce. The food is always good. The prices are good. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products. The customer service is amazing. They make you feel welcome from the door! read more

Bottom Line: Festive atmosphere, friendly employees, cute goats and fresh produce. I love the rural-ish lifestyle of Maryland's Eastern Shore and I have a significant appreciation and fascination for the agrarian subculture of the sho'. I like to support local businesses and I thoroughly appreciate fresh produce. For all those reasons, I instructed hubby to hit the breaks when I saw this quaint establishment! The overall experienced lived up to my first impression. Emily's Produce is a lovely produce stand located in Cambridge not too far off of US-50 (maybe five minutes?). We received an enthusiastic and friendly greeting from both the resident goats and the employees. In fact, all the employees were engaging and friendly. Since we visited in the fall there were beautiful mums, pumpkins and gourds everywhere. Given the reasonable prices, I loaded up on the gourds. We also had to check out the bakery case which was full of locally made goodies. We got two pumpkin roll slices to go and enjoyed that sweet treat later in the day. I absolutely plan to make a return trip to this cute produce stand located on the edge of farmed fields. read more

The Apple cider donuts are outstanding. They are made throughout the day so get them when they are warm just out of the oven. Emily's is a great fresh produce stand with a lot more. There are fields where you can pick your own berries and flowers. They have a nice selection of meats, baked goods and Highland Creamery ice cream. And barn animals and picnic table. A very fun place. read more

This place is a really great, family-run operation. They have plants and flower baskets, fresh produce, jams and sauces, homemade bakery goods, and all kinds of specialty items. I have driven by several times before, but today, I planned my trip to allow time to stop. There are SO many choices it is hard to know where to start. I purchased a half dozen ears of sweet corn (at a bargain price), luscious fresh peaches, a loaf of blueberry bread, some granola, and a sunflower plant. They also have a refrigerated section and a counter in the back. There is plenty of outdoor seating. The staff at Emily's was SO helpful and friendly. Don't miss this place. They really do it right! read more

Super fun tourist spot (and locals too!). Yummy goodies/fruit/veggies for purchase as well as tshirts and tote bags. We enjoyed the petting zoo and would love to come back and do pick-your-own berries, etc. Loved it! read more

A roadside stand with a variety of prepared foods and ice cream as well as produce to go.

I have stopped at Emily's about fifty times and usually love the service and quality, not to mention the bustling atmosphere. The ice cream they sell is the absolute creamiest and perfectly sweet. On my most recent trip I decided to purchase a desert pie. I was very disappointed. There was no crust under the pie past the first inch from the edge and the blueberries were the consistency of a jam. The entire middle was simply mush. I still give them four stars based on prior experience but I hope they improve the pies. read more

One of Cambridge's hidden gems! While it's a bit off the downtown path, well worth the ride over. I'm a huge fan of the Scottish Highlanders ice cream from Oxford, and so happy they carry it. Probably the main reason I come! They also have a good lunch selection. The pulled pork bbq sandwich is my favorite. If you're stopping in to pick up something, be sure to try one of their apple cider donuts . Also they have a good selection of produce, but clearly not what I come here for read more

They are okay at best, a lot of their produce and supposedly homemade cheeses and other refrigerated items are grossly overpriced. We stopped here after visiting black water wildlife refuge. Pros: food was delicious and all home made (we had burgers and BLTs, and ice cream) Service, fast and friendly Lots of beautiful local produce, jarred items (jams, salsas, salad dressings, cheeses, wine and craft beers). Would be a great spot to pick up picnic foods Outdoor seating at picnic tables Cute area with goats and ducks you can feed There's a u-pick area for flowers Close to black water wildlife refuge, and the Harriet Tubman museum Cons: honestly none, highly recommend (I can't stop thinking about the peach ice cream!) I have to say I was disappointed in their local burger. There was nothing local about this, maybe the lettuce. I did everything I could do to choke down the frozen dry hockey puck they called a burger. I haven't eaten here in a couple years and was surprised they served out back in a food truck. They had a burger that was to die for. They used a blueberry doughnut as a bun, simply heaven. Disappointed is an understatement. read more

Each time I return from the Eastern Shore, I find I've gained a few ounces. Emily, I blame you. I've had Emily's buttery, delightfully juicy/oozy berry pies 3 or 4 times, and they've consistently been fresh, balanced, and delicious. It's also lovely that they bother to make sugar-free versions of these delights; diabetics need dessert, too. I'm going back this weekend for more. Yelp me, I can't stop. read more

Thank you to Emily's produce for a job well done. Emily's catered our party for 70 people last week and did a fabulous job! We choose almost every item on their catering menu and it was wonderful.
