Today must have been a great day to order pizza from Dominos in Forest Hills. Usually I would have said " No Way" but I needed something delivered and I knew Pizza Hut has let me down to many times with calling and they have no delivery person. I saw the new menu and thought I would give them a try. I ordered online, paid online and watched online as my pizza was being made, and when it would be delivered. I honestly expected and prepared for the worst ! What a huge pleasant surprise Hot fresh pizza delivers in 25 mins. I was happy, the kids where happy all is GOOD ! Give them a try I wasn't disappointed!! read more

Upsell, upsell, upsell. I was very clear on what k wanted. They tried an upsell, then another, then another. That's all. I'm done. This place is crossed off my list. If other Dominls try the same thing, they're dead to me too. read more

Just loucy Went to wrong address By time I got it was cold Bought there for years Got drivers not knowing where the hell they at

Domino's Pizza - This is a New York Style from Dominos. This is their version.. because it really isn't. It's a pepperoni pizza. - Pizza Near Me - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Disappointing. Haven't visited in a while and don't plan on it for a while. Not recommended. Average at best. Go at your own risk. Manager was giving advice to employees while I was waiting for my order that I paid for online. Customer service is just as of even more important than the product. Eat at your own risk. read more

Domino's Pizza - a car parked in front of a restaurant - Pizza Near Me - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

This place is terrible! The food is great, but I have never seen a chain restaurant that is always closed. Everyone I try to order here, it could be 8:30 on a Saturday and they'll always show as closed. Whoever runs this place needs to get with the program or get employees who know how to show up to work. I can't be the only person who is inconvenienced by this place never being open. read more

With Dominoes you know what you're gonna get. A decent pizza, decent price, some special offers here and there, all pretty good. This local branch had no delivery available, so I drove to pick up two pies and some cheesy bread. It was ready on time. The shop was obviously quite busy to just this side of chaotic, but I was there and out in about 5 minutes. Got the food home and a ravenous pack of 14 year-olds had at it without complaint. I had a couple slices and some of the bread - tasty enough. Not great, but not bad at all. It'll do. read more

When we stay overnight in this area and want pizza, this is our go-to place. I've ordered from the Ardmore store countless times in the past few years and never had a problem. Ordering is easy, everything is ready when I arrive, the folks here are friendly. Is the pizza amazing? No, but it's good and I know what we're getting. Keep up the great work !! read more

We had a very simple order, one cheese pizza and one cheesy bread. It was delivered on time, and the delivery driver was very nice. Once we started eating, my wife realized that there was bacon in the cheesy bread. We specifically ordered cheesy bread without bacon and even put in the comments of the order to please not put bacon in the cheesy bread. I called the store and the lady that picked up the phone was very rude. I was calling to let them know if there was some way we could notate our address to make sure that we did not receive meat in the future in our orders. I never once asked for a refund, or even a replacement. She proceeded to put me on hold, and then come back within 2 minutes to say that the change was notated, and then hung up on me. About 5 minutes later, they called my wife's phone and said that the manager would call us back tonight to speak on it. She had a very rude tone with my wife and my wife tried explaining to her that we cannot eat bacon for religious reasons, and the lady on the phone started laughing and said, "that's pretty funny," in regards to my wife saying that we couldn't consume bacon. My wife asked her for her name, and she laughed again and hung up. We initially called to make sure this didn't happen again. We never asked for a refund or a replacement either. It doesn't take much to be nice, and reading other reviews on here, we can see that this location has terrible service and that our experience wasn't unfortunately the first. read more

Don't do it. I had bad experiences before but tonight decided to try again. Miserable! I ordered on the app, everything smooth, and was very pleasantly surprised when the tracker said pizza was on the way 20 min later. The email said delivery time was between 29-39 min. I went to sit outside and wait, almost immediately the tracker said my order had been delivered. I waited 5 min and called, the guy said it was on the way. He just saw the delivery guy leave with my order. So I waited. Fifty minutes later I called again. She just saw the delivery guy leave with my order. Are you sure? That's what they told me 50 min ago! Is this food going to be hot? The tracker said it came out of the oven over an hour ago. No sir the food is hot I just saw it come out of the oven and leave. Not 5 min later the food arrived and I asked the driver if it was hot. He assured me it was and I took it inside. Does anyone think it was hot? It was so cold it went right to the trash. I called them right back and asked them to remake it. After some back and forth with the manager she said yes but it would take 1.5 to 2 more hours. Will It be hot? Yes of course it will be hot! You know I don't trust you. How about a refund? More back and forth with the manager and the offer was to refund just the pizza. The breadsticks are cold please refund them too. More back and forth resulted in this gem. We will be able to refund all the hot food, but you have to give it all back. Oh lord. You send me garbage and won't refund it unless I give it back to you? Take your trash back, I didn't touch it. I put it out on the porch and don't care if it takes them all night to come get it. I made a pack of cheap ass ramen noodles, way better than the shit they tried to feed me tonight. read more

I love Dominos Pizza & this one always makes them just right. They have good specials and extra cheese is really extra. The online ordering is easy and you earn a free pizza with every 60 points. I've never had bad pizza from this store...I always get the special medium with 3 toppings and it is always good. I use delivery & their fee is rather high but the pizza is good! read more

I've never complained about food ever in my life...BUT HERE WE GO. I ordered 50 something dollars of food. It took over two hours to get to my house and half of it was moldy or too greasy for consumption. first of all, I managed 3 Domino's Pizza for six years in three different locations. Just this past Sunday, at 2:42 I ordered pick up. I walk in the manger A.J was blowing his nose in a tissue. I spoke with the cashier and told him what I had as a takeout and the manager AJ that was blowing his nose began to reach for my food... I said don't reach for my food I seen you blowing your nose and he said I had a tissue and then try to refuse to give me my food because I disrespected him and said for him to not touch my food cuz he was blowing his nose food....I said no please don't touch my food i seen you blowing your nose!!!! He said....I used a tissue... I am very disappointed at the management at Domino's for the cleanliness, the ignorance, Former customer/manager Mukuta read more

So last week I pre-ordered at 3:00 PM for delivery at 5:15 PM. Following the Pizza Tracker, it said the Pizza was out of the oven and checked at 5:21 PM. At 5:55 PM it said my Pizza was on its way. So, that means if the tracker was correct my pizza sat there for over 30 minutes. I called the store and spoke with Larry and he told me they had drivers call off and that my tracker was incorrect and it didn't sit there for over 30 minutes. I told Larry he should just tell people no deliverys tonight. He told me that is what he suggested but the owner wouldn't go for that. The Pizza finally arrived at 6:30 PM. The driver gave me the same song and dance on why it was so late. read more

So it's been a while since I've ordered anything from this location. Since my last review I have ordered food from the Allison Park location and received excellent service. They even gave me extra marinara for my order. On a whim I decided to give this forest hills location another try. Knowing that they were likely to mess up my order, I called during the "quality check" on the Domino's tracker to make sure they wouldn't forget the salad dressing and the marinara. The guy assured me they they wouldn't and that the order was about to go out the door. This was @ 8:32 pm. 9:22 pm rolls around and I finally get the knock on my door and guess what..... no marinara.... not only am I baffled that they forgot the marinara when I called specifically so they wouldn't but why did a 5 minute drive take 50 minutes? Please corporate Domino's, fix this location once and for all. Update 8/18/19 Every order from this location is always disappointing and there is no accountability for the screw ups. The manager tried to blame the issue on the driver but it wasn't the drivers fault. I ordered using the online app then called the store to make sure that the icing and marinara were not forgotten. The kid who answered the phone refused to give his name at first then made up the name Gary. He sounded like he was high. An hour after I ordered my food it arrived without marinara or icing. I called the store to get a refund because I sent the food back. When discussing what went wrong the manager told me that it's not the end of the world, it's a sauce cup. I'm sorry but it's my entire dinner. The blatant disrespect is appalling. This has been going on for years and for some reason you guys can't get it right. This location should just be closed. The penn hills location is just as close to my home and I'm sure I would get better service if they would deliver to me. read more

Terrible. Pizza undercooked, inedible and looked terrible, as were the bread bites. Delivery showed up over 30 minutes after the online tracker said he left (and 15 minutes after it said Mmmm your pizza is there and we hope you're enjoying it). I'm usually very understanding but I just couldn't. At least when I called they connected me to the manager who said he would send someone to pick up the food and would give me a refund. My next call was to Jake & Sons Pizza, which I should have called in the first place. read more

BUYER BEWARE I realize that when you buy from dominos you are not expecting the best pizza you have ever had. This review is not based on the food. It is based on the location itself. The location is only 1.3 miles away. It took an hour and a half to get the pizza delivered. In the past they have messed up our order and were very non concerned about it. I just don't think they care about what they do. Almost feel bad for them. read more

I've given this location three tries now, which is two more than I should have, but I'm finally giving up and writing a review - wish I could give zero stars. The first time I ordered from here I was getting it as take-out - just a regular pepperoni pizza and an order of the bread bites. When they said it would be ready in fifteen minutes I didn't question how it would be done so quickly but I definitely should have ! Some parts were underdone and some parts were raw ! The crust wasn't browned at all - it was a uniform beige color and there were no crispy parts at all. I should have opened the box to take a look ! Even a casual glade would have told me to ask them to finish cooking it - this is not how a pizza looks when it's done properly. The second time was delivery - unlike most reviews here my pizza came very quickly, less than half an hour. Again, I know how it arrived with such speed - they just cut the cooking time ! As I'd specifically asked for it to be well done it was a bit less raw, but still nearly inedible. Shame on me, but I gave them a third chance, and was once again disappointed. This was take-out, and I used the online ordering feature. It has a place to note any special requests, so I again asked for it to be well done, hoping it would actually be baked to a regular standard of pizza doneness. I assume that was either ignored or it's just standard policy to undercook every pizza they produce, as this one was also undercooked and still raw in some places. I don't understand how this place is still open ! Sure, it's cheap and it's fast, but there appear to be no kitchen or cooking standards whatsoever. If they told me they weren't allowed to have the oven temperature go above 200 degrees I'd believe them ! I hate writing reviews like this because it can affect peoples' lives and livelihoods, but at some point the management or corporate bigwigs at Domino's need to realize that producing such consistently bad food is going to doom this location. Yes, people want their food quickly, but not at the expense of the quality ! I'm only half-joking when I say that perhaps they should just assemble the pizzas there and give them to people to take home to bake themselves ! read more

I read the reviews and said it was just impatient people being over critical then i ordered. Food was ready in 8 minutes. Turns out thats a little to fast. Pizza was not fully cooked i had to microwave each slice to make it edible. Save yourself the pain and just go to the one in penn hills. read more

First time ordering from domino's Pizza . It was a triable experience. I received my order almost 2hrs later. I received email telling me it's been deliver 1hr after my order was placed but didn't receive the pizza. I called the store to speck to them about my order. The person who answered the phone was unprofessional so I asked to speak to a manager and his response was "you speaking to him". So them I asked for his name and if there is anyone who can help me with my order. He wouldn't give me his name and said he only had one delivery person so my order is on the way. I feel like he wasn't trying to help me in anyway or hear what I had to say. To tell you the truth it sounded like he just walk up and answered his personal phone. I'm very disappointed and will never order Domino's again. Please train your employees. Great customer service is the key to great business! Just saying. read more

THIS LOCATION IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I waited 1 1/2 hours for my order to arrive. I called to check in on my order and after waiting on hold for 6 full minutes, I was hung up on. When my order finally arrived It was cold, the order was wrong and burnt. The delivery driver was ridiculously rude throwing my change at me when I questioned the issues with my food. I called back and spoke to a manager, He issued a full refund but the driver took 3 hours to bring me my money. This was my 1st time ordering from this location and I can guarantee it will be my last. I understand that things may go wrong but everyone at the store was extremely nonchalant and gave countless excuses about them being "Very Busy". In my opinion they need new management that values the customers and quality of the food! read more

We ordered a pizza at 5:10, and we didn't get our pizza until 6:45. That is Completely Unacceptable! I ordered wings from here and the tracker said they would arrive in 20-30 minutes, like the other reviews the food said that it was on the way with in 10 minutes of ordering. When I order pizza, it's from this Dominos. They always deliver a quality pizza, and the store has always been clean when I've picked up there. One time I accidentally ordered the wrong kind of wings online. This place is terrible. We have had many problems with this location. Delivery time is a complete mess the pizza will sit for an hour before it arrives to your home. Our last delivery we canceled after the app showed our pizza was done for over an hour yet never left the store. we called and canceled the order with the manager and she said she would let the driver know. The driver showed up 10 minutes later and when we told him that we had canceled the order on the phone at the store he was very upset. He demanded we pay for the pizza but we refused. The drivers name is David. Apparently he threw a hissy fit and tore open the box of pizza in my front yard and threw it all over my house and yard after the fact. I called the manager she did not care one bit, her name is Megan. I finally had to threaten to call the police and file a report before I could get any answers. I had to call the dominos corporate in Ann Arbor Michigan to get any sort of response from them. Once I called they hung up on me, they put me on hold for 10 minutes then ttook the phone off the hook. Finally a brand new manager picked up, he was nice all he said was we are sorry. I was not looking for any extra credit pizza whatever since I will never be back I feel like these people are completely insane I would never order from here buyer beware. read more

Ordered two pizzas and was told they would deliver to us (didn't feel like picking it up). The time? Only 20 to 30 minutes. Not joking, two hours later and the pizza got to here, cold and crappy. When I called and wanted my money back the manager first said no because I had the pizza. I was horrified by this conversation between us, he called me a horrible person. When I asked for the managers number I was given his personal cellphone number so nothing would happen. After going to twitter to complain and calling another Domino's for a phone number on putting in a complaint, Domino's got back to me on twitter. After it was all done the pizza was free an the manager (yeah turned out that rude guy was the manager) called me to give the worst apologize. This is the only place that delivers in the area. So I'll probably continue ordering, but it seems every time that my order is sub par. I've followed the order status app to keep watch when it's ready, but it's never right. Every single time it says it's already delivered and I'm waiting another 45 minutes at least. Never order from here if you're hungry. And stick with normal type things. I've tried new menu things a few times now and they arrive burnt.
