Always order takeout, deliver what I ordered in the timeframe told. Pizza or sandwiches were good quality food. Order very frequently. Recommend their products to anyone that wants a great pizza. read more

The young lady on the phone said this was the corporate amount of pasta necessary for my order. Whoever she is, she clearly doesn't love her job. Everyone else is typically very nice and caring (: read more

Domino's Pizza - Pasta. Very small amount. - Pizza Near Me - Mount Dora, Florida

DON'T do it. These people Have TERRIBLE staff and management. FOOD is TERRIBLE. They are also crooks. I ordered a meat special I paid $33 including tip. I checked my order BEFORE I clicked on the button and it agreed with what I had ordered. When the delivery guy got there my order was a PLAIN cheese pizza worth about $16. Delivery guy didn't know WHAT to do so he called his manager, she said the order was filled correctly, like I said CROOKS!!!!! read more

This place knows how to deliver customer service! I ordered 2 large pizzas and some Boneless wings yesterday. I came to pick them up and found that they hadn't put the Boneless wings on my order so they started making them right away. They had a different order of Boneless wings from someone elses order which they added the wrong sauce to so they gave us those to eat while we waited. We checked our pizzas and we saw that even though we ordered sausage on our pizza and that's what the receipt said they accidentally put bacon on it so they made us a new pizza and let us keep the bacon pizza and gave us our wings for free! They were really friendly and definitely made up for their mistakes. We will DEFINITELY be ordering from this Domino's again! Everyone makes mistakes, but many places these days don't show good customer service to fix the issue. This Domino's could teach other businesses a thing or two about how to treat customers and have them coming back for life! Rating from an F to A+++ I give it an A+++! read more

Worse ever. What a waste of money. The cheese steak sandwich was congealed along with the tater tot's when they arrived. The cheesesteak sandwich had only a couple of thin slices of meat, no peppers or onions. Gross. I will never order from then again. read more

Ordered ahead at 4:30pm for a 6 pm delivery. At 6:15 my husband called to see what was going on and a bunch of kids there working had no clue. 6:40pm I called ask for manager (Craig) hung up on me. Called back and the boy who answered could not tell me where the order was. The app stated completed. Thankfully have have cameras and have recorded at 6:45pm the man showed up with cold pizza that looked like picture shown.. paid for and left our food to get my kids hot fresh food. So much for date night read more

I don't order much but my friend does & we combined our order..the delivery service alway surpasses the time quoted.. The deliverers are very polite, courteous & efficient. They do need to add on a menu in print with their delivery. We've asked for one more that once. read more

The best service ever. Love them always have my order exactly as ordered and ready exactly when they say its ready!

Horrible attitude and horrible service never can fill a order correctly. Stay away and beware.

When they get it right it's great, I love Domino's. The problem: The stores are all franchises, and how they handle problems varies store to store. I live in Mount Dora, and order from this Domino's regularly. This is now the second occasion that I have had an issue with a pizza. I guess not bad after many deliveries. My issue is not that they made the wrong order. Mistakes happen, that's ok. My issue is that I phoned, and they wanted that pizza back. I had offered it to the delivery driver who refused to take it. The reason I offered it was because of the last bad experience. Then I was argued with on the phone on whether they were making a new one and when. Is this the Domino's way? On top of that the delivery driver then argued with me that I should be grateful, hey they made me a new pizza, and they were better than the Tavares location, what? This franchisee has to be retrained or at least set straight. On past occasions with Domino's mistakes with deliveries I received an apology, and a free pizza. read more

$14 minimum for delivery. Why do I have to spend $14 if I'm still paying a delivery fee and tip... pretty stupid if you ask me

Ther app is one of the best and easy to understand, I love the rewards and I have been using dominos for years. We recently move to mount Dora, and eat pizza one a week. My issue is that every other order is usually wrong, over cooked or the pizza is cold.. so they are at 50%. Even the crazy bread is a overcook and you can really on eat the middle, which is also where the cheese is. That used to be my favorite. We have moved on now to Marcos, papa Murphy's, mellow mushroom and a bit of Pizza Hut. I hope the quality improves. read more

Very good Dominos here in Mt. Dora. They get it right every time and their drivers are usually very prompt. Reminds me of the days when you got your pizza within 30 minutes or it's free! Back home in Shreveport, LA, my local Dominos doesn't always get your order correct and even on a slow night, I might not get my pizza until well over an hour after I order it (and they're only 2 miles from my house there) and usually they don't bring all of your order. Mt. Dora, you should appreciate your Dominos here. It's not this way in other parts of the country. Wonderful experience here. read more

Had a fantastic experience at this Dominoes, I will definitely order from this store every time, ordered delivery, was told it would be 37 minutes, but the driver got here in 19 minutes, he was 18 minutes early! Very pleasant surprise! My order was exactly correct, and piping hot, and the delivery guy was awesome, his name was Matt, he was very professional, but also very personable and friendly, I am handicapped, and he offered to help set up my meal for me, and then he offered to lock my door on the way out! He made my night, nicest guy ever, I hope he stays!! Veggie pizza was piled HIGH with yummy veggies, crust was to die for tasty, and chicken wings were meaty and tender! Brownies were soft, warm, and absolutely delicious! You MUST order from this Dominoes, they are doing it right!! And thanks again to Matt, an awesome guy! Please reward this driver, he deserves some credit for going above and beyond! read more
