Worst place ever! I wish I could give it 0 stars. The " Manager " was super rude. And the " General Manager " even worst! I order a pizza online with the mix and match coupons. My total to pay was 19.46 with Tax. And when I got to the store I bought 2 drinks and 6 sauces. They ended up charging me 45+ dollars for my pizza, drinks and sauces ! That's insane ! How did a 26-28 total ended up becoming a 45+ dollar total !? That's insane. When I called the store to ask what happend the manager started being super rude saying that they didn't have an idea of what had happen and that it wasn't their fault. Then I ask to talk to a manager and that's when the " general manager " came in to talk to me she was very rude telling me that " it wasn't their fault and that I was wrong and that she was going to hung up the call that I was in the wrong ". I have my ticket with me for proof and also when you go to the app and re do my order there's no " extra charges " or hidden fees. I been ordering thru my app since years ago and I have never had this happen to me. Where did the rest of my money go ? Ordered two pizzas Sunday night around 9 or 10 pm March 1st 2026. There was only one guy working - middle aged, curly hair with a visor on. Restaurant was disgusting behind the counter. Guy has hairy hands and wasn't using gloves. Bags of open meat topping bags sitting on the prep tables instead of in the cold wells, cheese thrown all over the tables, place was a mess and meat was not being stored to proper temps for sure. Guy was rude, no greeting, I was the one who told him have a good night and he just waved me away didn't say anything. Didn't seem like a trustworthy guy. Gave the pizza to the stray cats and got something from another place. Do not order from this location. read more

My son was in an auto accident and has a traumatic brain injury. He likes to go to Domino's when we take him out of the nursing home for the day. The girl who seems to run the Domino's Pizza in Lockhart has been so rude every time we've been in their store that it ruins our outing. We've tried multiple times to be nice and enjoy our meals in peace but she changes the mood of the entire store. As much as my son looks forward to their Pizza he has chosen for us to go somewhere else. Our last visit the employees were nice and jovial and we were really having a nice time and then she came on the floor and everything changed. We felt sorry for the employees that have to work with her. read more

Walkin order and told 10-15 minutes I'm like alright cool go back to my car and wait that time. Come back into store now 5 more minutes. This 5 more minutes turns into almost an hour from initial purchase. Then when I ask for a refund it's magically getting boxed right that second apparently. Normally I wouldn't review a big chain restaurant but I had such a good experience the other day with the staff at this Domino's! I walked in and was greeted by multiple people, my food was made quickly, and when I was leaving I again received warm goodbyes by at least 3 staff members. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The pizza was warm and delicious, but the staff was definitely what made my visit 5 stars! read more

Pizza quality was never great overall, but when you live in a small town you take what you can get and before this experience was, at least, acceptable. When I complained about an off-putting smell on my pizza, the manager immediately become argumentative. Basically telling me that since no one else complained, it must be my problem. So I drove back up to the store to confront him with the pizza. I know that customer service is worse now than at any point in my entire lifetime, but this was terrible even by today's standards. He asked me, in apparent sincerity, if I wanted the pizza back when I was leaving the store, at which point, I questioned his sanity. Hey all.... Let me tell you about the wonderful experience I had tonight at Domino's. After waiting over an hour because the computer system did not send the order to the store. And asking the manager for a refund on my order due to the guarantees. I was told that's a corporate problem. When I told him that maybe I should take my money to Pizza Hut he said and I quote. "Domino's corporate is so understaffed they won't even fix my sign get out of my store I don't want your damn money" I opened a case with customer support hopefully they're not too understaffed to address it. Food was good.... even cold.. we have repeatedly requested for the delivery driver to notify (ring the door bell) when the food was delivered. The food has been discovered several times on the concrete by the front door.. cold. Tip money taken! Management has been notified. Not sure why such a simple task can not be fixed. This place always takes over an hour to get to my house with 2 medium pizzas. With they're pizza you never know if it's going to be good or bad, sometimes they're extremely burnt, or perfect. I usually get it delivered to my house and every time I have the deliverer is always very nice. I don't have to many positive things to say about this place, but despite that I would recommend if your planning on eating in 2 hours. read more

Are all of your employees barred out, at all times? This sandwich I just got,has TWO, small, bite sized piece of chicken on it and is not even cut all the way through. How do you prepare, put in the oven, take out of the oven, fold it, cut it, and box it, without noticing there's nothing but cheese and sauce on bread. Dominos of Lockhart, you need new management! Since the move, your service is the worst I have ever encountered. 1 out of 10 of my orders has been correct. In one instance, a drink was forgotten upon delivery, and the first response from the driver was, "oh I can give you that money back hold on. " without even an offer to go back and get the remainder of my order, or at least apology. A simple human gesture. In addition, we stopped buying sauces because, the sauces made it with our order about 1 out of 5 attempts in ordering. Adding to the list, Pizzas not being cut, or being cut so wildly, you wonder if the person fell down while cutting your pizza. I order pizza from this business at least twice a month. I've never had problems with the order. I love the thin crust pizza while my son likes the pan pizza. I've also ordered the pasta and chicken nuggets. Everything has always been cooked just right. Tried Pizza Hut and regretted it.
