    Pepperoni and cheese slice.

The city had a fireworks show this evening for the holiday. What better thing to grab to eat after fireworks than pizza!!! We stopped at this local place to have a few slices. The bartenders and most of the waitresses were friendly and all smiles. They have a nice sized bar and plenty of seating. The pizza itself was also very good. The crust was crispy and the toppings tasted great. They don't put a lot of sauce in the pizza. That's my only knock on it. Overall I'd give the slices a 6.4 out of 10. A very respectable score if you know pizza lol.

A very nice pizza place. We came here after a wedding at the courthouse, we had about 20 in the group. I decided to get the lunch special which had a slice of pepperoni pizza, a house salad and a drink. My daughter and son-in-law ordered a pizza with 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was thin New York style and very delicious. Our server was great and we had a very good time.

I gave this place another shot and I'm so glad I did. I tried ordering pizza here before but the options didn't work out well for me since I'm vegan. But, I've been back almost every month since I discovered how delicious their salads are. I get a full size Orchard or Greek salad without meat or cheese.

Every time I'm around this are I tried to stop by here, this time their special pizza was Mexican chorizo with tapatío and it was good. I also tried the tiramisu and it was good. Just be patience and they take time to bring your food.

You had one simple job. It's supposed to be your specialty. Pizza is literally in your name. We ordered The Mary Margaret, to go. Your menu says it includes basil, fresh mozzarella, roma tomatoes, olive oil and Italian herbs (the rest of the world will recognize this as a "margherita" pizza). We ordered this in store, so there's was no phone or internet error for you to blame. We patiently waited 45 minutes for the pizza. Yes, we probably should have checked it before we left, but we weren't clued in that you were incapable of making a very simple, classic pizza. Note the photo. No basil, no Italian spices. We're not even sure it had the olive oil. So we got a cheese pizza with tomatoes. Who orders that? And no, it wasn't even a good cheese pizza.

My mom and I stopped here for lunch and it was a delightful surprise! We ordered a whole Old Orchard Salad and the Paul & Me Sandwich. The salad was much bigger than expected! We will both be able to eat salad twice, so even if you're sharing, maybe consider a half. On to the sandwich....this may be the best bread I've had in a long time! The whole sandwich was perfect, but the bread makes it! Just the right amount crunchy exterior and soft baked interior. The meatballs are flavorful, just know you want be a garlic lover if you're eating them. Finally a perfect amount of sauce to keep the flavor profile while not being too saucy. We shared both things and feel just happily full. Service was also great. It was quick and everyone we interacted with was friendly and appeared to want to be there. Edited to add: we asked for a piece of Peanut Butter Pie to go. My mom says "It's the BEST Peanut Butter Pie EVER!" I didn't get a picture but it looked beautiful and yummy!

Spiked Miso apple cider!!!!!! Warm and inviting. Every Tuesday. Come check it out. Pizza is RAD!!!

Very friendly and good service. I was also able to buy pizza dough balls from them to use for pizza at home.

Pizzas were too salty. But I also think it was the only pizza place in Lockhart. My salad was also on the salty side.

Always great pizza and service. Salads are big and fresh and the new spring/summer drink menu is on point.

One of my favorite things is that they offer pizza by the slice, depending on what they're serving that day -- and from what I understand, they always have pepperoni slices available, which is a plus. When you walk in, you can actually see them making the pizza from scratch, including hand-stretching the dough and tossing it in the air. It's a fun and unique touch that adds to the experience. They have a good amount of seating both inside and outside. Since this is Texas, outdoor seating can be a bit of a gamble weather-wise, but it's nice to have the option. Parking can be a little tricky, but when we went on a Sunday night, it wasn't bad at all. The service was great -- everyone was friendly, helpful, and very attentive, which made the visit even better. They also have a solid selection of alcohol and seasonal drinks, which pairs well with the pizza. For the kids, we grabbed a cookie, and it was very delicious -- definitely recommend it as a sweet treat after your meal. Overall, if you're in the area and want to try a place that's a bit out of the ordinary, I'd definitely recommend stopping by Pie Society and giving it a try.

Spent $30 on two vegetarian 12" pizzas and a further $8 on nonalcoholic drinks. We finished all but one piece of pizza which was a great breakfast, and it's easy to put away because the toppings were simple but pleasing and good quality. I'm not beholden to any one style of pizza, and want to say the thin crust here is outstanding. Delicate, chewy, airy, not overly filling. Ridiculous it took me this long to visit, but we're big cheerleaders now.

We got two twelve-inch pizzas, a Neddy Veggie, and a Cheesy Dream. The former is a mushroom, bell pepper, red sauce, and basil pizza, the latter, essentially a white pizza margherita, namely, alfredo sauce, cheese, and basil. The Cheesy dream was great because there wasn't too much alfredo, and it went just right with the cheese and basil. The Neddy Veggie was great because it was not overly cheesy, but had plenty of mushrooms and bell peppers. But the star of Sylvia is the crust. Thin and hand stretched, the crust is chewy at the edges and just right. Seriously, this is now in my top ten pizza crusts of all time. I could eat the crust itself as a meal. The pizzas were delicious. But not only were the pizzas great, but when we called in the to-go order, the kitchen staff got the time that it would be ready down nearly to the minute. The staff were all quite friendly, and one person addressed me by name that he remembered from it getting called in. Seriously, if you like a good hand-tossed thin crust pizza, you can't do better than Sylvia. Highly recommend.
