There were onions and green chilies; wasn't spicy at all and I appreciated that. Also, plenty of cheese in it. It was great. I have to say I liked the texture on the chipotle tortilla, crunchy and flaky on the outside and there was flavor to it. Way better than just a plain tortilla. All in all I'd order this again. Some busy days it takes them a little longer, but that is to be expected so no fault there. I LOVE that in Utah, whenever we crave Lucky Slice (which is often) we know we can rely on Lucky Slice to be open! Especially on Sundays which is normally when we find ourselves going out to eat. My usual is a slice of pepperoni and a slice of Marghi, but I really do enjoy the pickle pizza! If you're a fan of pickles at ALL, its worth a try! It might seem strange or off-putting at first, but it really hits the spot! The pickles are crisp, and tangy right where they need to be. We also still haven't figured out what the orange sauce on the tables are, but we LOVE it. We love joking around and making sure we add our "mystery orange sauce" to our slices! Drew's family has lived in the area for many, many years and they know all the good places to go, and Slackwater is one of their favorite spots for a fun night out. I had a sour, and three other people got different blueberry sour beers. Every single one was excellent. Sean had an IPA and loved his too. Everyone ordered something different, so we had a whole table full of unique pizzas and spent the night trading slices and trying everyone's choices. I ordered the Grape & Gorgeous, which had grapes, bacon, Gorgonzola cheese and herbs with my favorite balsamic glaze drizzle on top!! I honestly had no idea what to expect. It was completely different from anything I've ever had on a pizza, but WOW...I loved it! I would order it again in a heartbeat. Sean got the Gyro Trip, Drew got the Cuban Pizza Crisis , and there were several more pizzas at the table whose names I can't remember. Every single one was unique and delicious in its own way. At one point, an ambulance even showed up for someone at another table. Thankfully, the person ended up being okay and didn't have to leave in the ambulance, but it definitely added a little unexpected excitement to our evening. Overall, we had such a great time. The atmosphere was fun, busy and full of energy, the food was excellent, the drinks were great, and the service was fantastic. Most importantly, we were able to sit around a big table, visit, laugh and enjoy a really fun night together. We will absolutely be back the next time we're visiting Haley and Drew in the area. Slackwater definitely lived up to the recommendation, and I can see why it's one of Drew's family's favorite places!
