The order was overcooked and dipping cups that were paid for were not included! This is the 3rd time this has happened recently This ongoing issue is clearly not being addressed by this particular franchise.. read more

What is going on? I am a die hard Dominoes customer. Last pizza I ordered was absolutely disgusting. I almost didn't order again but I thought I would give them another chance. The result, nasty! New cook? Whatever. Might be my last. read more

Place sucks. I called after the dumb app said pizza was ready and it was being delivered. Literally my company is 5 minutes away. The guy said their app has a gliche. Right? Is that the BS they are trained to say. It's a small pizza. It's doesn't take that long to make. 1 hour and ready as still waiting. The guy also said he is stopping somewhere else. wtf seriously. I am done with this place for a while. Its already passed my lunch and still not getting it. Even if it's a gliche. It should not be over an hour. It's a small pizza. read more

The new stuffed crust pizza is soooooo good. You will not regret it! super cheesy and even heating up the leftovers still moist.

It was really busy for a Friday night. I'm surprised because they're are so many pizza places nearby. We went here because we have a child with an egg allergy. We know for sure what Domino uses for their pizza crust so we went here. It was such a disappointment. Both the Hawaiian pizza and the cheese pizza was dry. The cheese pizza was the worse offender with barely any sauce. read more

It's Dominos, and they deliver. I would not have rated them so low, until my most recent experience. I called for delivery, tried to order their 2 pizzas for $5.99 each. Was told that was not available for delivery. When I informed them that I had ordered this twice in the previous week, he acknowledged that he was wrong, then said "don't tell me how to do my job," and hung up on me! I'm sitting here stunned as I write this. I will be deleting the Dominos app from my phone immediately. Too bad; they would've gotten a lot of business from me during the quarantine. read more

Great Pizza, great service. By far the best pizza I've had in a ling time. If I could I would give 10 Stars read more

The boys that answer the phone have never been pleasant. Rude actually. The only positive feedback I can give is the two female delivery drivers- Holley and Tiffany. Other than that you're better off driving to Portsmouth, which I've done most of the time. *Update: Julie just delivered my pizza and she will be the reason I order every Saturday night. She's the best and so friendly. Couldn't be more pleased. (the boys who answer still suck...) read more

I ordered a chicken Alfredo plate for delivery. I was told the order wasn't enough for delivery so I added a coke. Total was $14 ( without delivery) Service was Swift and the young lady who brought it was very nice. However, my plate was a joke. I thought I mistakenly bought a kiddie plate. When I called, the manager confidently stated it came with X amount of pasta and 1.5 ounces of chicken.. 1.5 ounces of processed, water filled garbage "chicken" Certainly not what's advertised online and tasted like rubber. Worst $20 I've ever spent on "food" This franchise needs to get up to speed, because it's competitors are destroying them in all aspects. read more

Wings were under cooked and rubbery and pizza was still doughy. Also very bad customer service when asked to re make. She replied that it's impossible for the wings to be under cooked they come pre packaged. It tasted like the wings were microwave. read more

This store in Hampton, NH is useless, third order in as many months that they've messed up. 2++ hours for delivery a couple of months ago, tonight they forgot items, I was charged for them, but not delivered. Silly me, the pizza is so and so, but it's an easy meal and my teenage son likes it, so occasionally we order. But man, getting an order and delivery right seems to be beyond them. read more

Placed a large order online and seconds later the store called and said they would not deliver to my address due to traffic. There is no traffic. I can see the road from my house...I relayed this info to the boy on the phone and he told me that he lived here and he knew there is traffic....very frustrating!!!! I can understand not delivering to the beach during the summer however its now the last day in Sept. read more

I was visiting this area and was looking for pizza. My father and I decided on Dominos. We walk in and go to the counter to place our order. The woman working behind the counter looks at us and blatantly rolls her eyes over and over again. Then without even asking what we would like she tells us it will be a half an hour wait. She was very rude and we walked out. read more

First off, let me say that Domino's is my favorite pizza chain. If you have enjoyed food from other Domion's locations I would definitely order from this one. I first ordered food here in April, when the beach homes were still boarded and the local McDonalds closed for the season. (I was nervous because so many businesses were still closed for the season.) Thankfully Domino's was open and able to deliver within 35 minutes (ordered multiple meal items). If you like Domino's food go ahead and order from this location. read more

This Domino's is very good at what they do. My order was exactly the way I ordered it. If you place an order for delivery though, remember that some of the delivery vehicles may not have company signs on it. read more

Used the dominoes app on my iPhone. Food was delivered to the beach. Fast, friendly, and food was hit.

Wow such great service. Got some pizza last night and it was a great deal. Strongly recommend. The food was amazing and I recommend the cheesy bread and pizza. #blessed read more

These guys are awesome. They put up with the beach's worst with a smile. Keep up the good work!

worst customer service. ordered a pizza, two Alfredo bread bowls and specialty chicken. waited an hour for the food to come. after an hour we called them and they said that they're closed. we told them we had an order and they said that they called us because they RAN OUT OF PASTA. we told them we didn't get any calls and the guy told us "well maybe check your messages next time" we're closed. we used a free pizza coupon so we called back to see if we can get that back and some lady picks up and goes sorry we're closed. we asked if we could speak to the man that is standing right next to her and she goes no we're closed and hangs up. read more

Ok on Monday's you said you deliver to schools. So the rest of the people that order delivery have to suffer. I was told I couldn't have my pizza for over a hour. This apparently happens every Monday so you would think the manager would be smart enuff to schedule more than one driver. The person that called me was dis respectful and a smart ass. I've been a professional chef my whole life. This business needs a person running it who knows something about customer service. A little background in running food service might help I want a response to this and would like to talk to the people who own and run this establishment.
