Place sucks. I called after the dumb app said pizza was ready and it was being delivered. Literally my company is 5 minutes away. The guy said their app has a gliche. Right? The new stuffed crust pizza is soooooo good. You will not regret it! super cheesy and even heating up the leftovers still moist.

It was really busy for a Friday night. I'm surprised because they're are so many pizza places nearby. We went here because we have a child with an egg allergy. It's Dominos, and they deliver. I would not have rated them so low, until my most recent experience. I called for delivery, tried to order their 2 pizzas for $5.99 each. Was told that was not available for delivery. When I informed them that I had ordered this twice in the previous week, he acknowledged that he was wrong, then said "don't tell me how to do my job," and hung up on me! I'm sitting here stunned as I write this. I will be deleting the Dominos app from my phone immediately. Too bad; they would've gotten a lot of business from me during the quarantine. read more

The boys that answer the phone have never been pleasant. Rude actually. The only positive feedback I can give is the two female delivery drivers- Holley and Tiffany. Other than that you're better off driving to Portsmouth, which I've done most of the time. *Update: Julie just delivered my pizza and she will be the reason I order every Saturday night. I ordered a chicken Alfredo plate for delivery. I was told the order wasn't enough for delivery so I added a coke. Total was $14 ( without delivery) Service was Swift and the young lady who brought it was very nice. However, my plate was a joke. I thought I mistakenly bought a kiddie plate. When I called, the manager confidently stated it came with X amount of pasta and 1.5 ounces of chicken.. 1.5 ounces of processed, water filled garbage "chicken" Certainly not what's advertised online and tasted like rubber. Worst $20 I've ever spent on "food" This franchise needs to get up to speed, because it's competitors are destroying them in all aspects. read more

This store in Hampton, NH is useless, third order in as many months that they've messed up. 2++ hours for delivery a couple of months ago, tonight they forgot items, I was charged for them, but not delivered. Silly me, the pizza is so and so, but it's an easy meal and my teenage son likes it, so occasionally we order. But man, getting an order and delivery right seems to be beyond them. read more

I was visiting this area and was looking for pizza. My father and I decided on Dominos. We walk in and go to the counter to place our order. The woman working behind the counter looks at us and blatantly rolls her eyes over and over again. Then without even asking what we would like she tells us it will be a half an hour wait. First off, let me say that Domino's is my favorite pizza chain. If you have enjoyed food from other Domion's locations I would definitely order from this one. I first ordered food here in April, when the beach homes were still boarded and the local McDonalds closed for the season. (I was nervous because so many businesses were still closed for the season.) Thankfully Domino's was open and able to deliver within 35 minutes (ordered multiple meal items). If you like Domino's food go ahead and order from this location. read more

worst customer service. ordered a pizza, two Alfredo bread bowls and specialty chicken. waited an hour for the food to come. after an hour we called them and they said that they're closed. we told them we had an order and they said that they called us because they RAN OUT OF PASTA. we told them we didn't get any calls and the guy told us "well maybe check your messages next time" we're closed. we used a free pizza coupon so we called back to see if we can get that back and some lady picks up and goes sorry we're closed. we asked if we could speak to the man that is standing right next to her and she goes no we're closed and hangs up. read more

Ok on Monday's you said you deliver to schools. So the rest of the people that order delivery have to suffer. I was told I couldn't have my pizza for over a hour. This apparently happens every Monday so you would think the manager would be smart enuff to schedule more than one driver. The person that called me was dis respectful and a smart ass. I've been a professional chef my whole life. This business needs a person running it who knows something about customer service. A little background in running food service might help I want a response to this and would like to talk to the people who own and run this establishment.
