There is nothing pretzel about them. It is unflavored, unsalted, unbuttered, un-everything pizza dough that's dry as a rock. See photo. Why are they even called pretzels? Due to this, we didn't order any other "food". This is downtown, and you have to pay for parking to come here. Then, you need to try to avoid the packs (big groups) of homeless.

We are visiting great falls so we ordered not from our standard go to P.Js. Please take a look at the pictures of the product we received. It looks like the pizza was carried by a running back from the AZ cardinals. The pie is pushed all to one side. Majority of the jalapeños had fallen out and during the transportation to the hotel. Now if it wasn't for 2 hungry little munchkins I would deliver this back to the establishment.

As a customer and Dasher, I am there pretty much everyday. I'm speaking of the central ave west location. 3 people working mothers day evening, 2 making pizza and 1 baking and boxing, and the orders just kept rolling in, they were slammed. Here's the problem, all customers and dashers were being completely ignored. Completed orders just stacking up. Orders getting cold, customers mad, dashers mad and losing tons of money. So of course tensions rise. Also isn't a pleasant place to be with the new management they now have, she's rude, mean to dashers and customers and doesn't seem to care about anything other than letting everyone know she's a manager, nowhere in sight on a not surprisingly very busy day of the year and pretty much left her people in a very difficult position. Previous management was always there running around making sure everything was getting done and people were being taken care of. After a very busy night of dashing my husband and I grabbed Little Ceasars and headed home to relax. We used to order from this location at least once a week. I don't think that will be happening anymore. Truly surprised at how good Little Ceasars was, they've stepped up their game for sure!

Ok, let's get honest. For authentic pizza, Little Caesars is nothing but fast food junk!…read more However....where else are you gonna get a pie for five bucks? And a pan pizza for eight bucks? Not even Pizza hut or Pappa John's has a better deal. Especially if you have to feed an office party or kids birthday. It does the job and the pies are always consistent. My only complaint it the workers seem dumb as turnips! Several times I have ordered a "deep dish with mushrooms..." (Or deep dish with sausage, etc..) and the cashier replies, "ok. A deep dish with pepperoni and mushroom!". I'm like, "did I ask for pepperoni? I asked for a deep dish with mushrooms!". I've then had them reply that they assume the deep dish comes with pepperoni and by me asking for mushrooms, I want that in addition to the pepperoni. Duh! I explained once after that, that I wanted a deep dish with mushrooms and not pepperoni, just the mushrooms....and the girl was confused and kept asking, "so you just want mushrooms? So you don't want any sauce or cheese, right?" Seriously folks. I didn't grow up here, but I'm beginning to question the quality of education here in great falls. Our young adults are hopeless. I'd love to see most replaced by machine ordering.

The lady responded, "Well, I can give you some without any parmesan," with the nastiest attitude, like I was inconveniencing her by asking a simple question. I wasn't asking for anything complicated. I just didn't want my Crazy Bread swimming in parmesan. The food already looked disgusting, but the attitude somehow made the experience even worse.
