I simply can not recommend anyone getting take out. Lately, every time we order take out it's always messed up. Today. We got a 20/20 bundle mild sauce on the side and a kids cheeseburger meal. We been coming to this restaurant since it has opened. We love the salads and wings. Today we stopped by for lunch about 2pm. It was not busy. Seated ourselves in the bar. Waited 5 minutes to get service as all the employees we could see, at least 5, were on their phones. We ordered and waited 30-40 minutes for our food. The wings came cold and dry. The last straw was that we had to go and track down our server to get the bill. Is it now alright to ignore patrons and be on your phones while you are supposed to be working as an employee? I have just got back to town after 3 years. I came to check Buffalo wild wings. They are clearly short staff everywhere. (from kitchen to servers) that is not an issue. They still manager to take care of you. My food took a little longer to get here but the server was super nice and friendly. Great costumer services keeps the costumer around. Atmosphere is sporty, which is fine but you can't hear a conversation at your table due to TVs and music up loud. Now with I eat eats delivery your service will be just as slow and food just as cold and not even prepared correctly. Management needs to do something about this.
