We sat down at 6 to eat dinner and ordered drinks and appetizers. Roger, our waiter, came back 15 min later to get our main order. We watched multiple groups, bigger than ours, get sat and get their food before we'd even seen a waiter again. After over an hour, we caught a different staff member to ask her about our food. Roger came back and told us that to go orders had pushed ours back but that he could get us a discount. We explained we'd rather pay for our apps and leave. He then brought us our checks and dropped pens down for us to pay, with no discount, and then walked away without saying anything. This visit, and accommodations were less than pleasant. read more

I simply can not recommend anyone getting take out. Lately, every time we order take out it's always messed up. Today. We got a 20/20 bundle mild sauce on the side and a kids cheeseburger meal. Simple! Wings are soaked in sauce and no fries. Only one right is the kids cheeseburger. We been coming to this restaurant since it has opened. We love the salads and wings. Today we stopped by for lunch about 2pm. It was not busy. Seated ourselves in the bar. Waited 5 minutes to get service as all the employees we could see, at least 5, were on their phones. We ordered and waited 30-40 minutes for our food. The wings came cold and dry. The last straw was that we had to go and track down our server to get the bill. Is it now alright to ignore patrons and be on your phones while you are supposed to be working as an employee? I have just got back to town after 3 years. I came to check Buffalo wild wings. They are clearly short staff everywhere. (from kitchen to servers) that is not an issue. They still manager to take care of you. My food took a little longer to get here but the server was super nice and friendly. Great costumer services keeps the costumer around. If you go there you will need to ask for SYD. He is the man!! Super funny guy, he knows his menu and always have great advices on what to order. Not sure what to drink? He will help you!! Service is extremely slow and horrible Wait staff doesn't care about you. Food is low quality. Atmosphere is sporty, which is fine but you can't hear a conversation at your table due to TVs and music up loud. Now with I eat eats delivery your service will be just as slow and food just as cold and not even prepared correctly. Management needs to do something about this. If your service is slow to keep people in your restaurant to eat then I suggest that you make your food a little tastier and encourage employees to cook it correctly. read more

So we asked to get our correct order and for it to be warm. While we waited even further, my wife ordered a refill of Sierra Mist but got water instead. Horrid service. You get seated right away but sit around waiting to order or get the check. The mozzarella sticks are disappointing. The dessert nachos are horrible. All the food is spicy no matter what you order. The waitresses stand around and don't really do much. They walk back and forth from computer to computer not really helping anyone at all. The food is quick and good. But if you have a sensitive taste towards spice don't eat here. Everything is spicy even the "sweet" barbecue. It's way too loud all the time. I could barely hear my waitress or the people I went with. They just need to adjust practically everything and maybe they could be more successful.
