I'm a huge fan of papa John's. When my family is hungry for a good tasting pie. We always call John and he general takes care of us. Now tonight the kids and wife wanted a pepperoni pie. We are visiting great falls so we ordered not from our standard go to P.Js. Please take a look at the pictures of the product we received. It looks like the pizza was carried by a running back from the AZ cardinals. The pie is pushed all to one side. Majority of the jalapeños had fallen out and during the transportation to the hotel. Now if it wasn't for 2 hungry little munchkins I would deliver this back to the establishment. read more

The owners of this business must be thrilled with the increase in business since joining Doordash. Unfortunately they are ill prepared to handle the traffic they now have coming into the store. As a customer and Dasher, I am there pretty much everyday. I'm speaking of the central ave west location. 3 people working mothers day evening, 2 making pizza and 1 baking and boxing, and the orders just kept rolling in, they were slammed. Here's the problem, all customers and dashers were being completely ignored. Completed orders just stacking up. Orders getting cold, customers mad, dashers mad and losing tons of money. So of course tensions rise. Also isn't a pleasant place to be with the new management they now have, she's rude, mean to dashers and customers and doesn't seem to care about anything other than letting everyone know she's a manager, nowhere in sight on a not surprisingly very busy day of the year and pretty much left her people in a very difficult position. Previous management was always there running around making sure everything was getting done and people were being taken care of. After a very busy night of dashing my husband and I grabbed Little Ceasars and headed home to relax. We used to order from this location at least once a week. I don't think that will be happening anymore. Truly surprised at how good Little Ceasars was, they've stepped up their game for sure! read more

call center such!!!! they didn't write our office suite down and they went to the wrong addres. and apparently they said they called. call did not come through. called the central Avenue store we ordered from and got nothing but attitude from the s called (manager) with no accountability or customer relation skills. will never ever order from Papa Johns ever. no accountability from the delivery driver either. it was all our fault and attitud! all we did was order 42.00 for lunch and a tip for the driver for a pizza we never got t. will be looking for our refund! read more

Pizza prepared quickly but extremely greasy. The worst pizza we have had in a long time. Previously ordered from Papa Johns and was satisfied, today not so much. We will avoid next time we want pizza. read more

Not sure how they do it, but literally every time I order a pizza from the Central Ave Papa John's online it arrives at my door step in 20 mins or less. Just 15 minutes today! And I don't even live all that close! The efficiency blows my mind, just wanted to give a big kudos. Never once been disappointed. read more

Every time I order from this place they either mess up my order, the dough is Raw and uncooked or it is so burnt you can't taste anything other than carbon. I went against my better judgement and tried to give them another chance yet again and this is what was delivered to me. Black burnt charcoal pizza. This is the last time, I will never order from Papa Johns again. It's ironic how in the picture of my Pepperoni Carbon Pizza it says "Papa Quality Approved' what a joke. We stopped at this location to use the restroom and to order snacks during a recent roadtrip. The restroom was definitely not intended for the public as it was located behind the counter, but staff was quite friendly and let our group use it. We also ordered some pizza, beverages and snacks. The chicken with blue cheese dip was the item that I tried (someone else ordered it as it doesn't come in individual sizes, just in sharing sizes) and it was nothing special. I would have preferred a stronger blue cheese flavour in the dip. The parking lot is nice and large however and was great for our purposes. There is no real seating area at which to eat (though there are benches on which to wait for your take-out order. read more

The ratio of dough to toppings is abysmal. I can't even recommend a simple pepperoni. If you're gonna go with any "papa," make it Murphy's.

I was going to order online but do to the fact this store had no cookie pizza I had to call my order in because I was using a coupon I got in the mail. We ordered the Alfredo Deluxe pizza in which it came to us kinda cold and extremely thin crust as if the dough never had risen was dry kinda couldnt really taste any sauce and really,really skimpy on the toppings! Do they do that on purpose because your using a coupon? I always wonder that about pizza joints. We got bread sticks luke warm my kid she said dang it doesn't look like the commercials all cheesy and gooey and hot! Well shes right they too seemed really flat no rise to the dough. Instead of the cookie pizza we got a cinnamon dessert pie in which was the same like the dough was flat and that too wasn't very hot we must have been the last on the list to be delivered too. They use to be pretty good. Not sure what changed. I hope they get their act together. Ordered for delivery, and the pizza was a hour late (they said 30 minutes, it took a hour and a half), and was cold. We called at the hour mark, first they said no one was home, we said nope, lights on, doors open. Then they said they got the wrong address. read more

This had been our regular take out pizza place for a long time, but last night was horrible. The sweet chili chicken pizza did not even closely represent the tv advertisement. The pepperoni sausage was just as bad. I was told 30 -45 minutes and arrived under 30 minutes to pick it up. By the time I got home it was luke warm...even in a hot bag. I could have bought 6 frozen pizzas for what I paid and would have actually enjoyed it. read more

Just got two pizzas and some wings. Both pizzas could of had been cardboard and I would have not know the difference. Worst pizza I have ever had. Ordered hot wings and also terrible wings.
