Perfect, hot and ready,15 minutes early, and the guy delivering the pizza was super nice, the cinnamon bite things were covered in cinnamon, the icing, sweet, but so sweet to were two bites of the frosting will make you wanna hurl, and the wings we got, hot, ready, and perfect. Chris V. and Ardelld D. were probably were meaning for those rating to go to pizza hut, old chicago, or howards pizza. Your website is trash that refuses to accept updates to my account. I have repeatedly had orders go to an old address that isn't even on the account anywhere on the website, still have drivers try to call the wrong number, and can't make orders or apply coupons half the time, yet if I call in to place an order I can't use the same coupons I would online. I also repeatedly have your tracker indicate the order was delivered when I do not have my pizza, only to get it HALF AN HOUR later. Today was the last straw, I have two free pizzas pending and every time I try to place the order, I just get another error. I went to the Hut instead. At least their stuff WORKS. read more

Had a negative experience after ordering wings and pasta. Wings were mushy and tiny pieces, not a true wing. Pasta was chilly with very little sauce. Tried calling multiple times no answer, went on the Domino's website submitted a complaint. Received an email reply which just pushed responsibility back to the local franchise. Local franchise called me left message, I returned their call and left a message for the person who called and weeks later still no response. Needless to say they've lost a customer, we have a variety of other pizza choices. read more

WTF Dominos?!?!?! Tonight we ordered three pizzas for carryout. One Pacific veggie, one spinach and feta and one supreme. The customer wasnt terrible but it wasn't good either. Upon getting the pizzas home we discovered that the onions on the spinach and feta had been put on after the pizza was cooked and were raw. The pacific veggie was fine but the supreme was disappointing at best. It had the tiniest sprinkle of cheese. Several pizzas had no cheese at all. This will likely be the last time we get pizza from this Dominos. People of Great Falls, do yourselves a favor and take the extra time to drive to the Dominos by the base. read more

Pizza was okay. We used the app to order the same pizza on different days and they haven't actually made what we ordered yet. Called to complain to the manager (because you only get to make a 'claim' on their app once) and was told they'd remake and redeliver our pie. It's now two hours after I called and they told me they'd remake it and an hour after I called the second time to see if it was still coming. I'm beginning to suspect they really don't give a crap about customer service. Too bad...there are a lot of pizza places in town and I will order from one of them from now on. read more

Fan of dominoes for years. Always my go to pizza joint. However, this location has a female manger (Katie) who is one rude woman. If you cannot handle simple inquires regarding orders, catering etc you are in the wrong business. Getting angry with the person asking questions about your business is unprofessional. Try some anger management classes or another like of work. Will never order from this location. read more

Wasn't a big fan of Domino's until I went to work here. (I don't now) but the food is great and so are the prices. We take advantage of the mix and match for 5.99 each at least once a month. If there is ever a problem, which is rare, they are quick to correct it. The ownership has changed since I worked there which has brought improvements as well. read more

Easy on line ordering, fair prices, plenty of choice and great service. The order was correct, the counter employee was as friendly as an outsider. The manager was rude but hell Im a tourist and my money is tourist money. The pizza at Dominos is good simple tasty pizza. This location is easy to fine even for an out of towner. Pizza was ok. They short you on the toppings and my gluten free crust was a little too well done. The one I had at Dominos in Billings MT was much better. Workers there need to be a little more consideratel of customers. The man with me has ALS. He has lost most of the use of his hands and arms. He was looking at the menu and I went to take his sunglasses off. The man taking our order started laughing. Glad my friend didn't hear it. I informed him the he cannot use his hands to do it on his own. I was disgusted that he laughed to begin with. However, the man who brought out our order was very decent. I use to order here because it was close to where my friend lived, but the pizza was never great. The last time I ordered there I waited for over an hour and was concerned so I called in to see if the order went through or what the issue was. They answer and I tell them my order and asked why it wasn't delivered yet and the worker continues to tell me that they went out and that I gave them an address that didn't exist. So I again want to assume the best and repeat it to them and they tell me that it doesn't exist and they can't deliver somewhere that isn't real. So I tell them well that's funny because I'm here right now and he's like no that's impossible so I ask for a manager. They talk for a minute but I can hear them and they're calling me crazy and then the manager is like ohhhh I know where that is. He comes on and starts apologizing but I had enough. I just wanted to note that I wanted to pay cash for my delivery but they wouldn't let me because I exceeded some $20 limit on my order. I had enough cash to pay the driver without needing any change and therefore they lost some of my purchase. I deleted what I needed to get it under $20.
