We ordered a pizza special three toppings for 10 bucks was a great deal. Unfortunately the pizza was cold the crust was like cardboard . Also ordered a side of Cajun wings those are excellent however six wings for almost $17 is outrageous . We picked this up at the Pizza Hut on 2nd Avenue North and Great Falls we won't be back read more

Very disorganized. Staff was dressed very sloppy. Placed order on the phone. When I got there. The salad was ready but didn't make the pizza I asked for. Did not give me utensils or dressing for the salad I had to ask for it. read more

Last time we ordered we received someone else's order. Oddly enough the receipt showed it was another address and that it was a new customer. Well ya missed the mark on that one. Moving on. We called and they apologized and rewarded us with "free pizza" for future order. We'll today the day after Christmas 2025 we ordered said free pizza along with another pizza and 18 wings still a total of 83 dollars including 20% tip for driver. Pizza 1 pep, mush, and onions. Pizza 2 pep, mush, black olives. Well someone there decided pepperoni was all we were getting this time. So much for quality control pizza hut. Strike 2. Maybe you should start interviewing managers for 2026. Just my opinion read more

I ordered a medium Meat Lover's Pizza today, because I wanted to try Pizza Hut as I hadn't eaten it since about five years ago. It was absolutely disgusting. I put three pieces on my plate and ate the first piece, then struggled through the second piece and gave it up and ended up throwing the rest of the pizza in the garbage. My wife took a bite of it and said it was horrible. I'll try to give you the info off the receipt but it has been saturated with grease. The shop was the Pizza Hut at 4900 2nd Avenue South, Great Falls, MT 59405. Pizza Hut #035937, ? as it is greased over. Ticket # 0020, called in at 5:46 PM. Spent $25.00 (including tip), on the worst pizza I have ever had, without question. read more

From Colorado where options are plentiful for pizza. This is the best pizza place in town for great falls. Highly recommend

Ordered online for a specific delivery time. Order showed up 20 minutes early and I wasn't at the delivery address so they left and when I called to ask to redeliver the food was cold. If you ask for a specific delivery time stick to it within 5 minutes not any longer. Won't be ordering from you again. Super disappointed. read more

We have been Pizza Hut fans for years. Having just moved to Great Falls, we ordered online and the pizza arrived in less than an hour. We were pleased with the ordering process and the food too. read more

Ordered pizza on two separate occasions. Had a horrible experience the first time, didn't say anything because maybe it was just a off night to order. Just got some pizza and wings for lunch. All the food was cold or barely warm. The pizza box had sauce from the wings covered over the top, the wing box was completely collapsed. The driver was acting like it was an inconvenience that he had to deliver to my house. Never ordering from this pizza hut again! Would recommend going to the others even though it may be inconvenient. read more

Pizza Hut - fried chicken in a frying pan - Pizza Near Me - Great Falls, Montana

See all

Was told a delivery would take 30 minutes, took 1 hour. No biggie. But what I take issue is delivery guy wasn't in uniform at all, didn't say my name. But worst was my 2 liter was on top of pizza and the bag causing the weight to be transferred to the pizza and thus having pizza on the top of the box. read more

Pizza Hut - Pizza hut box with pizza on top separately from pizza because a 2 liter of soda was on top of it. - Pizza Near Me - Great Falls, Montana

We ordered a pizza online, half mushroom, half sausage and we got text notifications until it got to us which was nice! From the time we ordered, to the time it got to us, was only about 30 minutes, maybe even less and it was Saturday night. We also ordered spicy garlic boneless wings which were so tasty! And our pizza was perfect and delicious, with a ton of toppings, no bite without toppings. I would've taken a picture of this beautiful pizza but we ate it too fast! read more

Why make your customers pay extra for ranch when your employees can't even remember include it to the order

Every order I've ever gotten from this place there has been hair in it. Gross. Also every time I've ordered the customer service was extremely lazy. Dont recommend! read more

The girl taking orders was very bad at her job. It took 20 minutes to order 2 things. Had to wait 80 mins. (At their slowest hour) and my pizza and wings showed up both all smashed and cold. Helen Keller could've probably delivered a pizza that wasnt half as jacked up as the one I got. Would not recommend, will never ever ever go back. Check out dominos, their chicken bacon ranch pizza is bomb, as well as Hawaiian. read more

I will not go back. Here goes. We went in, got seated and waited and waited and waited and waited. It was 7:30 PM and there was only two other parties there and one was already eating. I finally asked if we were going to be served and she went and found out waitress. She came out and took our order. The table was real sticky and had food on it. I asked her if she could have the table wiped down as it was sticky and she said "so now you want your table rewiped too" in a loud and nasty way and walked off never coming back. My wife ended up dumping a glass of water on it and washing it with napkins. The wooden edges were still sticky from a long tern lack of washing. We went to the salad bar and it was a wreck, food all over, many items out and black stuff on / in the cauliflower. We were stuck here as we had people meeting us there who did not have a cell phone. Just my opinion. read more

Service was horrible. The waitress kept talking about how she was so overwhelmed and confused when they had just opened and there were only 3 tables. To make matters worse she called my friend's son, who is clearly a boy, a girl. And she very rudely interrupted me while I was on the phone. Food was fine. Had no problem with that but the waitress really got under my skin. read more

Went in to have lunch were my grandmother and I were the only two their took 15 mins for the lady to take our order then we sat and watched our food get put up in the window where it sat for over 10 minutes. The cook kept looking at us. The waitress was know where to be found so we got up and walked out. As we are walking out they both look at us and say nothing. The broom was left for someone to trip over tables not clean floor was dirty. I will not be going back anytime soon. I'll drive to the other side where I know I'll get service with a smile. read more

I cannot express the level of sincere gratitude and appreciation for the ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING customer service given by Josh Swanson!!!! This young man went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to deliver not just a pizza order, but to deliver incredible kindness, warmth, hospitality, and selflessness tonight for my mother. I've been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. I know good service. I recognize true dedication. I know what our customers and our managements' expectations are. I've held every position possible, on every level of the food service/customer service industry. From carside/to-go service, hostess, waitress, bartender, trainer, corporate trainer, manager (FOH & BOH), to GM. Traveling the country to open new locations, to hire and train new staff members. And from my experience, I can honestly tell you, it's not very often you find someone like Josh. I pray to hire employees like Josh! Someone with the customer service skills and the willingness to go above and beyond, to ensure that you're left smiling and feeling grateful that you chose to dine at the 10th Ave location, and were lucky enough to have Josh serve you. His kindness and stellar service touched the heart of this family tonight. He impacted my children with a lesson of love by showing them how much just one "random act of kindness" can change someone's situation. He ensured we were given a level of service you just don't find everyday. From one end of the country to another, Josh's service has shined bright. He has truly been our Christmas angel. Myself, my sons, and my mother will forever thank you Josh....from the bottom of our hearts!!! You are TRULY one in a million!! read more

I called and ordered a gluten free pizza to go. I went and picked it up. The workers were nice and friendly, but the pizza was nasty. I got it home and opened it and it looked like it had very little sauce on it. The sauce was such a small amount that the edges of the crust were almost two inches wide. Then worse, the crust was very hard. It was like biting into concrete! Just because some of us cannot have gluten, is there a reason we should be punished for it like this? When I was in Billings a month ago, I ordered a gluten free pizza from Domino's. It was amazing, excellent job with cheese and toppings and the crust was just right. Pizza Hut get your act together! There is no excuse for serving lousy pizza when you have been in the business as long as you have. read more
