Went there for lunch and got a big surprise it was done exactly like what is shown in the commercials, great chicken. I am in GF MT for a month will be back for more chicken. I live in Corpus Christi TX and the KFC there sucks! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Kids working are lazy, rude, zero customer service, can't even speak into the microphone to take your order, puts hand out of the window to take your money without even looking at you, from the drive thru window, the kitchen is a mess and question everything about the food. WHAT A JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT. read more

FFS. Customer service is HORRIBLE! No hello. No thank you. Just literally tossed our food out the drive thru and turned around and walked away. Had no idea if it was everything or not. Biscuits were underbaked. Straws were bent up. No sauce. You should laugh at me. I keep going back. Darn it. read more

Worst experience and I didnt even get food. Waited 10 mins behind 2 cars to get to speaker. Once there waited 10 more minutes without being able to order. When I inquired about the wait a snotty teenager told me they have 5 doordash orders that are more important than people in the drive-thru. When I asked how much longer my wait would be i was told 15 to 20 more mins just to order. I told them I was calling corporate and she snidely told me to go ahead. So I did. The only way this store will change is if more people call on them. Talking to supervisors does nothing. Its been like this a long time and its just getting worse. Corporate number is 1-800-225-5532 read more

We pulled into drive thru to Order a 8 piece bucket at 7PM on Jan 27 2025. Told they had no extra crispy so we said ok, we will order regular recipe. Told they only had one breast. Place is open until 9PM. Asked if they would drop more. Told, probably not. Asked if they are open until 9 why wouldn't they. Told they would but would be 45 minutes. Gave up and glad we did after reading the reviews. Avoid at all costs! read more

Instead of going through the drive thru, went in, the place was filthy. They were out of ice cream, honey and various other condiments. Luckily they still had chicken and mashed potatoes. We decided to eat inside. The floor was slick and greasy and hadn't been swept at least day if not other days. Would never go back. All I can say is there is a reason you pray over your food..... read more

The chicken was gross, under cooked, slimy, full of fat. Ordered 4 pieces and was told one would be a breast, we received 2 thighs, a wing and a leg all of which smelled bad of old grease. Will not return. read more

I got a 8 piece chicken deal with two sides and four biscuits at the drive thru and the woman at the window was pushing me to order fast on the microphone and then she rushes me to except what's in the bag without looking and doesn't give me the four biscuits and there was no receipt in the bag! About 4:00pm on Wednesday March 24th I will never stop there again with the terrible customer service! read more

KFC - 8 Piece Meal - Chicken Wings Near Me - Great Falls, Montana

Apparently, it's okay for the workers to throw someone else's trash in your face while the manager threatens to spit in your food. They falsely accused me of throwing a cup out in the drive thru yet my door never opened. I never even had a cup and I never litter. I told them to check cameras but they decided to throw some old cup at my face with who knows what was in it but it smelt awful and there was spit in the bag of my food. Corporate and the Better Business Bureau have been notified. To be targeted (don't know if it was because I'm Native American) but I know I was falsely accused for something I never even did. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before I even went to the facility. I wondered why there was no one in line in the middle of the afternoon. I thought they were closed. When I sat at the ordering place outside it took forever for anyone to take my order. Then I sat there and waited again to pay. No one in front of me either. The glass around the pay window is so dirty a person can't even see inside if anyone was there. Maybe it's a one person show. When my bucket of chicken arrived, I pulled into a parking spot and thought I would grab a leg to eat while I was driving. When I opened the bucket I found really pale looking chicken with the breading still white and rubbing of and falling off onto the other pieces. It was clearly not cooked enough. I took it back to the window and told the person that it wasn't cooked enough. He asked me what I wanted done about it. Did I want my money back. I told him know, I wanted good KFC chicken. He grabbed the chicken from my hands and shut the window. He then came back and tied a really good knot in the plastic so I would struffle get it open. I pulled over to a parking spot and got it untied. The top two pieces, which were breasts were completely over cooked and drying out but they were cold to the touch. The rest of the pieces were just as they had been the first time I took them. I didn't want to go back and argue. I felt my best use of my time was to let everyone know that this is NOT the KFC anyone is used to! You really don't want to eat here. I promise you, you will wish you hadn't stopped. read more

This place has gone continously downhill, I ordered original recipe got the extra crispy that was also extra done. A meal we used to get for 19.99 is now 35.00 the size of the peices makes one wonder if it's pigeon rather than chicken. Craving fried chicken hit a grocery store up or even better check out Schultes across town, save your money and avoid this place at all costs. read more

Stopped to grab lunch while attending a tourney on Saturday, 03/25/23. Ordering seemed to go well. When we received our food, we didn't have our coleslaw or plates. Our granddaughter went into the restaurant and asked for coleslaw and plates. She was informed that they do not have plates anymore. Seriously, how are you supposed to eat lunch without a plate!? Then she overheard the gentleman say, give the girl her coleslaw so we can get her out of here. That's certainly a welcoming thing to say to a customer who just supported your overpriced restaurant. The food was good. However, everything combined, we will not come back to your restaurant. read more

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through just to be told they were out of chicken. Absolutely ridiculous and the lady at the drive thru was completely nonchalant, like why would we want to order chicken at KFC!?! read more

This was awful! My grandson and I love KFC. It is a treat to go. We tried going all weekend and there was a sign that said we open at 1. What missing the lunch rush. Today we went and it said they opened at 12:00. I ordered the chicken breast 5.00 meal. The girl said we don't have chicken breast. Vey rudely. Then I asked can we change it they said no. I was like ok can I get a root beer float. We are out of root beer. Then they said you can wait 17 minutes. I asked for a manager. She said 4. I got home my food was upside down and the chicken looked like it was already half ate. If I could give them negative or no stars I would. RUDE HORRIBLE FOOD stay away. We will drive to Butte for KFC. read more

I understand the due to short handedness things are slower, but to wait in line for 30 + minutes and not even to be at the window to pay yet is ridiculous!! Do you have only 2 people working or something? If that's the case then maybe you should shut down until you have workers. read more

My boyfriend and I went there around 8:30 pm tonight we waited for over 20 mins for our food got all the way home the food was cold my fries were hard and stale and the rest cold my wings had been sitting out for hours very stale went back they said they world fix the order get back home and the food Is still cold and here's a picture of the wings read more

Got two orders. They gave me a sack. I asked if both orders were in the sack. They said yes. Lying *'*%'"$"''. Got home; had only one order. They did not pick up their phone. Had to drive back to get second order. Love their fries. Hate the people working there. read more

The service sucks..you have to ask to get helped or acknowledged..they will put orders on the counter but won't tell you who it's for and if you ask if it's yours they will put a sticky note on the order..they are extremely rude read more

When I pulled up to place an order at this location. There were only five cars ahead of me. It took an hour waiting in line with just to order and another 1/2 hour to pay. I was told to move over and they'd bring it out. I said no I've been waiting long time already. And that I'd wait in line. The girls were very mean and served the people behind me before I got my food. Just to realize that they'd only given me half my order AND it was COLD! What a SHIT HOLE!!! read more

I waited 17 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The dirty tables didn't help. First and last time going here.

The chicken was delicious. The restaurant was clean, as well as the restrooms. The staff was friendly.

This place has reopened!!! So glad we went there in the morning because it was crazy packed when I drove by in the evening. The servings are rather smaller than expected but good. I'm from California and it's bigger in California. Steep prices for small things. Some of the prices they ring you up don't match their signs either. We bought a mug from them. Glad to have the rootbeer float. It was delicious. Food was decent. Nothing special. Not sure if I'd ever spend that much for fast food again that was very small in portion. The place is super clean, well because it's new. They had issues and weren't taking cards but it was their first day, I'm sure it happens all the time. I'd come back just for the rootbeer floats though. Definitely not the best Kfc I've had.... read more

Ordered the Fill Up meal. Got 13 biscuits but no chicken tenders. Got the wrong order. Tried to call no answer. Had to wait at least 20 minutes to order only 1 car in front of me. Then another 30 minutes to get food. Who orders 13 biscuits. Filled out survey. No answer back. Need to be reimbursed for food as did not get what I did not get. Person who brought order out to car did not have a clue on what order was who's. Really no stars should be received. read more

Horrible service they messed up on my food twice! The cashier was new or just didn't care about her job she didn't know any of the answers I asked her about the food there which was just sad. If you don't like what you do then move on !! read more

I went there on Jan 2, 2021 @ 10:30 am, only to find out they didn't open til 11:00 am. Web site says 10:30 am. I explained it to the person at the window, who could care less. She gave me a paper with KFCexperience.com to contact. I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't share my negative experience. The blank for Team Member was also blank. I guess when you have the only KFC in a hundred miles, you can treat your customers any way you want. POOR WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!! It will be a long time, if ever, before I go back. read more

Hoping that this place could make it since it went out of business before. If the state Health Department saw the kitchen from the dining area they would be shut down. Pure filth. I've been there 6 times since they opened and it's the same every time. They screwed my order up every single time but I still like their Cornish game Hens. (Why did I call them that? Because that's the size of their chicken) the food is mostly good but that place is an absolute sh** ho**. It is so not popular no one cares enough to talk about them on Yelp. The one in Billings is even worse! read more

They took forever! In the end they barley put any mashed potatoes! They also kept messing up the order!

They are soooo slooooowwwww! I waited in the driver thru forever! This is not the first time. Seriously how long does it take to put chicken and sides in a box? I was in line and it seemed like each vehicle up at the order speaker was there at least 10 to 15 minutes! I almost left but I was at work and didn't have time to go anywhere else and wait. Seriously rediculous that is takes this long. Took 50 minutes all together...that is to wait in line, order and get the food and the line wasn't that long! You would think they are making everything from scratch for each person with as long as it took! Some people got out of line and left. read more

As usual I should have known that something was wrong when the parking lot was empty. The only good comment I have is that the place was clean. The chicken I ordered was warm not hot, the biscuit was the same, I couldn't have green beans, they where out. My best recommendation, eat somewhere else. read more

Under cooked chicken that didn't taste like KFC and coleslaw didn't tats right either...nasty

Nice to have it back, remodel is nice and clean, food was fast and hot. All new crew needs a little bit more training but still friendly.

I hadn't tried KFC for about 5 years because of their prices. I decided to give them another try. I ordered some chicken tenders, they were dried out! I also ordered chicken bites, they were over cooked & small! The french fries were so-so, the only good thing in the order was the cole slaw & it was a really small amount! I will not go back! read more

I wouldn't have even gave it a 1 star if it didn't make me. The prices have gotten ridiculous, we go a 8 piece dark. What we got for 20 dollars was 8 legs no thighs and the legs was the most skinny legs I ever saw you was lucky if you got more than 1 bite! The girl at the drive thru was horrible she asked like she didn't want to be there. And then there is the fact that we waited in along line cause they was so slow and when we finally got up there and ordered we had to pull to the side . So on top of having to wait in a really really slow line we still had to wait at least 20 minutes to get our food. This isn't a way to run a business, my husband said that was the last time we get food there! And I have heard the same thing from other people! What we all need to do is boycot your business until you can step up the faster pace, alot of food quality change and have your people to work on there customer service skills cause they are terrible. I would appreciate you getting back to me so at least I know you care read more

Glad it reopened and how clean it is. However the customer service was horrible. The person who was taking my order had no clue what was going on. There was girls in the back talking really loud and cussing. I get it have fun at work but do it in a manner where customers can't hear you. Also an employee had a nasty hicky on her neck and she was up front rough housing with the kid who took my order. Unless the customer service improves I'm not going back. read more

Went through the drive through, ordered 2 Fillups and one extra thigh, they didn't give me my drinks so I went back and while I waited AGAIN, checked the rest, no thigh, no drinks, no dipping sauce that they offered....burnt chicken strips that we're all hard. No. Honey. It wasn't on my receipt so I paid 2.10 more for the thigh. What a bad experience. read more
