They tossed a burnt unpackaged apple pie with no filling into my bag. Which I found out about half way home (20+ miles away) Came in the next day to show them. They implied I doctored the pie and wouldn't do anything about it. Second employee rolled her eyes and told the other employee just to replace it. I told her I wasn't happy with how he handled the situation both she and a third employee basically made me the problem and escalated the situation. Second employee under her breath walked away and threatened me because I was irritated with her passive aggressive non-apologies. I followed her and asked her if she had a problem. She got all dramatic and yelled "Call the police!" I left while the first employee threatened physical violence and told me "Get the fuck out of here nigger!" Told third employee I was never coming back. She said "Good" and followed me into the parking lot to film my car. Bad food. Real classy joint....if you're into trash. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. My family yesterday. The manager in the back was yelling at pretty much everyone behind the counter. Cussing swearing loud enough for the restaurant to hear. I have NEVER seen a Burger King in operation that was so incredibly run down! Where to start... At first we were excited because my kids saw the big play place and wanted to go play. So we came in and discovered that it was like a solarium in there with all the hit sun and glass and it was about 90 degrees. So no play place.. They were short staffed, of course, and the register they were trying to use was broken and frozen. Finally they got another to work, but customers had already left by that time. We got our order in, and the good pet was they got my fussy daughters burgers right, which rarely happens, but the soda machine was obviously broken because all the sodas were terrible tasting, not sweet, like there was no syrup. We drank ice water instead, at least that tasted good. There was no paper towels in the dirty bathrooms, so that wasn't great. They didn't have chocolate milk and were out of apple juice for my girls kids meals, and they were even out of kids meals toys! The restaurant was clearly in total disrepair, and I was very surprised it was open. We muscled through it, and they must have known it too, because they followed us to the door when we left and bolted it behind us! LOL! Anyway, if they fixed all that I'm sure it would be fine, but until then I do NOT recommend it! read more

I was in there to get a burger and fries. (prior to that I didn't know the price.) Well the guy who was taking my order when I asked him "Hey how much would it cost to get a burger and fries?" Full on went "Oh I don't know why don't you do the math?". I don't know, why don't you use the cash register, put 2 things in, and tell me the cost? I already work a job too bud. Sure smells great as you pull into the parking lot, but it ends there. Now while we haven't been back recently, the reasons are as follows. Dead flies everywhere; tables haven't been bused in ages; litter and garbage all over the floor; doors filthy; the few servers that there are all look like they've all lost their best friends; and let's not even discuss the bathrooms. The food was cold, don't know where they kept the food that smelled so good outside, but it wasn't being served to the customers. We tried going to the one on 10th Ave S, don't know if they're owned by the same company but it was a "pinch better". The food was actually hot. These are the reasons that we have switched/upgraded to a cleaner, better served, better quality place to eat hamburgers. Sorry Burger King, but your crown needs some polish and maintenance. read more

Poor management, I'm thinking. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes without service, employees scurrying around. Two people inside waiting when we arrived, only one in the drive thru. Have been waiting 20+ minutes after ordering and still no food. We're the only people dining in. Employees joking around and swearing occasionally. We just asked where our order is. They said they'll make it now....what is going on with management at this location?? Total time waiting for order with no other customers here: 35 minutes. Just got a refund and left. read more

Gentlemen in front of me was complaining about cold coffee, and his burger was cold. My burger was cold, drink machine was out of most selections. Floor was dirty, sticky could see where pop was spilled, staff was not friendly. Will not eat here again. read more

Okay so I ordered a chicken sandwich and got the spicy in my bag instead. My orders are ALWAYS messed up at restaurants, it's a curse. That being said I wasn't super annoyed but went back to get the right sandwich. NOT ONLY did I get the right sandwich... the night manager(tall thin blonde lady with BOMB nails) literally knocked it out the park. Won't take cash, out of most items, rude employees. I get the constraints that Covid has put on the restaurant industry but it's obvious there's no will or desire at this location to even perform the most simplest tasks let alone provide customer service. This review is for the west side location. I saw a recent article where Burger King was trying to improve their reputation and would put emphasis on their trademark item the Whopper. My two previous bad experiences were enough to keep me away, but the news article convinced me to try again. I guess this facility is not aware of corporates plans. This experience was no different than the previous two. 12 to 15 minute wait in drive thru line and food barley warm enough to risk eating. One positive I noticed at the three visits, the staff were good at apologizing for the delay. read more

Terrible. Continuously pulling their masks up and down while making food but then yelled at my mom to put her mask on (she pulled it down to clear the fog on her glasses for not even a full minute) then when I asked them to clean the only high hair available, she told me no because she was running drive through and dine in and didn't have the time. Not my problem. I even offered to clean it, they just needed to give me something. It was sticky with soda and salt all over it. They gave us zero sauce for nuggets after asking twice and then when we wanted 2 for a 10 piece she said "that's usually 15 cents but I just don't have the time so you can have it" as if she was doing us a favor for having to ask multiple times. Then we were missing a fry, my mom and I ordered separately and I didn't get a fri, so my mom went up with her receipt and the girl said that I didn't order a fry. I'm not going to give you some sob story, about how I "fed my kids", "feel bad for me" but here's the situation. I order a number seven a four fairly frequently, despite the fairly decent environment, my "Lazy writing #7" was missing the A1 sauce and replaced with pickles. I had arrived home and began to eat my burger. The meat taste raw, but the taste of pickles almost hid the raw taste. About halfway through, I had given up, and tossed my food. A day later my stomach was experiencing a "clog". Two days later, I cannot puke or poop to expel this crap. At some point, I hope Burger King as a whole shuts down. Their resteraunt is dirty, the people are dirty, and I'm sick of it. I am not one to complain, I could make my own food at home, but I doubt I'll have time to cook then eat. read more

This burger king is so disgusting. The last burger I had there tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. You can taste the sour taste from bacteria or something.
