We watched multiple groups, bigger than ours, get sat and get their food before we'd even seen a waiter again. After over an hour, we caught a different staff member to ask her about our food. Roger came back and told us that to go orders had pushed ours back but that he could get us a discount. We explained we'd rather pay for our apps and leave. He then brought us our checks and dropped pens down for us to pay, with no discount, and then walked away without saying anything. This visit, and accommodations were less than pleasant.

As a customer and Dasher, I am there pretty much everyday. I'm speaking of the central ave west location. 3 people working mothers day evening, 2 making pizza and 1 baking and boxing, and the orders just kept rolling in, they were slammed. Here's the problem, all customers and dashers were being completely ignored. Completed orders just stacking up. Orders getting cold, customers mad, dashers mad and losing tons of money. So of course tensions rise. Also isn't a pleasant place to be with the new management they now have, she's rude, mean to dashers and customers and doesn't seem to care about anything other than letting everyone know she's a manager, nowhere in sight on a not surprisingly very busy day of the year and pretty much left her people in a very difficult position. Previous management was always there running around making sure everything was getting done and people were being taken care of. After a very busy night of dashing my husband and I grabbed Little Ceasars and headed home to relax. We used to order from this location at least once a week. I don't think that will be happening anymore. Truly surprised at how good Little Ceasars was, they've stepped up their game for sure!

It looks like the pizza was carried by a running back from the AZ cardinals. The pie is pushed all to one side. Majority of the jalapeños had fallen out and during the transportation to the hotel. Now if it wasn't for 2 hungry little munchkins I would deliver this back to the establishment.
