My first time here. Friendly staff. I almost canceled my order while I was waiting for my order due to the fly infestation in the place. Food prep area was exposed to the open air and one of the employees kept wiping his nose on his sleeve. No one was wearing gloves, just bare hands. I know there are ways to prevent flies from being in a food establishment. I enjoyed my pizza, while trying not to think of what I observed. I can see by reading other reviews, owner/manager doesn't respond. Hopefully you will make some changes here. read more

The second was a thin pizza with garlic parmesan sauce with spinach and ham on one side with sausage and mushroom on the other. They gave pepperoni instead of mushroom so that side was a bit salty. I get some good email deals and this time the deal was fantastic, any pizza half-off. For a frugal shopper that's trying to save money and stay on budget this was right up my ally. I got an X-Large extravaganza pizza for $11.50. Now, this pizza was perfectly cooked with a nicely browned crust, very saucy, and so loaded with stuff my eyes were buggin'! As much as I love them, they always forget one of my toppings, whenever I order for pick up whoever answers the phone is always the worst, especially the little brunette girl that works the front counter, not once do I think she got my order right. To add on after coming in multiply times and having me correct them they still always get my name wrong even with my phone number in the system. WARNING! WARNING! ABOUT COST & DELIVERY - I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza last night. Its advertised for $8.99 on television. They charged me $14.75 - for the same pizza - because it was delivered. Had no idea I was paying almost double for delivery AND THEN they ALSO charged me $3.99 for DELIVERY. And I didn't receive the receipt to see I'd already been charged $3.99 and I gave the driver a $5.00 TIP. Effectively I spent $14.75 for DELIVERY of a $8.99 pizza THE FOOD: The pizza had black burns on top and around the edges and underneath was dark brown. There was no moisture left in the pizza. I called the store and the supervisor on duty actually said "you have to tell us if you don't want it burned !!!!" Then the chicken pasta alfredo was so dry, the creme sauce was dried up and attached to the noodles as if it were sitting under a hot light all day. The supervisor said next time tell them I want it creamy and they'll add extra sauce. NO QUALITY CONTROL - no one checking what's acceptable to leave the store. They're just slopping out garbage food to the public. I was told I was supposed to ask for a coupon to get the pizza at $8.99 but that's NOT what the commercial says. THIS IS A RIP OFF. And when I complained to the store manager the next day it was impossible to penetrate her skull that I'd paid double for a pizza because it was delivered, effectively paying for delivery, then got charged an extra 3.99 for delivery and the $5 tip. She just cited rules and "that's how it is" -- well this is exploitation and abuse of customers. Customer service was HORRIBLE today...... I live 10 miles out of town so I knew I had to drive in for a pick up order, so I called in the order. I girl on the phone took my order, then said she couldn't hear me well enough to get my phone number which I repeated at least 5 times, then she hung up on me without asking my name. I've never been disappointed by Domino's but I rarely order them as I almost never find myself in this part of town. Today we couldn't decide what to do for dinner and didn't want to cook, so we decided to try ordering online. It went very smoothly! Putting your pizza together is, admittedly, fun with the pictures of the toppings and everything. We live out of town (20 minutes on a very good day) and so our drive is longer than their time to make it, but we decided to risk it anyway. I paid online and verification at the store was easy. Got my pies and was out the door! They were kept in a warmer and were nice and hot. When we got home they were still fresh (as in, crust hadn't started to get that hard chewiness to it) and still pretty warm. Delicious! My pizza was hand tossed, Garlic white sauce with normal cheese, ham and tomatoes. The sauce was -very- garlicy but was still great, and the crust was garlic bread which was so very delicious. I would definitely recommend. It also was pretty salty, so next time I might go with a different sauce to see if that helps - though I do love me some salt! The crust was light, fluffy and so delicious. It wasn't stiff or flat like most other place's, and the garlic and Parmesan were enjoyable extras. My husband liked his pizza. It was Garlic White sauce with normal cheese, Philly steak and bacon. I asked him what he thought of it and he said it was really good, would like to order again but, like myself, try a different sauce. It's been a long, long time since I was in the store and they have redecorated at some point. It's really nice inside! Clean and sharp with a modern flare but still definitely a pizza joint. With their carry out deal of $5.99 each for two pies (depends on toppings, I learned), it's definitely worth giving a shot to form your own opinion of them. Also, since they are so fast with making their pizzas, we might try their 'Schedule of Later' option next time we order online to try and time it better. Dominos offers a large selection on their menu: pizzas, melts, salads, pastas, breads, chicken and dessert. For the longest while, I have been a fan of their chicken on the bone, mango habanero flavored, where the sweetness and the spice are well balanced in the tender embrace of the properly cooked chicken skin. But now I have discovered some boneless delights as well, which never really tempted me before. First there is the new crispy tomato and bacon boneless wings which are soft and well seasoned(I sensed something herbal with the tomato, cannot precisely place it but suspect a hint of oregano in the flavoring.) But to top the bacon tomato option, there is also a big 12 piece order of juicy bacon bbq sweet wings where the bbq sauce is gentle and lacks any degree of spice. The bacon comes in small, bite sized chunks and is very crispy. If you like the softer and fatter kinds of bacon, it might not be to your liking, but even then the soft, oozing with flavor chicken pieces can be enjoyed on their own merit. I also find it interesting, that despite not being able to enjoy the more sophisticated breads offered by Dominos, due to their insufficient proportion of the crucial ingredient in them, I really like the most basic type, the breadsticks that come with marinara. Already flavored in its own right, with a subtle hint of garlic, the marinara works really well with it There are several dessert options but while the rest is decent, the hot lava cakes are truly unique among all pizza chains I have tried. Decided to have a lazy day and not cook for once, so we order Dominos. Ordering over the phone was easy and they say it will arrive in 20-30 minutes. Ok cool. Me and my wife are downstairs waiting for our food as an hour goes by... I just had surgery so I tell my wife to check if anyone is outside and as she opens the door she sees out food just sitting on the ground. We didn't order through DoorDash or have any special request to have our food dropped off in front of our door. The person who made the delivery didn't even have the damn decency to knock or ring the doorbell. Instead I open my food to find it now has ants in it and is no longer warm. I don't get it though, because drivers make nearly more money from interacting with customers and getting tips... I called and the person tells me that their new policy is that they knock once, but we didn't even get that or a refund. Just a "sorry about that. I'll let the driver know". I have to give them one star because no stars is not an option! we don't really eat pizza out very often but we decided that Domino's was actually pretty decent for the price and it's nice to have a fast choice when busy and we have 5 kids. So we have been eating it once a week for a couple months and this last time everyone that ate one of the pizzas got violently ill I mean all night my husband was in the bathroom on the toilet!!! We didn't think about the pizza Until the next day one of my husbands employees ate a piece and within 30 min was stuck in the bathroom for a while!!! It was bad! Far and away, this is easily the best "national chain" type pizza that you can find. Excellent value for the money and incredible flavor. On the positive side, the pizzas were very good. BUT....called my order in at 6:33pm for delivery at our hotel ( with two small kids). Gave them my credit card number, phone # and hotel. Said delivery in 45 to 50 min. An hour goes by. Called again.....Oh, so sorry we are a bit behind, two of my drivers quit just before their shift. Call us back if not there in 15 MIN. OK, I said, I understood. Waited....20min......no pizza. Called the third time. Oh, they said...your credit card didn't go through.( strange...had used it several times earlier that day...no problem) I said, and your just now letting me know?? He said, I tried to call you ( funny my phone right next to me...NO calls. Then he said , I even tried to call the hotel but no one answered.( Hummm...people checking in...I know they are there) So, where is my order??? They cancelled it. Steaming and they know it. I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza (pepperoni and salami) and cinnamon twists with 2 icings. My cinnamon twists came with no icing and my pizza was baked with the salami under the cheese and pepperoni on top (never have I had a pizza where a topping was on "top" but actually baked UNDER the cheese?) Usually I'm not one to complain but I've had this issue with them before and never chose to complain. When I called to let them know she told me she'd send a driver out to bring my 2 icings and I told her not to worry (I didn't want to have someone come all this way just for 2 icings) she responded back condescendingly "sooo... what do you want me to do then?" I politely asked if she can just credit my account for my next order and she agreed. I told her thank you and as I was saying "have a great day" she hung up quickly mid sentence.
