For two years we have ordered pizza to be delivered on Christmas Eve. We have NEVER been disappointed. The pizza arrives hot, on time and any extras are included. The delivery personnel are very efficient, courteous and helpful. This year we ordered over $189 in pizzas, cinnamon and parmesan small donut hole-like items, BBQ chicken and it was all just fantastic!! I have been meaning to place a 5 star review for over two years now, but I always got busy afterwards and forgot. This is the definition of Dominos, by far the best Pizza place in the state maybe the country, there has been a few times that an order was not up to par, but they never gave any lip for corrections. But today of all days, one pizza was slightly overcooked, the rest of the order was placed on the warmer while they remade it. But what made today so different that I needed to immediately make this 5 star review? Alex, (who made the pizza and cashed me out at the register) he asked me what he could do better. My husband went in for pickup and waited 1/2 hour over the time the pizza was ready. The staff had sent it out with a delivery driver but didn't tell him. The delivery driver finally returned with our barely warm pizza and all my husband got was a sorry. They could have made us a hot one in that time or compensated us. I forget how early things close in Gig Harbor, WA. That's how I ended up going to Domino's Pizza for the first time in my life. I had no idea they had such a big menu, including regional pizzas, or how cheap they were. I got a medium Pepperoni & Black Olive pizza for $8+. I wasn't impressed with the crust, but I thought the pizza sauce and the toppings were pretty tasty. Service was excellent too. Now I understand why they are the biggest pizza chain in the world! We we're staying at an Inn downtown GH on the water wanting delivery for dinner to eat on the dock. We finally found Dominoes that would deliver. Little did we know one large $24 pizza would turn into $40 with a whopping $7 delivery fee, plus tax plus TIP! Yikes, thankfully it tasted good, not as crisp as we requested but still satisfying. Ordered a pizza (delivery) for my son today and when it arrived, it had obviously been tampered with and there was a slice missing. We picked it up from front porch as soon as the online tracker showed it had been delivered so I believe the slice was either pilfered by the driver or someone at the store. The pizza here is fine. It's standard Domino's fare, which I think is quite good. They forgot the ranch that I ordered and paid for. The reason for the two stars is that this location DOUBLE charged me. My pizza was $17 and change, I left a $5 tip cause why not, and I now have two separate charges on my credit card, one for $17 and one for $22 dollars, which includes the tip. My family has been a huge fan of Dominos for years. We have ordered pizzas for countless parties. During the pandemic, it has become a weekly dinner event that my kids look forward to and my husband is happy because he doesn't have to cook. But things have changed there and I have had a few negative experiences recently and this evening, I am frustrated enough to leave a review. I always wondered why the Point Fosdick store has such a poor rating, but now I know why. First, they no longer honor the national Dominos coupons. I literally heard the radio ad this morning on my way to work - from a Seattle/local station- advertising 2 medium 2 topping pizzas (and other things) for $5.99 each. This was what we always ordered and it gave our family a quick, reasonable meal. But this store no longer honors it. So for the past 3 weeks, we have been using one of the store pick-up coupons, which removes the convenience of delivery, but still gave us a good deal. This evening, I tried to place my order through the Dominos App. I looked up the available coupons for the point fosdick store and proceeded to order 2 large pizzas and some boneless chicken wings. When I went to check out, I got a message that said, "The store is open but is having problems taking on-line orders. Would you like to call the store?" Truthfully, no I wouldn't. But I did. And I told the gal That I wanted to use the $7.99 coupon. It is LITERALLY the top coupon listed on the Dominos app for this particular store. She told me that they don't have that coupon. What? I don't get it. So she said maybe it's just an on-line coupon and she doesn't have any control over that. So I explained my frustration in trying to order on-line using the Dominos App and available coupon, only to be told that they can't seem to get on-line orders right now and will not honor the coupon I would have gotten if their system was actually working. This is terrible customer service. Personally, I prefer Round Table Pizza 1000 times more. I get Domino's for my kids because they prefer it and it's cheaper anyways. I always give at least 20% tip. I was a loyal Dominos customer but this store has lost a customer. I just placed my order with Round Table on-line. It was quick and easy. To the manager, you really should honor the national coupons and should take steps to make sure that your customers are treated like you want them to come back. And you sure as heck should honor your own store's on-line coupons even if someone has to call it in because your computer system is faulty. read more

My order was done very quickly and the delivery was as nice as can be. But goodness, the chicken wings were fatty and gross and the gluten free pizza crust disappointing even by the low standards of gluten free pizza eating. And perhaps it's because I already have the flu, which is the only reason I ordered delivery, but about 30 minutes after eating I became violently ill. This is by far the best Dominoes franchise ever! I used to shy away from this whole chain because frankly it isn't very good as a whole. BUT this location has the very best pizza ever! They add a garlic butter to the crust and I have never had anything but great pizza here. It is odd that this location is SOOOO much better than all the others, maybe they could teach the other locations a thing or two. Besides having many technical problems on line, I stopped in this store and was summarily dismissed and told that the only pizzas that qualify for this are the build your own and only two toppings. Nothing is mentioned of this online , not even in the small print, and this is deceptive advertising. I went across the street and got a take an Bake. All of my reviews are based on "Bang for Buck" and this place earns a solid 4 star. The pizza itself really is decent. Combined with the price which is substantially cheaper than some local competition especially if you get the carry out special. Thats a winning combination. My husband usually picks up the pizza. He gets a large triple pepperoni. Because he had a cold I went down to get it . The large is pepperoni is their special for 1099. I asked for the pizza that was 1099 six pieces and she gave me a small. When I called and complained to the manager James he told me give me your name I'll look it up real snotty. I gave it to him and he said well the small is 1099 yes it is but to keep from someone the information that the large is also a special was sneaky in my opinion. Horrible experience over the phone with James the "manager". I called in to place a order for carry out the buy 2 for $5.99 special. The person in the phone didn't know the promotion so he asked me to hold on. A new voice was on the phone and asked to take my order, I asked politely to see if he knew of the special the previous guy didn't know of. He then rudely stated "I am the manager" I then asked him for his name. I was confused because being the manager you think his employees were trained. When placing my order I asked James if he could make sure to add extra cheese to my cheesy bread, he relied NO that's not how Domioes operates. I asked him if I can pay for extra cheese and stated NO again. I asked him to cancel my order as I didn't want anything done to my food! I asked for his manager and the owner is Steve Gaube. I am hoping Steve does not condone this behavior and will manage James correctly, especially when it comes to customer service. Take a piece of cardboard, spread an ultra thin layer of catsup mixed with a tiny pinch of oregano, and then put 5 thin slices of pepperoni. That's this store's product. If the customer wants extra pepperoni, then put 2 more pieces on. I've had Domino's pizza in other parts of the country. They are good and not miserly with amounts of toppings.
