I really want to like this place. But it's just... okay. Definitely very greasy food--and the bacon…read morecheeseburger meal is $18... which, the cheeseburger at Perry's Steakhouse is $20, for reference, and that's made of hand-ground Perry's steak trimmings same-day, so... well, if you catch my drift, Camp Briteside is essentially a concession stand menu with steakhouse prices. The food is decent quality for what it is, for what' it's worth, but not on par with the price charged. The fries are good. I didn't hate my burger. I did get heartburn by the time I left, though, of course. I miss their old menu from when they opened, back when they had table service. That menu had a steak. Of course, their old flat iron steak was also reaching up into Perry's prices, so I can see how that made its way off the menu. The yard at Camp Briteside is pretty cool for a kid. That's why I'm giving them four stars--It has a alright ambiance for a family. I go here for my four-year-old to run around and make friends. If it weren't for him, I'd never return, though. But, it's nearby, and my kid likes it. So, it's a four star social yard for my kid with subpar while overpriced concession food.

What a disappointment. Based on the reviews, I had low expectations when I decided to bring my…read morefamily to this place, still hoping for the best - but the food, my gosh it definitely served up disappointment. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, and it was honestly one of the worst salads I've had at a restaurant. The Caesar dressing tasted like a cheap imitation rather than actual Caesar dressing, the chicken was lukewarm, and the lettuce was limp and tasted spoiled. I couldn't bring myself to finish it. The fries were decent, but it's hard to go wrong with frozen fries in a fryer. The burger was okay, but after seeing the condition of the salad, I wasn't exactly eager to eat it. My kids' mac and cheese came with a pre-packaged fruit cup instead of fresh fruit, which was another letdown. The margarita was also disappointing--very weak, too sour and upset my stomach I didn't finish it. The outdoor space is nice enough for kids to run around, but don't expect a traditional playground with swings or climbing equipment. It's mostly an open grassy area where kids can kick a soccer ball or throw a softball. What really stood out was the lack of ambiance. There was no music playing outside, so the atmosphere felt oddly flat and quiet. A little background music would have gone a long way in creating a welcoming vibe. We didn't stay long because of it. The one bright spot was the service. The young woman at the front was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the bartenders got our drinks out quickly. But nothing overly impressive to be honest. Overall, I would *not* return. Food: 1/5. Atmosphere: 2/5. The decent enough service was the only part of the experience that saved this from being a one-star visit.

We had a hankering for some good Pho, and since this place was close by, we tried it out. We've had…read morePho in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and of course there is nothing like the real thing in Vietnam. The place is relatively small, with about 12 tables. When we got there, we opted for a table along the wall. There was only one other table occupied, so I was happy that it was likely service would be good and fast (which it was). We were seated and provided menus to review and our server brought waters for us right away. The selections on the menu are wide and varied. Not only do they serve Pho and vermicelli dishes. but they also have a variety of fried rice, Chinese dishes (think orange chicken, sesame chicken, etc.). There is a small menu for kids as well. No beer or wine options, so we stuck with the water. We ordered some roast pork spring rolls, my wife ordered the Pho Tai Chin (rare eye round, steak and brisket) and I opted for the Pho Bo Vien (meatball). The spring rolls arrived quickly and were served with a cold peanut sauce. The sauce was not as thick as I've had at other restaurants, but it had decent flavor. The spring rolls were large and stuffed with noodles, lettuce, and roast pork pieces. The pork could have been sliced thinner, and it made for some extra chewing. I suspect they just use the roast pork from the grilled pork vermicelli. Our Pho arrived in large bowls along with a generous condiment plate of cilantro, sliced jalapeños, Thai basil, limes and beansprouts. There was chili crunch, soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, and Siracha available on the table as well. I tasted the broth before doctoring it and was a bit disappointed in the lack of real Pho broth flavor. I do make my own using a recipe I got while in Vietnam, and this was nowhere close to what I've made or have been served elsewhere in the past. It was weak, none of the cinnamon or star anise flavors, and I had to load it up with salt, white pepper, a generous amount of chili crunch, and even a bit of Siracha sauce. While it still didn't bring any of the true Pho broth flavor, it did make it more tasty. The bowl had chunks of meatballs, plenty of rice noodles, onion, and once I loaded up on the cilantro, basil, jalapeños, beansprouts and lime, I was ready to dig in. My wife agreed that the broth left a lot to be desired, and she didn't finish hers. She used the Hoisin to dip the meat into as it had little flavor otherwise. I ate most all of my bowl contents, but left most all of the broth (which I usually finish if it is good). Overall the experience was good. The service was great, the prices are comparable to most Pho places these days (I remember when I could get a bowl for $9.00 not too long ago instead of the $16 these days). Will we be back? Probably, but not for the Pho or any of the Chinese and Thai options on the back of the menu. I'd like to give their vermicelli a try. One recommendation: have an option for a smaller Pho serving size. I mentioned it to the server and he indicated that young people like the large servings... OK but what about us older folks that don't eat near the amount we used to. Atmosphere: 9/10 Service: 10/10 Food: 7/10 Value: 8/10

We went into Marco's, and we were helped by Ross, he's the manager and also the gentleman I spoke to on the telephone. It's hands-down the best pizza that I have ever gotten. My husband got a pepperoni pizza that was on sale and he was very happy with it as well. This restaurant has both booths and tables. It's very clean and very comfortable. In addition to pizza, they sell sandwiches and salads. I highly recommend you visit, I can hardly wait to go back! Thanks Ross!

This wouldn't exactly be an issue, except that the advertised value of Too Good To Go bags is supposed to be $18. Cheesy bread is $5.99. At least it was really good. I understand that Too Good To Go bags are supposed to be a surprise, and I don't expect to get the same thing every time. But I do expect a good value, based on what they advertise. If they only deliver $5.99 of value, they should update their Too Good To Go store to account for this.

Usually, I get the chicken and dumplings. I was celebrating getting a new job so, I got the ribeye. I ordered it medium rare. Unfortunately, the cut wasn't good. It was thin and had thick gristle, throughout. I assumed that I would need salt. I asked for flakey salt. The sweet waitress/bartender, brought me kosher salt in a nice container. The salt helped! However, the steak was too far gone to help. It was closer to medium and, again, the cut was bad. (Note: I didn't complain! I'm sure that if I would have, they would have done anything to correct it!) The positives? The green beans were AMAZING! Still a bit crispy and tasted great! The mashed potato's were good. I ordered an Old Fashioned. It was wonderful! The service couldn't have been better! I love the bar side of Wildfire! The seating can be private or meant for people watching. It's very comfortable!
