So, I ordered the medium carry out special. I am cutting out dairy, so I asked for just one slice without cheese. Rather than look at me crazy, she smiled and said, "Sure - I'll make it myself just to be sure it's done right." And she did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL I went into this location this evening, and upon ordering a young gentleman snapped back at me after I had already repeated twice to him my order all because he could not hear maybe he needs to clean his ears out and he will hear better I immediately said any reason why you have to yell and be so rude I am said it wasn't necessary nor was it professional then after all that transpired, I witnessed a lot of disgusting things employees handling money, doors, eating food around where they were making the pizzas along with answering calls putting their food down on the counter after biting off some just to go back and eat more of the pizza along with eating making pizzas. Never once did anyone that was involved clean their hands I observed all this while waiting inside the location I called in to request to speak with a manager to let them know I will be reporting this to the health department. Truly they deserve 0 stars. The lady that's the manager was extremely RUDE. Here's what happened. I ordered pizza at 7:30pm on 12/8/2021. I got a call from the mama her stating she dropped my pizza and had to remake it at 8:07pm she told Me it would take about 6 mins. I told her I completely understand that accidents happen. I arrived at the location at 8:14pm. Followed the directions I was given to do the curbside delivery. (That was the only way I could get the current deal) I waited there for 22mins. I saw the delivery driver come out with pizzas to his car at this point I was frustrated. I ordered pizza at 7:30pm here it was 8:35pm even though I was told the pizzas would be ready by 8:15ish BY THE MANAGER. So I finally went inside and she looks at me and says "NAME?" In a rude tone. I told her my name that I've been waiting outside for about 22mins, I asked her if my pizzas have been sitting there the whole time? She looked at me and says well I'm the only one here so you can either take your pizzas or get a refund and get out of the store. I explained to her that I understand she's the only one making pizzas that's why I waited over 20mins patiently but when I saw the delivery driver leaving I would assume he would help her with curbside first before leaving her. She stated that he doesn't know how to do that. This entire time she's going back and forth with me wasting her own time. I told her look I get your dropped my pizza and I was very nice to you over the phone about it because I get it things happen, but now you are being just rude. She acted like I was putting her out for asking for my pizza that I saw was clearly sitting there for awhile. Got home and realized there was freaken PINEAPPLE on my XL pizza which my husband can not have due to an allergy! I asked for banana peppers on HALF I got pineapple instead on the whole thing. Ordered from this location this evening and got a delivery! Not sure who the gentleman's name was but he was fantastic! Please be nice to your delivery drivers and service workers because everyone is so overworked. He said he worked 65-70 hour weeks! Just keep this in mind when you get your food delivered and go out to eat. Some of these reviews aren't very observant of that. After an hour my order in still showing in "prep" stage on Tracking Order sight. Calls made...No answer. Almost 2 hours later, my order is still in "prep" mode....No movement. I called again and automated line recognized that I had placed the order and then gives operating hours...the hours given on automation indicated store should be open but stated stored "was currently closed. So I called back as if I needed to pace an order...customer service rep looked up my order and stated it would be deliver in 10 mins...I waited over 10 mins and NOTHING!! In about 5 mins after supposed deliver, the manager called to tell me they have no delivery driver...the delivery driver got called away. He then gave me the option of picking up my order ...order still not prepared...at almost 11pm on the cold snowy night. Otherwise my order was cancelled. So I've never had an issue like this ever! ... I ordered delivery of 2 medium sausage and pepperoni pizzas for $5.99 each from the app and what went thru to this branch was NOT the same order that I placed. This was not a app user error either and as always I made sure the order was correct before hitting the purchase link. The manager refused to "make it right" with the only option was to bring the pizzas back in person after the delivery guy told me to keep them after I asked him to take them back for a refund. This isn't an option, especially with Covid, which is why I ordered contactless delivery. These 2 totally incorrect pizzas are going in the trash and I'm out $20. Worst manager ever! I ordered a bunch of pizzas for a party at 4:54 for delivery. At 5:27, they started the quality check. From that point on, radio silence. I called around 6 to inquire about my order; however, their phone system does not work and no one answered. By 6:30, we still hadn't heard anything so we decided to drive out there to pick it up. On our way there, we got a notification that the driver was on their way. When we got there, the delivery driver was clearly just throwing items into his car to make a bunch of deliveries (so who knows when we would've gotten the order). Clearly, he wasn't on his way. When we stated our problem, the manager said nothing besides "what's your address?" No "sorry for your wait." Nothing. We ended up walking out with our order (charged full price) and they still charged us a delivery fee and delivery tip (even though we did their job for them at this point). When we got home, the pizza was cold, the bread was crusty, and it was ultimately very disappointing. The pizza clearly looked like it was made an hour ago. After about an hour and twenty minutes I called the number on the Website and the person on the phone said they would transfer me to the main store. The phone rang and recorded messages kept playing over and over. Finally a message said we are now closed. I called back and the person said the same thing I'll transfer you to the main store which I thought was strange then I thought are they making pizzas at another location. Finally I realized it was a call center and you couldn't even call the store directly. So I got in my car and drove there.
