Thought I'd try another Wingstop location. The only pro is that the staff was friendly. There were some decent sized wings too. If I order wings, I want them saucy. These had barely any sauce and some had a lot of bare spots. I also asked for extra fry seasoning. The fries barely had any. Well dang, I am surprised that I have never been to a Wing Stop but it just was never on my radar. Decided to try it today on a whim and I'm glad I did. I really thought the choices they have to offer with the sauces or dry rubs were vast. The fries were great with fantastic seasoning. I ordered the chicken tenders (5) and they were such a nice time, next time I only need to order 2 or 3. We ate there and the food took about 15 minutes to come out but they were very busy with door dash orders coming in left and right. Price seems a little high in my opinion it was $16 for 5 piece with fries and a drink. Maybe I'm out of touch but that pricing is a bit much. I'm really surprised with the very low reviews. They replaced the fry and I headed to the car. Everyone complained about their meal. These were the most inedible wings I've ever had. Zero flavor. Absolutely no salt - PERIOD. Flavorless and dry. We all had bone-in wings. The BBQ wings were covered in cold sauce that was puddles on the bottom. The HOT wings were barely sauced and cold. My garlic Parmesan were cold and extremely oily. No garlic flavor. Very little parm. I ate two and threw it away. Why waste calories on subpar food. I tried to call, but couldn't get a human. We showed up at 10:45 and wanted to place an order. The young girl asked if we had a pick up order, but we said no we wanted to place an order. She turned and asked the guy (in Arabic) if she could take my order. Im assuming they didn't know I could understand them and he said to say they couldn't. Unfortunately, I'll go ahead and predict this now. This restaurant (this specific location) is not long for this world. My teenage kids were SUPER excited about the opening of WingStop and they couldn't wait to try it. I downloaded and used the WingStop app and we ordered at 3:30pm and scheduled pickup at 4:15pm. Our order included two 6 piece boneless wings (one mild and one BBQ) and two orders of Voodoo fries. When we arrived at 4:03pm our order was ready and sitting on the "to go" order shelf. We would have gladly waited 12 minutes to get hot, fresh food. The girl who handed us our food was very friendly. She appears to be the only shining star here. The bag did not feel very warm. And why would it? It had been sitting on a shelf for anywhere from 12 - 30+ minutes. I asked the kids how they liked the food when they brought back to me 4 nearly full take out containers. Uh oh. That's not good! "It was horrible" and "Disgusting" were the responses I received. I thought maybe they were being a bit dramatic, so I tried the food. Yep. Bad. Beyond bad. Greasy/soggy fries and boneless wings that had nearly no flavor, little sauce. They were overcooked and dried out on the inside, while leaving a soggy coating on the outside. The ironic part is that I received a feedback survey from WingStop today. I filled it out and told them how disappointed we were, spending about $26 on sub par food. I'm sure they are "real concerned" about my experience. Lastly, check out the picture of the "Voodoo fries". Ummmmm.. I think these were about $4 or so. So, I paid about 50 cents per fry? The last review I wrote was an about a terrible experience at the downtown Wing Stop and I said then that that was the worst experience and never thought anything could be worst than that. Boy was I wrong. The saving grace of the other Wingstop was that the food ended up behind good. The wings here are excellent! I get a large ranch to go with the garlic parmesan wings. The ranch is one of the best I have had! The wings are cooked perfectly, and with a lot of meat. I always get all flats, traditional. My only complaint is the computer assistant that you place your order with. It sometimes gets the order incorrect! The fries were supposed to have extra cook time and they were some of the soggiest fries I have ever had. Even the second we opened up the bag in the car, they were cold. Wingstop in Noblesville and Carmel could be better managed. When you order in person, they usually get the orders wrong. The drinks have an unpleasant taste, no matter which one you get. This is one of our favorite spots to grab wings for family birthdays. They have flavors that appeal to every member of the family from the littles to the seniors. DON"T spend your money here. They took my money and refused to give me the correct order. The order was wrong and they refused to provide me with my correct order (even though none of the food was eaten). They made me wait for 30 + minutes which caused us to miss part of the game while they dealt with everyone else there and told me that they weren't going to fix the order when there weren't as many people around to here it (although they were smiling and saying they'd fix it when others were around). During previous trips they left things out of the order and even gave me an order with dry wings (even though we ordered 2 flavors, neither had any sauce or rub on them). I caught these problems early because I checked my bag before leaving in the past, but today the entire bag stayed with them and they refused to correct it or refund my money. I have to call my credit card company. Singh (that's what he said he was name was) is the absolute worst at customer service. I went there on a Sunday, around 12:30pm. There were 3 guys behind the counter. They wore no type of uniform and looked disheveled. This was my first time trying a Wingstop. They had a buy one, get one free chicken sandwich so I thought I would try it. They looked up and saw me but waited 4-5 minutes before coming over to me. I gave my name for a pickup order. He handed it to me. He did not say thank you or anything else. There was 1 person at a back table and 3 ladies at another table. There were 3 guys just standing around the drink section, which did not look clean. I ordered a Hawaiian chicken sandwich and a garlic parmesan chicken sandwich. There was a very, very thin layer of some type of sauce on the Hawaiian and some pickles. That was all. The only thing that I could see on the garlic parmesan sandwich was a few specks of parmesan. They both tasted the same and they both tasted bald. I believe it was about $6.15 for the sandwich and one was free. The 2 sandwiches together were not worth $6.15. I would definitely not recommend. The emailed me a survey, which I filled. It basically read like this review. Not a great experience. My 16 year old son went there to get some wings with a friend and his order came to $16 and change. I had given my son my credit card to buy his dinner and after he paid with my card he was handed a receipt saying his order was $33. It included several items he had not ordered. My son objected and asked for a refund but was told that the store had no ability to refund the order even though they acknowledged he was overcharged. They said they could not refund on the card or provide the difference back in cash. They also took his receipt. He asked for a gift card and they said "no" and that "there was nothing else they could do". Being a teenager, my son didn't know what to do. The employees on duty then told him all they could do was give him extra food (which they did). No way to know if this was an honest mistake and their employees are just poorly trained and don't know how to fix an incorrect charge, or if they purposefully took advantage of a kid. I thought about trying to go in there or calling to complain, but I figured my son already agreed to their "terms" (he accepted the extra food they gave him and left). So, it was a $16 lesson learned and definitely our last wing stop. read more
