Flat out rude short and curt that's how I describe the new LEADERS of Marcos! I'll never shop there again. June 25 2025 Called Marcos for pizza yesterday for 6 pm delivery, game time Ohio company to boot and Lebron James all in one night! I knew I was pushing it on the pizza tip but decide to give it one more try! Epic failure..not Lebron he never disappoints! I'm talking Marcos. The delivery girl was early so no problem there and I tipped her as well. Yes I tip that's what you're suppose to do. The delivery fee isn't a tip people, Marcos pockets that. I don't mind tipping and she isn't the cook so not to blame. What I despise more than anything on this earth! I swear it makes me see blood.. is when I spend my money for food and I get shit instead. Now as you very well know that's a problem for the kid. Is it better to be pissed off than pissed on? I think both are equally as bad. I prefer being content and I'm not. So Marcos wants to hear from me today well here it is.. I went online and designed the pie I wanted from the crust to the toppings to the sauce. You see I prefer my sauce light it wasn't. I specifically deselected pepperoni and the pizza came with it anyway. My choice my pizza! hey i tell myself it's Pendleton Pike they do what they wanna do on that strip. Screw what you want this is what you're gonna get mentality. I bet this doesn't happen in Fishers or Carmel! Where's the manger why not over see double check to make sure your customers are getting what they PAY for? It's a shity deal that I won't partake in ever again. My last Marcos review. I'd put a 0/5 if I could. Was placed on hold 3 different times for over 12 minutes each. All in all, over HALF AN HOUR OF BEING ON HOLD. That's just pure laziness. Don't bother. Shame too because pizza is usually good. But workers there are gona ruin that places business. Don't waste the call. Contact the fishers or noblesville one instead. read more

The customer service is top tie! The staff is so welcoming & polite. They always offer complementary drinks when I carry out, that's very thoughtful to me. I live in Greenwood IN. But I always stop here to take pizza home. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZIN! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Keep up the good work! read more

This place is really consistent. The pizza and breadsticks are always so fresh and tasty. I did have to wait a long time at the drive through but at least it's fresh if you have to wait. read more

I just don't understand why people don't like their jobs. See i don't go bashing people businesses but I will tell people about their stanky attitudes. Btw. Workers looked annoyed when ordering at the drive-thru. Body language is everything! Do you not understand that is what will occur? At the PENDLETON PIKE LOCATION . A white guy took my order and his eyes rolled up in his head when he opened the drive-thru window. It took me all of 16 years to return to that business from a bad experience I had during my pregnancy. It could have been the pregnancy hormones. But I never returned. And when I do return this is what I encounter? Bad attitudes, I won't be giving you my business again. Just because of your attitude. Your eye rolling. Get another job if that's not what you enjoy! I order often from here, however, this is my first review. This location is mostly staffed with young kids...some have superb customer service skills...others, not so much. The pizza is delicious for the price. I usually order on the website and my pizza is ready in the estimated time frame. You can track your pizza step by step ; a feature that I love. Yesterday I placed an order and was given a time frame. At the end of the time frame ...the tracker still showed the 1st step of "preparing your order". So I call the restaurant, and after a brief hold, I'm told my pizza won't be ready for another 20+ mins. Ok no problem, it's Friday night and you guys are busy. Please cancel my order. I had three hungry kids so we opted to slide through a dreadful drive thru instead. Saturday morning, I get a call from someone (I assume is a manger or owner) and is inquiring about my experience. (WOW!). I was taken aback because it was literally ...no big deal. She said she was going through the voided transactions and just wanted to know if there was anything that could've been done (basically to keep my business). I said no, it wasn't a big deal at all. She added a credit to my account for a future visit. I thought that was excellent follow through and customer service !!! Way yo go! I am not impressed by these reviews. First of all following attention to details gets and F-. I asked for them to deliver this food after 6pm. At 540 they are at my door. Greated by my kids of course. There was a reason i said after 6. Next. I paid for double pepperoni. Half maybe had doube but the other side had slices with nothing on them at all. Called and of course the manager had a line about how pepperoni shrink. Like really! Down to nothing. Ment to take a picture before giving it to the kids. I wont order ever again. We ordered Marco's for the first time. We order 2 pizza's , wings and a salad. Pizza was hot, sauce was delish. Topping were good. Wings were good, nice and tender but flavorful. Salad was good(Caesar) Delivery was awesome. Deliver guy was nice. Delivery time was as promised. The delivery guys was actually an employee of the company and not door dash. Experience was good. Love this PiZZA!!! We've only ordered form them twice, however, both times it was absolutely perfect. The first time we ordered the pizza was here in 27 minutes!!!!!!! So we thought that was a fluke and maybe we got lucky. The second time, it was 29 minutes. Hot and exactly as ordered. Highly recommend this location. This store obviously lacks great customer service. Called and ordered a take-out order. Was told it be ready in 20 minutes. Wasn't ready for 45 minutes. Upon arriving we checked on the order. It was 1030 at night so it was not real busy. We waited right outside the front door. When the pizza was ready they put it in the warmer. No one let us know it was ready. Obviously the two star rating on yelp is a true rating for the store and will never be any better unless they change their customer service. read more

I've gone to this establishment several times and every time I called on the phone there was this lovely young lady. I believe her name was Zanila and she was always able to help me fulfill my order correctly and in case I had any issues financially or with my pizza, she will always be able to help me while other employers were very rude to me. I don't stay too far away from Marco's...yet it took me up until a few months ago to actually try it. It is now our go-to spot for pizza.

I absolutely love Marco's Pizza so I drive like 8 miles to get it. HOWEVER, the pizza I got from this location was nothing like good pizza. And, I ordered the cinnasquares and it came plain. Nothing on it! Just plain bread! I called the store when I got home and realized I didn't get cinnamon and they said I could come back and they would replace it. Well, I wasn't going to drive another 8 miles back to get cinnasquares so I ask for a credit. The manager in training said he didn't know how to do that so he would have his manager give me a call back to take care of it. NO CALLBACK OR CREDIT. I have never got pizza delivery from here so I can't comment on that. However, I have ordered many times and every time the pizza was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. I ordered online and the pizza was ready EXACTLY when the confirmation said it would. The staff I saw just picking it up was very polite and friendly. The pizza ingredients tasted great very fresh & flavorful. I saw some bad reviews but no place is perfect & they could have new staff. WARNING!!!!!! To all possible customers!! Do not go to this location. The manager assaulted my husband and I. We ordered a pizza never got it. Called the store, the manager screamed at me " Its been delivered your huband signed for it if you have a problem bring your smartass up here and handle it". I did go to the store someone forged my name the manager came around the counter toe to toe with myself and husband screaming and threatened us. He refused to give me a copy of the receipt refused to refund my money. Continued to scream and make threats, I had to call the police. Police showed up,I had to file a report. Great food. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was quoted 45 minutes on a delivery, and when I called for an estimate an hour and a half later, I was told it was, "on its way," but couldn't get any time frame, because the person on the phone isn't the driver. I have never had a good experience with these people, employee wise, and this is the third and last time I will be ordering from them. It's really a shame, the food is delicious, but their people really need to learn how to treat customers kindly. If you still want to risk it, the Greek salad is AMAZING and the hot wings are delish! read more

Worst experience ever. Ordered online and went to pick up pizza when told it would be ready. Walked in and saw utter turmoil. A total of 4 employees trying to answer 2 phone lines ringing off the hook, cars waiting at a pickup window, people in the lobby being ignored, what a disaster. The guy making pizza came to the counter and when I got to him, he took my money and told me a few more minutes. After 15 more minutes, I go up to the counter where yet another employee is running the register. I told her a few minutes was now 15 minutes and I wanted my pizza. She goes to look for it and not only can she not find it, but she can't find my order!! So I tell her that I wasn't leaving the counter until I got my pizza! So she goes and hides somewhere or maybe she just walked out. Then another guy comes over and he wants to see my receipt. I told him the pizza maker waited on me and didn't give me one. The pizza maker won't even look in my direction! So this guy goes and looks and tells me there is no pizza and no order like I made the whole thing up. Then another guy who might have been an inept manager, starts yelling at me about how he's short of help and I'll just have to wait a few more minutes. I told him if he can't staff and run his business right, he needs to lock the door and go out of business. A few minutes has now turned into over 30 minutes with no pizza in sight, I walked out determined to put this disaster out of it misery. Tomorrow I write to the CEO of Marco'z Pizza. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero stars! The service out of this location sucks! We placed an online order at 1:18pm today and received an email indicating it would deliver at 2:37 pm. We called them at 2:41, were put on hold for 4 minutes, then after asking the status of our order was told it was on the way. At 3:04 pm I received a phone call from Marco's...telling me they were just leaving the store. Needless to say, when we received the pizza it looked like it had died under the heat lamp an hour earlier, and was lukewarm. Marco's is among my favorite pizza chains, but this particular one is exceptional. I live a few blocks away and have been here dozens of times. You go to a place enough times, you're bound to catch them on an off day, but I have yet to have a less-than-excellent experience with this Marco's. Their pizzas are the best. Horrible service. Placed an order online for delivery, and paid for it at the time that I placed it. Received a confirmation that said it would be delivered in an hour. Checked my online bank statement and the total price had been deducted from my checking account almost immediately. After an hour and 15 minutes, no pizza. Called Marco's and was told to give it 15 more minutes. After 15 more minutes called again, and was told the pizza had been picked up. I told them we did not pick it up, and it was ordered as a delivery. They said they could put the order back in but it would cost another $3.75 for delivery. I explained that our confirmation shows it was to be delivered so I've already paid for it, and they said if I wanted it delivered, I had to pay the extra. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. I like their pizza but will NEVER order from them again. read more

They have a square deal pizza that is AMAZING! Even my BIL who lives in Italy is a fan and he is very picky. Love the drive thru pickup window and the people are usually very nice. And if you are in the military they have great discounts. read more
