The cashier who was a younger lady (teenager) ever so loudly shouted in the most inappropriate and honestly unhinged manner "DO YOU WANNA COME BEHIND HERE AND MAKE THIS FOOD THEN?!?!" The customer did not even raise her voice back (she's better than me to be honest.) and asked for accountability to be taken by staff and to make things right. I can't even remember what was said back b/c I was honestly still trying to process what was just said but all I can say is accountability was not taken. The lady asked for the employee's name but she refused to and told her she can come back tomorrow when her manager is back and "all 3 of them can discuss together what happened." I don't know if it's just age or lack of common sense that thinks it's okay to speak to a paying customer in that tone, as if it's not apart of their job to give respectful customer service? But all the other employees that were around looked to be about the same age as the cashier and they just stood there with zero effort to deescalate the situation. I had asked the lady if she had really been waiting for over an hour for her food and she said yes. I thought that was odd as I had put an online order in and had an estimated wait time of 5-10 minutes until my food was ready. Which was a correct estimate. On top of witnessing that distrubing interaction, my "large" fries were medium sized fries (mind you this was a meal deal to feed 2 people) AND they were cold. Overall terrible experience but felt like I should post this more to address the staffing lacking common respect for customers. If I was the manager of this place I would be highly embarrassed and concerned for my staff's behavior. I myself felt 2nd hand embarrassment.

They are happy to sell you the cheaper meats at a premium but if you want brisket you have to pay even more. If we wouldn't have already ordered onion rings we would have left. Son ordered a burger and I ordered fries. Ate almost all onion rings and one was raw and still had powder on the inside. Fries were good, son's burger was good, but we can get burgers anywhere. I did bring the onion ring issue to the waitresses attention just so she could let the kitchen know. When she brought the bill, they had taken the onion rings off. I did not ask them to do that, but they did it anyway.

However, due to the slow and inattentive service, we were there for nearly two hours through no fault of our own. There also used to be a sense of customer service here, which seems to have changed.
