A bad day! We all have them - Great food and good customer service just lost another order costing time. Placed my first order at 4:08 for takeout (Large jackpot and salad with plans of soda and ice cream at register) arrived at 4:25 to be told I had not placed a order, the gentleman in back jumped in promptly and offered to assist immediately seeing my frustration. 4:25 resubmitted same order and waited till 4:50 to see order was wrong. Customer service was good and I feel getting better especially with a frustrated customer "me". I was comped a medium pizza for the lost order even though it wasn't my order. I left with no salad, soda or ice cream because I had to order from other businesses to complete dinner for everyone and I didn't wish for free stuff nor want anything free all though very nice for offering. Hopefully this will reach the management team in a good light and constructive manner, as a customer of many years and future. read more

As a pretty frequent customer, everything has always been good however, tonight, walking in for a pick up order. The employee gave me a false name and asking if my order was ready, was not attentive because he had his back turned on the counter and was on his cell phone. As we asked again for our order if it was ready, it had been sitting there for minutes in the warming box on top of that with the order that we placed online, we were still missing items that we had requested on our online order upon calling the store after this incident The employees had made up a false lie, saying that we were badgering them for missing things on the order now as we were walking out making the statement of maybe your employee should not have their back turned against customers as this employee Jared was on his cell phone, not paying attention. However, when in the store talking to Jared has given me a false name of Steven And then requesting to talk to the manager in charge Hayley she has refused to give me the general manager's name and the district manager's name as she stated that there is no district manager, and then I was hung up on three times trying to get the right contact to file a complaint. I've worked in the service industry for many years and never would have tolerated this type of behavior it just exhibits the amount of care that this business has for their customers. Generally, the pizza and salads have been really good every time I have picked up an order. One time we had an issue with under cooked pizzas, but was able to get store credit for a replacement. I would've preferred a refund, but I understand that there were timing issues and holidays preventing a quicker resolution. The manager was easy to work with for this when he was super busy. Other places would have not given credit or would've ignored the complaint. This place is worth it. Other places in Longmont used to be good but everything went downhill quickly (looking a Perry's specifically). So when I probed my friend a little deeper about his statement - he said that nah, it's nothing fancy, but when you're in a rush and you just need a fast pizza fix to satisfy your need, it really does the job. Context is everything! Fast forward to Saturday night and I've been working in the yard all day with my 4yo and my wife is out doing work work. We realize when she gets back at 615 that we're both really hungry and, uncharacteristically, we don't have a plan! That's when I say, OK, how about we just order Blackjacks, but we keep our expectations on the level. Not get too excited. That was the ticket. The pizza arrived in a minute and it was piping hot and thanks to the context my friend shared, it exceeded my expectations. This used to be a great place. Tonight, after a multi-month hiatus, I ordered a very common 'standard' pepporoni and extra cheese and the 'pizza' I got was, by far, the worst ever. A frozen pizza would have been better. The pie was burnt. I could see through the 'extra cheese' to the sauce and dough- there was barely enough cheese to be a 'normal' cheese, far from extra. We showed up to pick them up, waited 15 minutes, called again to ask how much longer, were told our pizzas were "out for delivery" even though we ordered pick up. Our pizzas were never delivered. We've been customers for many years, always happy with delivery and product. Unpleasant experience a few weeks ago with an order that had specifically said 'no onions' and arrived covered in onions. Called the store back, only to be greeted by a bothered-sounding employee. I asked for a replacement to be sent over or my $30 refunded, but employee neglected to mute me before griping to a manager about the request. Call was finally muted but a bit too late - when employee returned to the call, I asked simply for a refund and was told they would refund my card. No apology, no comp...and no refund ever appeared on my card used for payment. I emailed the store a week later to inquire about it, never heard anything from anyone. Love your product but too many of the employees don't understand squat about providing service with a smile. They don't understand that it's a privilege to be working even at a low paying job and they are expected to serve me the customer with exceptional service. Hi Dale, I appreciate you reaching out and giving me your email address. However, if the problem had not occurred more than 7 or 8 times in the past 3 months, I would reach out directly. However, the way you simply dismissed me as a Karen and comment "it seems the ones most affected are the ones who turn to yelp and other services...." I think your comments sum up exactly how little you care about your business and your customers time. From my perspective, it sounds like you only care abut turning profits by hiring people who care nothing about their job. Specifically, a shout out to the kid in the red hoodie, who never appeared to move more than he needed to, and appeared to just scroll through his Iphone for an HOUR and a HALF. My family and I spent the evening waiting for the pizza while missing the Longmont High playoff game (so much for thinking we would grab a couple of quick pizzas and be on our way). This is EXACTLY the reason I turned to Yelp. I 've had bad service from places before, but it wasn't so consistently awful that I took the time to actually create a Yelp account. Take that in for a moment- your business's service is so consistently awful, that your loyal customers are taking time out of their lives to express just how terrible your service is.
