Went there because I used to love the food. Sat at the bar. I ordered the 10 piece bone-in Honey BBQ wings (my favorite) with ranch and the 'vegetables'. When my order came out, there were no vegetables (or ranch) and the wings were lukewarm at best (one of the wings I picked up actually felt cold). I hate sending stuff back and normally, I judge restaurants by first impressions, but in this case, because I used to love going there, I did send it back. The good thing (which is why I didn't rate the entire thing as Very Dissatisfied) was that the bartender a) threw out the bad wings so that I knew they weren't just being reheated, and b) actually went back and waited for the reorder. When he brought them back, they were a BIT better, but not by much. In addition, they were completely overcooked (very chewy, tough skin). Not a huge fan of BWW but during this time all of these places need our support. We came in today because it was one of the few places serving outside. So only outside dining and today was incredibly warm day in the Denver front range area in December. The spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich is one guilty pleasures and let me tell you, this is one of the best ones around. I mean Popeyes is good, but this is wow! Of course I kick it up a little with some of their sauces. The choice of sauces are pretty fantastic and super tasty. The Tots are pretty nice as well. Ever last one crispy to the end. She brings drinks out and lets us know they won't be serving burgers or sandwiches. I ordered brisket tacos. Should have had guacamole and grilled onions plus pico and cheese. Did not have guacamole or grilled onions. Brisket was extremely dry. The only good thing I have to say is the fries were good. That's it. The waitress checked on us a total of 2 times. Did not offer to refill drinks. Almost forgot she brought 1 fork for 3 people. Had to ask for more forks after food came out. Definitely will not be back and do not recommend. read more

I'm a BWW fan, but my recent two experiences at this location left me disappointed. I usually order boneless wings and get a variety of sauces (because who can really pick between great flavors like jammin jalapeño, Buffalo, and spicy adobo??). But my main grievance here is that the wings have consistently not had enough sauce. They're barely covered in the sauce! Pretty crucial detail for great wings, yet it seems to vary from Bdubz to Bdubz. I also did curbside pick-up from this location recently. Maybe it was just a busy time, but the pick up situation seemed super disorganized. We got our food 20 minutes after the expected time & were asked multiple times who our pickup order was for. The employees were definitely trying their best and covid has certainly changed the game on this front, but we are 8 months into this- so at this point I would expect a better customer experience from a large company like BWW. read more

Okay so firstly I'd like to write a complaint on my waitress but she didn't even introduce herself to me. I waited 55 minutes for cold wings. Everyone else at my table had gotten their food 10-15 minutes before me. She didn't ask if we needed silverware or napkins until everyone else had just about finished their food. Bar Seat MAFIA: Showed up an hour and a half before PRELIMS for a UFC fight and there were approx. 25 open seats at the bar area. I asked 3 different crowds if I could sit down and was told the seats were reserved. I sat down in the corner only to be told by a server that the 8 person table that was completely empty was reserved. After getting snappy he showed me a seat next to the trash cans at the bar.  After 40 minutes of the seats still being empty I tried to ask the manager Ryan T. wtf was up and he got offended when I asked him what it took to reserve a seat and explained how hard it was to find a seat as a single person. Just left lunch at the Longmont Buffalo Wild Wings location, and I am feeling very dissatisfied and frustrated. My first complaint is that our server made it a point to ignore my cousin while she was waiting for a table because she "wasn't wearing her mask properly". However that was ironic our waitress was wearing her mask with her nose sticking out the entire time we were there. We still decided to stay and order our lunch. My cousins meal was brought out about 30 minutes before the rest of our table. When we finally received the rest of our food, 2 of the orders were wrong, and my fries were cold. We expressed the mistakes to our server and she didn't even apologize. We finished our mediocre meal, and when we were paying my mom had a $5 coupon from doing the survey on the bottom of the receipts- the waitress made it a point to tell us that the coupon was expired but they took it anyway. This is unfortunately not the first bad experience I have had at this location. I am extremely disappointed with the service we received this evening. My husband drove from Lyons to Longmont to pick up a substantial order but they only gave him half of it. We didn't realize that half of our food was missing until he came home. He drove all the way back to Longmont to get the rest of our order and they refused to give us any sort of discount!!! They said the best they could do was give us a coupon for 6 wings for our next visit! Really? We spent more in gas driving back and forth!
