Not only way the order wrong but it was not edible at all. The pizza had no cheese on, was greasy and was missing the mushrooms. The wings were rubbery and under done. The only thing that was edible was the pasta but it to was missing the bacon. Seriously not worth the better part of $10 read more

Ordered $59 2 pizzas and wings (wings were nasty taking) received wrong 1 wrong pizza. I called explained I received wrong pizza he wanted me to take a picture of the pizza they gave me. Whoever I talked to said they would make the right pizza come back in 10 mins (I waited an extra 35 mins for first order). I walked in didn't see our name on board. I spoke with Max who said he was the "general manager" he said the order for my pizza was never put in. I asked him to refund $16.99 for the pizza he said it would take 2 days for cc refund. You might think that all Dominos are one or two stars. No! Chain, trashy pizza can be delicious. I'm not about giving low-quality food low stars. I like bad food and I'll admit it. This Dominos, though, doesn't do well. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and a large pineapple pizza. Ordering online went smoothly and the pizza arrived quickly. My driver was great and I like watching the pizza be prepared and being notified when the pizza was on the way. It's great to be able to tip online and to have contactless delivery. Things went downhill from there. My cheese pizza was great--the sauce and cheese were good proportions, the crust was crispy, and it arrived pretty hot. The pineapple pizza (I know, you pineapple shamers out there, stop the hate! It's just what some of us like) arrived with ham on it. I'm vegetarian, so that wasn't going to work. I would have gone back and returned the pizza, but we were having a party and weren't in shape to drive. I called the store, but they had closed. The next day I emailed the store. They apologized and said they would send a credit for the pizza due to the mistake. I appreciated that, since I had to throw the entire large pizza ($22, which is a lot) away, and make other food for my guests. The credit never arrived. I contacted the store again but got no answer. This is for the store on Eagle Road and Ustick. I am so disappointed in their customer service. I would just like them to take responsibility for making an incorrect pizza. I'm a regular customer, I always tip 20%, so to be ignored is really frustrating. I'd say if you want to know you'll get the right pizza, or to have the management commit to good service, don't go here. read more

I guess we had the same experience as many others. I would never order from this store. The first time we ordered they left off items and they refused to fix it. The second time we ordered they brought someone else's food. So the driver took it away, and then after two hours of waiting, canceled our order without telling us. The people that work in the store are incompetent unprofessional and rude, I would never order from here again. read more

Pizza is as good as a Domino's pizza can be. Depending on which employee makes the pizza sometimes they are chintzy on the toppings. Most employees there are generally nice but all of them certainly lack enthusiasm LOL. When you walk in they'll throw out a "Hey, be with you in a minute" and typically help you fairly quickly. Most of the time pizzas are made quickly and on time according to the app, but there are times when they can get behind by 10+ minutes. All in all, for the price it's decent and convenient. I'll keep on showing up for this 3 star pizza. read more

Normally the food is okay, my family lives less than 5 minutes away & we'll either walk, drive or order delivery. Tonight we tried ordering two pizzas, tater tots & a chicken side for delivery because everyone's tired from the work week. The order got here pretty fast even for us being within less than a 3 minute drive & when we bit into one of the pizzas, the dough wasn't fully cooked & the tater tots were burnt. We called & asked to have the first pizza redone then decided to see if the second one was also undone so we could ask them to also redo that one. It was. We called again & talked to a Katelyn or something like that & she said it sounded like the whole order was messed up so they were just going to remake the whole order. We said awesome & thank you. Over a half an hour later there was no food so we called again, they took over 7 minutes to answer & when we got someone on the line they said they weren't going to remake the order & they'll just refund it... why couldn't you guys let us know that?? Anyways, big let down on a Friday night when we ordered around 9pm & it's already 10:30pm. read more

You should have seen the look of absolute betrayal and anger painted on his face. Cheese bread was good. But the pizza. The WRONG. PIZZA. How would you feel???? I love Domino's! Pizza here tastes great every time and they always work very fast. I don't think I have ever waited when phoning or using the app. The reason 2 stars are lost is because they are repeatedly chintzy on the toppings. Even if you order extra/double they still will not load on the toppings. For example, if you order double mushrooms it still looks like they take a single mushroom and slice it up into thin slices that do not cover the pizza. Same with meat and all other toppings. Except cheese, they give you enough cheese. Come on fellas! Give the customers what they pay for! read more

honestly the best dominos other dominos just aren't good this is the best domino ever. The service is great they have I have been ordering from here for years I have only ever had one bad experience because they were short staffed at the time but the great food makes up for it. There was this one time when we ordered on the app I went to pay with cash but I noticed it was taking a while so asked but it turns out they messed it and had to restart but we ended up getting the pizza for free. And just a general thing is the apps interface is amazing you have so many options with toppings, sizes, styles and the tracker. So please if you ever have a craving for pizza go to this domino's it's the best one. read more

Beyond terrible customer service. Ordered 2 pizzas and some bread bites. Asked for extra marinara and when we got the delivery by Darlene we got asked to pay another $2 for a delivery charge? When we had already paid our delivery charge when paying for the pizza. After questioning why there are 2 delivery charges she called her store and confirmed we already got charged. After realizing the delivery gal was trying to get more cash for herself we also didn't get our marinara. We asked Darlene if we could get some and she said call the store. We called the store and the girl at the store was even worse! After "not putting it on our order" she proceeds to say we need to pay for marinara. Sober again asking is to pay something else. I have never had a dominos be so disrespectful. I've always loved dominos but this location is beyond terrible! read more

So, I normally give big national unhealthy chains 1 star. That is what I will do to Pizza Hut. However, Dominos has made some significant gains that I believe earn them triple my normal rating...stay with me here... 1. They spent a gajillion dollars in test kitchens for three years figuring out how to make a good deep dish pizza, and they succeeded. Try their new deep dish. It's both memorable and craveable, which is a shocking revelation for me and hard to admit in writing. It's really good. 2. They began putting seasoning on the crust of their normal pies, which are otherwise pretty bad. But now they are less bad. There you have it. The darn deep dish earned a 3-star from me. You should try it before you hate on me. The rest is 1-2 star food. read more

We liked Dominos in So Cal (Fallbrook location) however, we would not try this location again after tonight's pizza. Perhaps our mistake was telling them we had a 'free large pizza coupon' when ordering - this was one of the worst tasting pizza's ever! We just asked for mushroom topping and we got a few, not many mushrooms and there was hardly any tomato sauce and a little cheese. You would think they'd make a good pizza wanting a new customer to come back. Wrong - try another place. They don't make good pizza here! read more

Absolute worst Pizza I have ever gotten. Talk to the manager at Domino's Pizza in Eagle Idaho. He said we will send you out a coupon. I told him I didn't want the coupon I wanted to come get the food and take it back and they wouldn't do it. So they sent me a $20 coupon. And I spent $40 in food. So who got the best deal here. I am in utter disbelief with a specific employee I have dealt twice with now. Both times has been a Friday or Saturday night. This young girl sounds like she is on some very heavy drugs. I asked for a delivery order and she said "um" and I said "hello? Can I place an order for deliver?" She responded with ""k". I said "okay let me know when your ready". She said "k" followed by a whole minute of silence. I said "are you ready?" She said "okay sure". This isn't even close to the worst part. I told her my order and she interrupted me several times to say "um". I wasn't sure what that was about. After I said that's all I wanted she said "k" followed by another minute of silence. I eventually asked if she needed my payment info and had to repeat my card number not 2 or 3 times but 9 times!! Then more silence. So I asked if she needed the expiration date and she said "oh yeah". I was internally rolling my eyes and then she asked for my phone number and I had to repeat that 11 times to her!!!! I'm not even exaggerating and I was so worried I wasn't going to even get my pizza delivered to me. But guess what happened then... after grabbing all that information which ended up being a 15 minute call she said "bye" out of nowhere and hung up on me without even asking for my address. I called back and she answered again. I said "um I just talked to you and placed an order for delivery but you hung up without getting my address". And listen to this. She actually said... "well you didn't give it to me." Wth is wrong with this girl. Well the pizza got to my house but then I realized there was no tip included on the receipt which I had asked the young girl to process over the phone. I had asked her if it was possible to put a tip on the card and she said yes then proceeded to ask how much I wanted to tip and I said $5. When the delivery man arrived I said wait it doesn't look like there was a tip included and he said "no dominos is not able to put tips on card over the phone.........." so I don't know what this girl was on but I called back 3 weeks after that to order another pizza and the same girl answered. I recognized her voice. I asked if dominos is able to do pizzas half and half she said "um" followed by a long pause then she finally said "yes" and I said okay I would like to order a pizza half and half. And she said "no wait we can't do that." I hung up. I'm done ordering from this girl. There's something seriously wrong with her and I can't believe management here has not caught onto her issues. read more

In a small town customer loyalty means a lot and tonight my loyalty has been broke at this simple pizza place through a simple marketing mistake. I received a keychain (permanent) coupon for breadsticks on any order and used it many times over the months. Tonight I was asked for it back and told there are "a lot of other coupons out there" for me. Sorry. With all this snow and cold weather on 1/7/17 I was going to order pizza while we watched the NFL playoffs. By the time I decided to order a few places had closed, so I ordered Domino's. The pizza arrived in 30 minutes in this horrible weather and it was hot! The driver even brought paper plates.
