The last time he went, about a couple weeks ago, he'd gotten off of a long shift and hadn't eaten all day. The employee taking his order was very quiet, and when he asked them to repeat themselves as he couldn't hear what they said, they yelled at him, at top volume. My fiance says they weren't even busy, literally just two other people in the store, and the other employees moved like snails. I don't blame him for never going back. I even work in fast food, and I could NEVER imagine treating a customer like this. Neither my family nor I will ever bother with Jimmy John's again.

The place is about what you might expect in a tiny town--a bit dark, a bit old, and a bit run down, but overall it was clean and comfortable enough. There's a pool table and a few game machines, too. The food was worth the rate and the price! Terrific steak--weighed just under a pound. Perfect baked potato. Basic salad. Beer was ICY cold and delicious. And the staff did not snub us off as tourists. I would stop again!

The sandwich was cut in half and was perfect to split with my son. The sandwich was delicious, fresh, and generous in size.
