Try putting the meat on my sandwich that I have ordered two times now! So ridiculous that I receive a sandwich that cost so much without the meat that I ordered two times in a row. I'm sorry but giving me a free cookie doesn't make me feel better. Especially after I had to drive up there a second time to pick up a new sandwich. I'm writing this on my fiancé's behalf as he isn't one to complain, so I'll do it for him. There are very few places he can eat in Dickinson as he has celiacs disease, and he used to frequent jimmy johns often, ordering an unwich. The last time he went, about a couple weeks ago, he'd gotten off of a long shift and hadn't eaten all day. The employee taking his order was very quiet, and when he asked them to repeat themselves as he couldn't hear what they said, they yelled at him, at top volume. My fiance says they weren't even busy, literally just two other people in the store, and the other employees moved like snails. I don't blame him for never going back. I even work in fast food, and I could NEVER imagine treating a customer like this. Neither my family nor I will ever bother with Jimmy John's again. read more

I ordered my food at 11:18 AM. The time on the receipt confirms the order was at that time. My food didn't arrive at our office for an hour and 45 minutes. We are approximately 15 minutes from JJs. With a motto like Freaky fast, this delivery definitely wasn't. I also ordered a $2 pickle that I didn't receive. Given the $5 delivery fee, and the $5 tip for a $17.50 lunch I guess I expect to at least receive what I've been charged for. read more

NO STARS - I hadn't ordered from this store since 2022 because it took 90 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. Nothing has changed in 2024.

I ordered a sandwich at 6:42 pm from my work in the mall. I am a very patient person so when i didn't get upset the first 30 minutes, I thought it's okay maybe they are slammed. I also work at a coffee shop so i understand this. However after the 45 minute mark I was alarmed and decided to call. Jimmy Johns is known for being fast and i normally get my sandwich in about 20 minutes from this location (it is RIGHT across the parking lot from my work). When the store picked up it was a woman on the line, she was not apologetic at all. I heard her talk to a man then she said "he" was on his way with my order. It is not 7:55 pm. My food is STILL not here. I am pissed because i usually love their service i don't know if there was a glitch of something happened but this is unacceptable. I love jimmy johns but this location does NOT live up to the jimmy standard. I was not greeted as I entered this location. (I'm usually bombarded with hellos welcome in! at my usual Jimmy Johns) I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the cashier was on the phone not acknowledging my existence. The tables available were not clean and when I asked an associate to clean they only cleaned one table when all of them were dirty. 5 people standing behind the counter and all the tables dirty.... You can only blame management. I only gave two stars because the sandwich was good. read more

Ordered six sandwiches to take home. Got home and only had five. Returned to store after visiting with family and was told they couldn't do anything as we didn't come right back. Poor customer service and not as fast as they brag they are on tv. Last time we will visit this location and maybe any other just because there are other places that want to keep us as customers. Update: Corporate responded to feedback on this situation and is going to give us a refund after giving the local store another chance to respond. I will update after final resolution. read more

Waited for an hour for our sandwiches and the delivery person did apologize saying the other driver had a flat tire which was all good. I appreciated the apology but then when we opened the sandwiches not one had the added bacon that is clearly on the receipt. Called to let them know and was told our phone lines are busy can we call you back. Did receive a call back but and was offered the sandwiches be remade and redelivered or they could wrap the bacon up and just deliver it. Said I didn't want the sandwiches or the bacon resent since it took over an hour to be delivered the first time and my kids had already ate them because they were starving. I ordered a sandwich at 10:40 for lunch to DHS to be delivered at 11:45. Then i proceed to call them at 12:15 asking them where it was, they said it was out for delivery. i then called at 12:25 and they said that they were not delivering it anymore because they don't deliver to the highschool anymore.. They couldn't have told me that when i ordered it so i could get something else for lunch. So i review this in honestly and i will not be eating with them again.. read more

Order correct every time and super fast. Although don't order the slims they only come with meat and cheeseand theyrefuse to add anything. But this sandwich is recommended for kids but has no veggies or anything good for them on it. read more

It took them 30 minutes to deliver 2 sandwiches that were not at all correct. Put onion on my no onion sandwich, no Italian dressing or mayo, but they put on the mustard which was supposed to go on the other sanwich which didn't have any. Neither sandwich was cut in half, and we ordered online so it's not like they could have misheard us on any of this. read more

Tried to order a delivery to my work (which we have done may other times). Then 15 minutes later I receive a call from them, stating I'm 2-3 blocks out of their area, so they had to cancel my order and credit back my credit card. I understand that maybe we were out of your area, but since you let me order, and waited 15 minutes to tell me, you should have just delivered it and let us know you cant deliver here anymore. TERRIBLE customer service. We were good customers and won't be coming back. read more
