The food is priced way too high for the quality, and every time I eat anything from here, my stomach hurts. The portion sizes have shrunk during the COVID-19 pandemic, but they still contain more calories than you're supposed to eat in a day, and the pizza honestly doesn't taste all that fresh. If you're having your pizza delivered, be sure to watch for it like a hawk, because the delivery drivers have a nasty habit of just leaving it on your front porch without ringing your doorbell or notifying you in any way. I'm probably just going to go to Papa Murphy's from now on, do better Domino's. read more

Our order was given away to someone with the same last name. Mistakes happen I get it! My daughter waited an additional 20 min to have it remade. I asked her to let me talk to the clerk and was told we would be getting a 20% coupon on our next order, WHICH IS OFFERED TO EVERYONE ONLINE! I asked to speak to manager and she said we could get a free drink or a brownie but that would be an addition wait to make it. That should have been offered upfront not after!! Poor customer service! read more

Domino's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Cleburne, Texas

We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Received them and one of them wasn't our pizza. We called the store to get a replacement and they had attitude because we were asking for them to deliver the pizza we ordered. We were hung up on. Called back and they tried to just give us a store credit. We said we didn't want a store credit, we just wanted our pizza. The women Candy who said she was the manager huffed and said they would have it sent out. We ask they not knock because now the kids were sleeping and we didn't want the dog to wake them. About 45 minutes later they very loudly knocked, causing the dog to go nuts and when we went outside to get the pizza there was a half eaten, saliva covered candy cane on top of the box. When I called to let them know what the driver had left us the girl acted like she didn't know what a candy cane was and then hung up. I called back and asked to speak to the manager she just laughed and then hung up. My boyfriend called and asked to speak to a manager and got Candy. She said she checked with her drivers and none of them have had candy canes and that some one in the 30 seconds it took us to answer the door, walked up my drive way, passed the delivery driver, slobbered all over a candy cane and left it on the pizza box and then ran off. Thank you Candy for that stellar detective work. Disgusting. read more

I'm at the train station waiting for Amtrak. I call and ask if they will deliver. He says I am out of his area. It's 4 minutes AWAY!!!!! Seriously. No wonder there's a two star review. read more

Best pizza around. Our favorite. I have a daughter who will not go anywhere else. We order almost every day. Never a bad experience. The people who work there are awesome. read more

Have ordered from them several times and every time I order the same thing and continue to mess up the order.

Yeah if it were not for the manager himself delivering the order it would have gotten an negative star review. Come on Domino's get it together!! I shouldn't have to call to see where the food is. Gave a 2 bd attempt and same crap! It will be a long time before ordering again. read more

Tried to order online but couldn't find a cart out special I've been getting for years. Call the restaurant and go directly to some recording. Stay on for 9 minutes listening to all their annoying ads, nobody ever answers the phone. Call local business Royal Pizza and have a pizza starting to cook in 5 minutes. read more

Bring in the new year. My daughter was totally disrespected, but not by one but two of Domino's representatives they told her that she was lying on our order that she had put in but then they had told her she was lying about not receiving a large Dr Pepper and two ranch dressing but then when they confirmed that she wasn't lying if she could go and pick up her Dr Pepper from the store but you know if she ordered it online then she didn't have a ride so she needed it delivered to her but once she called them back to let her know it wasn't her fault and that they were just gonna be taking her hard earned money and they hung up on her three times in a row she cried that night read more

Fast and very courteous service. Employees went extra mile! Thank you! Always have great results with this location.

Domino's Pizza in Cleburne, TX is the best. Kevin, the manager, and his staff are awesome. We order from them at least once a week and our food is also hot, fresh and made correctly. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Thank You and keep up the good work!!! :-) read more

The pizza from this location has always been good, and delivery service is always wonderful. However carry out always seems to be an issue here. I have tried the drive through window and sat for a long time being ignored while people walked around inside before just pulling to the front and going in for my pizza. (Which completely defeats the purpose of drive through) Then, I recently opted for curbside delivery at this location..checked in online and put my hazards on like it said. Sat for 5-10 minutes, then moved to a parking spot right in front and still nobody came out. Eventually went inside and told them I was there for my curbside pizza. Was given it with no apology for them not realizing I was there or anything. Disappointed because I always have to go out of my way to get my pizza and nobody seems to care that they didn't do their job. read more

3rd time ordering from this place, would leave zero stars if I could, ordered at 6:50 done and at quality check at 7:03, it's past 8 and the only reason we were notified our driver was on the way is because we called and right after all the sudden it's out for delivery an hour later. Again this is the third time in a row, we live 2 miles away used to love this dominoes will never order again read more

Ordered a good size order and they had messed up my wings. Not a big deal. We drove back got the new wings. They made it right.

Dinner tonight was great! Thanks to everyone on the team! The cinnamon thingys are sinfully delicious!

A week ago I ordered food from here and they forgot the sauce I paid for. Today I ordered the same thing but forgot a topping. Plus my sandwich was destroyed in the box and covered in oil. The delivery service is good but they need different people in the kitchen. Absolutely horrible. The next time I order from there it'll be in person and I'll be watching like a damn hawk IF I don't spend the extra money and get papa johns for better quality, much more consistent pizza. read more

This place is the bomb!! I drive a truck and I was picking up a load in town. I sit in line for a couple of hours sometimes. This is the only place that I found that would deliver to me (to my truck at that).. Food was hot and customer service was great!! Definitely will be repeat customer seeing that visit the area frequently! read more

Always hot, fresh food. Prompt service. Any time there is a mistake, they happily make it right.

This place is actual garbage, waited 1 hour for 1 medium pizza, the girl that took my order was an actual bitch . Probably has never had a boyfriend, old lady manager comes out asking wtf we're doing and I told her we're for our pizza and it's been an hour , and she said well did you go to the drive through and I told her well how do you think we ordered . No faith in humanity. Never coming back read more

I love this place. If I get a messed up order they fix it right away. Always hot and fresh. I love the sides.

Very well managed location. They seem to have a good staff. Food is always prepared properly. A+

Worthless service. Promised me my order within 20 to 30 minutes, I called at 40 minutes after that and they gave me some excuse that they were super busy and it would be another 15 to 20 minutes before they could get a driver out. Customer service here is in the toilet and I should get my order for free for the hassle and major delay. read more

Called to see about delivery and the person I got was very rude. She was very snippy with a bad attitude and I didn't appreciate it. They said they wouldn't deliver where I'm at, which isn't a big deal, but don't speak to me in a condescending manner all because you don't know the area. read more

We have ordered from them 3 times and every time they forget to give us our marinara sauce when we pay for extra....Also when we called they wanted us to drive and get it when it was a delivery order..... unbelievable! read more

I made the order online and all I had to do was pick it up and pay for it. I get to the place and they didn't want to open, employees saw me and just walked to the back and ignored my presence outside. They close at 12 and it was barely 11 when I went. They need to do their jobs or atleast leave a sign outside saying you will close early instead of leaving customers outside feeling stupid. Worse customer service. If I could give it no stars at all I would. read more

We have never been disappointed with any location, but this one had us scratching out heads. After ordering on line to be delivered to our hotel room, we called to let them know we would like the Gluten-free pizza we ordered cooked 1 and a half times (due to the crust not being cooked to our desired doneness, this was advice from our local Domino's). The girl who answered our call denied our request saying they couldn't take it from one end of the oven to the other?!? Then told us to put it in the oven after we receive it. We told her this request of ours was advice received from another domino's location and that we didn't have an oven in the hotel room, upon which she said "Put it in the microwave then!". She said this with a asinine tone that was almost offensive. Her attitude was horrible, as if we where asking WAY to much of her. It's not like we asked her to lift a car, it's only a pizza (which only comes in a small 10" size). I consulted my local Domino's branch that GAVE ME the advice about the extra cook time and their jaws almost hit the floor when I told them this tale. read more

This place had put me on hold many times we ordered & they were taking long we called to ask about our order and they said it would be another 30 minutes cause they were REALLY busy so we decided to go ourselves to pick it up and when we got there they were not busy at all they had no orders and no cars or customers there we came back & the delivery guy who dropped off our pizza was rude too! read more

I waited for an hour and a half for this order. I called and of course they said it was on the way, and that it should be arriving any second.
