Subway has gained a reputation and it's not really the best one. I've frequented a lot of them over the years with the work I do. The sandwiches travel well if the sauces are put on the side and not on the sandwich. Wife and I got 2 BMT's with extra olives, I had the whole salad on mine. Usually when they make these with all of the options, they have a hard time closing the bread to wrap it up. We ordered on the app this time to get the discount, buy one get one half off, that discount worked. The sandwiches were good, didn't have the varying flavors like I normally taste, I believe a lot of that is they don't add as much of the seasonings and options via the app compared to while I am standing there watching it be made and asking them to add more or less of an item or seasoning. Overall, this location isn't too bad from my experience. It's not the best but it's also not the worst I've frequented. I can't really rate the service as we ordered from the app. I didn't the pleasure of having to interact with them too much. I walked in, mentioned I ordered on the app, gave my name, they found the order and handed it over. Easy peasy. Took about 90 seconds total. The inside is as it usually is when I go there. We stopped at this Subway on our way home from the lake, and it was insanely crazy! The four teenage boys working there had a big group of friends/enemy hanging out inside, and in front of my kids, they were all cursing and using the N-word. Then, a confrontation broke out over an employee allegedly stealing a necklace, and the cops ended up coming. We ordered one sandwich for my daughter, and they could barely figure out what they were doing because they appeared to be so high. They left my sandwich sitting there half-finished to take more orders from their friends, and I had to speak sternly to them to get them to finish making it so we could leave because of the language and behavior happening in front of my kids. The place was a complete mess. They seriously need to hire some new people and get things under control! read more

I have never had a good experience at this subway. The food is mediocre at best and the staff is chronically providing subpar service. It's just too back and forth for me, they used to have some good people on staff but I don't see them anymore. read more

Amazing customer service and just all around happy people working there they were funny they joked made my day so much better.

Workers seemed high. I had to repeat myself loudly multiple times to the sluggish and zombie-like workers. They seemed extremely loopy and faded. They do not take their jobs seriously. read more

One star but only cause I had to put that. I would've said zero stars. The employees looked at us as if they were annoyed by us walking in. We weren't greeted well, we wanted to use a coupon but they said we could only do it online then put the order in and pick it up. The service was horrible the young man didn't even have a hair net and his hair was all over his face and eyes he looked like he needed some training and the young girl beside him needed sanitize training because she would wear her gloves go touched the door of the freezer. Get what you need it come back and touch your food unappropriate that was good. That was not good service that was just horrible. I give that 10 thumbs down. I think they need a food inspector to go and inspect the place because the tomatoes were soaked and water and she was trying to put it on my sandwich. I was telling her no. Currently sitting in subway trying to enjoy my dinner. And all i can hear are these high schoolers (4 employees) cussing up a storm. Talking about f*** this person and talking very poorly about another co worker. I now know all the drama this shift is talking about and what happens in the store because they for sure are not trying to keep their conversation private. Well...normally good sandwiches...but, lately, a strange environment, which tries to invite you into the store, but later gets you thinking, what's going on here? The new menu...that's a corporate deal, no means to blame anyone local for that. The Help: interesting group of young people running this one in Cleburne. There seems to be no manager in charge and... if someone is in charge, you don't know if it's the sophomore underachiever working in the meat, section, or the spaced out, multi faceted hairdo girl, who seems to be running the vegetable area behind the toaster. In all seriousness, I wonder if everybody's stoned that's working there or is it just me being out of touch with the cultural reality of today. But, if Bob Marley is waiting on me,I just don't know that I'm getting the right kind of good service and product that I expect. I'm not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews as when I went here I was immediately greeted with a very cheery "Hello Hello welcome to subway" and the employees where not at all annoyed by me. This may be due to the difference in shifts once I went in on a Thursday. Overall great experience and great sandwich read more

Super garbage. The kids who woke here, bicker and yell at each other every single time I've ever got a sandwich. There's extremely immaturity on the other end of the table frankly it's annoying. I came in 20 minutes before closing and they had already closed up and told me that they were closed even though they're supposed to be open till 10. I love Subway and several staff are super friendly. I do not enjoy going in and having the employees stare at me as if annoyed by my presence, not greet me or ask what it is that I'll be having. The sandwiches are very messy and the knives are not sanitized. This Subway has really fallen off on professionalism. read more
