We ordered the New York Pizza tonight. It was one of the worst pizza's we have had from here. It was so salty that it wasn't even edible and was semi cooled when we picked it up. I am thinking about calling there to vent. We always buy from this location. Not a very happy customer tonight. Try eating it staff and manager. It was a waste of money!! We will rethink where we get our pizza from now on! read more

Consistency is their biggest strength. With other delivery spots you just never know the experience you're going to have. At marcos, my orders are always cooked well, delivered properly and in a reasonable amount of time. Their toppings are better than the other big chains and they take pride in the product they put out which I appreciate. Big fan of this location, they blow their competitors out of the water on service, value and yumminess. read more

Went for an interview today. Shift manager. The area manager was late by 30 minutes. He goes over my resume of decades of working with food and a chef assistant at Stanford University and tells me I'm not qualified while a young girl sits across from us waiting for her interview hearing all this. How unprofessional! Then He insults me by offering $14 hour. It was $15 at first, until he changed his mind and lowered it. A younger Indian gentleman did the interview. Thanks for wasting my time!! read more

FOOD POISONING AND UP AND DOWN DENIED IT! We recently went in on 3/24/2025 and ordered a pizza and got the move in free one topping special and we also ordered a 10 piece traditional wings. This was around 6 pm, then at around 10-10.30 my stomach started being in pain and I ended up in my bathroom shitting and puking my brains out til about 3pm today. My girlfriend called and let them know what had happened because I am the only one who ate those chicken wings whilst her and I have had the same food for breakfast earlier that morning (3/24) and had no issues with anything else. Literally just emptying out my entire body and in pain and the response to my girlfriend when she called was that she was speaking to a manager and that we would get a refund. Well then they call back and notify her that all of a sudden their chicken they recieve in store is all fully cooked before hand and that his manager said they will not be issuing a refund. She called him out and said "I thought you were the manager?" And he kinda fumbled and said "well yeah but he's higher up than me." No refund, no apologies, nothin. When we know for a fact it was the chicken that was either cross contaminated, under cooked, or growing bacteria from spoiling and being cooked regardless. I have worked in food for 13 years and multiple pizza places and to have your management take accountability then call back and say it's not their fault and then only offer a store credit is absurd. Everything I threw up these past 12 hours is pizza and chicken wings from YOUR STORE. Yet you have the audacity to just be like "sorry, not our problem." When your food was the only thing I had eaten from the hours of noon to 10 pm yesterday. You guys' are a joke and I will be writing more reviews on other pages that tie to your store so people know how unprofessional you are to your customers. Bravo Burleson Marcos Pizza Sincerely, The guy who is still on and off on a toilet throwing up into a trash can while pissing out of his ass. read more

I am always a fan of your pizza! However for 8.00 the chicken dippers are a laugh. I mean what is this supposed to be? UPDATE.. The manager reached out and was concerned about the service I received and wanted to make it right.. So adding an extra 2 stars for service read more

Marco's Pizza - So I do love your pizza.. but for 8.00.. not sure about the chicken dippers? I mean.... Come on. - Pizza Near Me - Burleson, Texas

This pizza is one of the best I've eaten in a long time. Be sure to let them know your preferences and they will cook it to your perfection. Their crust is really good and has flavor. This is my go to for pizza. read more

Phenomenal customer service to the employee helping the customer between 10:20p.m.-10:30p.m 08/01/2024 also crazy good #1 Pizza

Good pizza for the chain that it is. I didn't have any complaints and the pizza was good. I'm gonna order them again.

Really good pizza. Enjoyed it a lot it wasn't greasy and a sweet sauce. We had the Hawaiian and meat and veggies.

These people are so nice and the pizza was really good!! They're expanding so I can't wait for them to open one closer so they'll deliver to my remote area! There were lots of toppings and made exactly to order! I got my pizza TO GO but the Restaraunt looked clean and cheerful. (They had a cute Christmas tree) I was referred by a friend and I'm glad I finally tried it. I'll be back! read more

Oh my gosh!!! Excellent pizza and wings! First I was greeted when I came in. My pizza was still in the oven since I came in early for carry out. I waited 5 mins then she brought my pizza and wings to go. My food was hot and tasted amazing when I got home. I ordered online and without any mistakes for my order. The pizza was tasty. read more

I'm visiting from Cali & they should be ashamed of their veggie pizza!! Their pizza box shows a veggie pizza with fresh mushrooms & bell peppers!! 1st off, who puts canned mushrooms on a damn pizza & there were absolutely NO bell peppers!! I expect FRESH VEGGIES on my pizza & not some canned crap!!!! 1st visit & my last!! Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves... read more

We love their pizza and subs and their staff are awesome! We are thinking maybe ordering today.

Well, it's me again. See my review and photo from five and a half years ago..."worst pizza ever"! The pizza has gotten MUCH BETTER! It is easily the best pizza in Burleson! You know how to get another ONE STAR REVIEW? Replace really bad pizza with really good pizza...but have the absolute WORST SERVICE in the history of ever! I know masks are important, but when a mostly deaf customer asks the girl at the cash register to speak louder or pull down her mask so I can read her lips WHICH IS HOW MOST DEAF PEOPLE "HEAR"!!! She proceeds to SCREAM AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS that she is NOT LOWERING HER MASK! The people at the sandwich shop next door could hear her! Rude! Offensive! I really like the pizza at this place but y'all gotta get some better service! read more

Very disappointed. I have been here several time and was disgusted when I walked in the store this time. It was dirty and tables not cleaned and the food on the line was wilted and actually turning brown. Seemed to be extremely under staffed and just over all impression was not welcoming or visually appetizing. Previously and at other locations I was able to get a basic cheese pizza with my salad pizza option today I was told this would not be possible. And I was forced to pay for each separately. It seemed the manager had not heard of this before and proceeded to ignore me and do as she pleased. It will be a awhile before I decided to come back here again. read more

Great experience! I stopped in around 12:30pm on a Friday to order an extra cheese and jalapeño pizza to go. I ordered the pizza and the gentlemen taking my order said my pizza would be ready in about 10 minutes. I told him I would wait in my car right out front since I had my dog in my car. (It was an over hundred degree day) I was about to tell him I would come back in 10 minutes but he offered to bring my pizza out to my car for me. He asked which one was my car and I told him. I went and waited with my dog. 10 minutes later the gentlemen kindly brought out my pizza. I thanked him and told him I greatly appreciated him bringing my pizza out. He said it was his pleasure. The pizza smelled so good and the 10 minute drive home was torture smelling it and not being able to eat it. But once I was able to dig in, the pizza was delicious! Excellent customer service and excellent pizza! The receipt says the gentlemen who helped me was Cody. Thank you Cody! read more

Been eating pizza for 55 years and I usually eat it at least once a week...that's 2860 trips to pizza joints. I never met a pizza I didn't like...until tonight. This is absolutely the worst I have ever had! Crust was too tough to chew. Toppings and cheese were scarce (see pic). Sauce was horrible! $25.97 "special" for 2 large one-topping pizza a 2 liter Pepsi and some lame, stale breadsticks. There are 15 other pizza places within a 10 minute drive from my house and they're all really good! This place sucks! read more

Pizza was great as always, however Joseph at the Burleson location could use some classes on customer service. Don't work in the service industry if you can even show mutual respect to tour customers. My 9 yr old and her friend even said "wow he was rude" read more

Every time I order three things happen . 1. The people are nice. 2. The order is correct when it gets here. 3. The food is really good.

Very good pizza. We had the pepperoni with extra cheese and pineapple with ham (2 mediums). They were full of flavors. I also liked the 3 crust seasoning options. The only minor thing would be the grease on the pizza. I had to pat them with napkins. The cheesy bread was very tasty. I definitely would recommend it. read more

Would not recommend this place. Rude people, slow service, no chips, no fountain drinks, messed up place. Go next door to Jimmy John. Super clean, friendly, fun, fast, and good. read more

Marco's was recommended to us by a friend & we enjoy pizza so we gave it a try & were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was very good & they made the pizza just as we ordered with some variation. The staff was more than pleasant & we've now been back numerous times. We've eaten in & had carryout & were happy with both. We would also recommend this pizza as not only being good, but a good value as well. read more

I'm visiting from Cali & this veggie pizza needs some REAL changes!!!! 1st, they put canned mushrooms on my veggie pizza!! Disgusting & cheap...Their pizza box shows a veggie pizza with fresh mushrooms & bell peppers which were not on our pizza!!!! The pizza was average, lacked flavor. the sliced Italian sausage was bland, seemed cheap (i prefer crumble sausage to sliced), the pepperoni greasy (cheap, but then again I dont like pepperoni). picked up order was done on time and staff was nice. probably will not order again. blah read more

Great food and great service. It's a quaint little store, strangely enough it's a franchise.

The service is great, the pizza is delicious, the delivery is fast, and the prices are super affordable. We are so happy that they have come to town! It is definitely our new go-to for pizza delivery! read more

It's our new go to place for pizza night. Thin crust, large meat supremo, can't go wrong!

Marco's Pizza has the best pizza in Burleson. The dough is so chewy and the crust is so crispy. I just love dipping it in garlic butter. I like the delux uno because of the sausages and the fresh cut veggies. Another one of my favorites is the meatball sub. I'm so conflicted every time I go to a Marco's. read more

Went to Marco's Pizza last night for the first time on a whim. The food and customer service were great! I definitely recommend stopping by.
