We ordered the New York Pizza tonight. It was one of the worst pizza's we have had from here. It was so salty that it wasn't even edible and was semi cooled when we picked it up. I am thinking about calling there to vent. We always buy from this location. Not a very happy customer tonight. Try eating it staff and manager. It was a waste of money!! Consistency is their biggest strength. With other delivery spots you just never know the experience you're going to have. At marcos, my orders are always cooked well, delivered properly and in a reasonable amount of time. Their toppings are better than the other big chains and they take pride in the product they put out which I appreciate. Went for an interview today. Shift manager. The area manager was late by 30 minutes. He goes over my resume of decades of working with food and a chef assistant at Stanford University and tells me I'm not qualified while a young girl sits across from us waiting for her interview hearing all this. How unprofessional! Then He insults me by offering $14 hour. It was $15 at first, until he changed his mind and lowered it. FOOD POISONING AND UP AND DOWN DENIED IT! We recently went in on 3/24/2025 and ordered a pizza and got the move in free one topping special and we also ordered a 10 piece traditional wings. This was around 6 pm, then at around 10-10.30 my stomach started being in pain and I ended up in my bathroom shitting and puking my brains out til about 3pm today. My girlfriend called and let them know what had happened because I am the only one who ate those chicken wings whilst her and I have had the same food for breakfast earlier that morning (3/24) and had no issues with anything else. Literally just emptying out my entire body and in pain and the response to my girlfriend when she called was that she was speaking to a manager and that we would get a refund. Well then they call back and notify her that all of a sudden their chicken they recieve in store is all fully cooked before hand and that his manager said they will not be issuing a refund. She called him out and said "I thought you were the manager?" And he kinda fumbled and said "well yeah but he's higher up than me." No refund, no apologies, nothin. When we know for a fact it was the chicken that was either cross contaminated, under cooked, or growing bacteria from spoiling and being cooked regardless. I have worked in food for 13 years and multiple pizza places and to have your management take accountability then call back and say it's not their fault and then only offer a store credit is absurd. Everything I threw up these past 12 hours is pizza and chicken wings from YOUR STORE. Yet you have the audacity to just be like "sorry, not our problem." When your food was the only thing I had eaten from the hours of noon to 10 pm yesterday. You guys' are a joke and I will be writing more reviews on other pages that tie to your store so people know how unprofessional you are to your customers. Very disappointed. I have been here several time and was disgusted when I walked in the store this time. It was dirty and tables not cleaned and the food on the line was wilted and actually turning brown. Seemed to be extremely under staffed and just over all impression was not welcoming or visually appetizing. Previously and at other locations I was able to get a basic cheese pizza with my salad pizza option today I was told this would not be possible. And I was forced to pay for each separately. Great experience! I stopped in around 12:30pm on a Friday to order an extra cheese and jalapeño pizza to go. I ordered the pizza and the gentlemen taking my order said my pizza would be ready in about 10 minutes. I told him I would wait in my car right out front since I had my dog in my car. (It was an over hundred degree day) I was about to tell him I would come back in 10 minutes but he offered to bring my pizza out to my car for me. He asked which one was my car and I told him. I went and waited with my dog. 10 minutes later the gentlemen kindly brought out my pizza. I thanked him and told him I greatly appreciated him bringing my pizza out. He said it was his pleasure. The pizza smelled so good and the 10 minute drive home was torture smelling it and not being able to eat it. But once I was able to dig in, the pizza was delicious! Been eating pizza for 55 years and I usually eat it at least once a week...that's 2860 trips to pizza joints. I never met a pizza I didn't like...until tonight. This is absolutely the worst I have ever had! Crust was too tough to chew. Toppings and cheese were scarce (see pic). Sauce was horrible! $25.97 "special" for 2 large one-topping pizza a 2 liter Pepsi and some lame, stale breadsticks. There are 15 other pizza places within a 10 minute drive from my house and they're all really good! This place sucks! read more

Very good pizza. We had the pepperoni with extra cheese and pineapple with ham (2 mediums). They were full of flavors. I also liked the 3 crust seasoning options.
