I arrive and am greeted by the owner. He is a dear man and owns the our place restaurant in town, which has tasty breakfasts and phenomenal pies. I delivered a hot fresh pizza to my customer. The pizza smelled so good, that after I finished my last delivery I swing back by and order my own pizza pie! Delicious. That darling man also gave me a free tiramisu! Sir, I might just want to come work for you. You are a genuine and generous soul! Five start experience for myself and my customers!

They have a lot of different topping options and combinations, so you can pretty much build whatever you're craving. This will probably be my go-to for delivery now. I got the Noah pizza with the pink sauce, which is my favorite, so I was happy to see they offered that. I added all my usual toppings--extra jalapeños, onions, bell peppers, habaneros, garlic, and cilantro. I like my pizza spicy, and it definitely hit the spot. Another big plus is having a local vegan option with vegan cheese. I'm not vegan myself, but my parents and brother are for health reasons. Whenever they come visit Burleson, the vegan choices are pretty limited, so it's great to have another place they can order from. I'm interested to see how they do with MOD Pizza nearby. This place seems to offer a lot more than just pizza though, so there's really something for everyone. Pasta etc. The only downside was the kids' pizza I got for my son. It was pretty thin and a little overcooked, so the crust was extra crispy. He still ate it without any complaints, but I think it could've been a little better. Overall, a solid addition to Burleson, and I'm looking forward to ordering from them again.

We stopped in for dinner on a Friday night and ordered a large Brose pizza and a small cheese bread. The flavor of the pizza was actually pretty good, but both the pizza and cheese bread seemed undercooked. The cheese bread was still doughy in the center, and the pizza crust was very soft, soggy, and oily instead of having any crispness to it. There's definitely potential here, but the execution just wasn't there on this visit. On the positive side, the young ladies taking orders were very friendly, and the restaurant has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. I know they're new, so hopefully they're still working out some of the kinks and we can give them another shot down the road. For now, though, our search for a go-to pizza spot continues.

The garlic bread they serve with the red sauce lacked flavor also. we tried to cover up the bad taste of the sauce with Parmesan but it didn't work. The Tira Misu has a good flavor but it was a little dry. I really would like to teach them how to make a good red sauce because they are such nice people. We didn't try the alfredo, i hope it is not sweet also. Some people might like it because some people like a sweet sauce, but this is the reason I stopped eating red sauces in restaurants. Most of them use to be like this. I do eat it now in some restaurants, but sugar should not be in red sauce ever. If it is the tomato sauce they are using that should change also. It was nice to see the owner, Richie, who is very personable and cares about the food that comes out of "his" kitchen. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan with Ziti, Lasagna, Chicken Dianna, Mushroom Ravioli in a white creamy sauce, and large Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza. All were delicious and "huge." After attacking our meals, we still have plenty for at least a second dinner for the five of us tomorrow.
