It was nice to see the owner, Richie, who is very personable and cares about the food that comes out of "his" kitchen. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan with Ziti, Lasagna, Chicken Dianna, Mushroom Ravioli in a white creamy sauce, and large Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza. All were delicious and "huge." After attacking our meals, we still have plenty for at least a second dinner for the five of us tomorrow. I have to really appreciate and say a special thank you to the cashier working on 4/10 around 2-3pm, I asked her if they sold the T-shirt they wear as the uniform because it was so cute and she politely and apologetically said they didn't sell the shirt. After a while she came back and handed me a shirt to take home! I loved it and have worn it to several occasions and I tell people all about the excellent experience and service I received! I can't recommend this place enough it's delicious!! My husband had the chicken Alfredo pasta and I had the a slice of the Hawaiian pizza and supreme! Our meal was preceded by an included order of the garlic knots with marinara sauce, which were hot and quite tasty. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the dish was very creamy (garlic cream sauce) with plenty of spinach. The chicken could have been a little more tender and a little more prevalent, and overall the dish lacked salt. Adding a dash of salt hit the mark. Our waitress was very attentive and the place was comfortable and was not crowded. I will continue to come back. It's nothing fancy but just good basic Italian food.

I arrive and am greeted by the owner. He is a dear man and owns the our place restaurant in town, which has tasty breakfasts and phenomenal pies. I delivered a hot fresh pizza to my customer. The pizza smelled so good, that after I finished my last delivery I swing back by and order my own pizza pie! Delicious. That darling man also gave me a free tiramisu! Sir, I might just want to come work for you. You are a genuine and generous soul! Five start experience for myself and my customers!

Then what made it "over the top" manager came out and argued with us that we did not have a legitimate concern since we ate over half the appetizer, had to have something since we could not find our waitress anywhere and she only had three tables. Then when we asked for another manager she came out and argued with us also. Finally she agreed to remake the appetizer and take off the lasagna. Will never be back to a Darden Restaurants establishment ever again if their policy is to treat their customers like an inconvenience. Both managers need more training.
