It's a hit or miss, sometimes they cheap out on the toppings. Convenient but depends who's working.

(3/5) We recently…read morestopped by Twisted Sister Tap Room while driving through Burleson. Since we don't live in the area, we're not sure how new it is, but the space itself definitely makes an impression. The atmosphere is awesome -- very moody and chic with a cool, trendy vibe. It feels thoughtfully designed and would be a great spot to hang out with friends if you're not in a rush. We were warmly greeted by the manager and hostess, which made for a great first impression. That said, the experience quickly slowed down -- and I mean really slowed down. First tip: do not go here if you're in any kind of hurry. Service was incredibly slow from start to finish. Our waitress also had a noticeable undertone of attitude, which didn't help the pacing issue. We ordered iced tea, an appetizer, and a salad to start. The salad unfortunately came absolutely drenched in dressing. We also ordered the garlic cheese bombs, which were actually very good -- though by the time they arrived, we were so hungry from waiting that anything might have tasted amazing. There were several small service details that added up. We had to ask for straws, we had to ask for plates, and we even had to ask for ice for the iced tea. We were never offered drink refills the entire time we were there. Everything is served on small appetizer plates, and when our pizza arrived (which was good -- fluffy dough with great flavor), we had to ask for new plates. The response was, "Do you want more plates?" which felt a bit strange. We also weren't given any pizza serving utensils, so we ended up using butter knives to cut it. Overall, this place has a very cool, chic vibe and the food itself has good flavor. However, the service was extremely slow and came with a bit of attitude, which made the experience frustrating. If you're looking for a laid-back evening and have plenty of time, it could be worth a visit -- just don't expect quick or particularly attentive service.

Please make sure your employees are properly trained on food safety issues or have a manager around at all times. Sometimes it's fine, but often it's inconsistent. The crust is different than other pizzas I've had. There's much more of it, first of all. It's softer like an oven roll. They have priced me out as a local and I simply don't find the value for the product worthwhile any longer. I am sorry to say.

We both have some mild to severe symptoms of food poisoning now. I've ordered from mama's pizza a lot because they have the low carb, low sugar, cauliflower crust. They are hit or miss if they get my order right. I still continue ordering because of that cauliflower crust. Tonight is different though. Out of respect for their business, I called to let the manager know that I and my guest ate something so bad that we were "peeing out of our butts." I told him that one of his employees likely needed to wash their hands more, and that's all I wanted from them. I just didn't want to get sick if I ordered from there again. I thought I was doing something for others courteous by calling, hoping no one else would get sick. He then proceeded to tell me I was wrong, that there is no way we could have food poisoning or symptoms that fast. He said the onset normally takes a day and a half or two. This was the only meal my guest and I had eaten today. Hours later, we both have stomach cramps, and we both can't stop having diarrhea. Luckily, I have not vomited yet, but it's still pretty bad. I think what's worse is the management's response, and trying to gaslight a woman into thinking she didn't receive food poisoning. Based off that manager's response, I won't be eating here again. What kind of manager won't even tell their employees to wash their hands and blames the customer instead? I couldn't believed he said I was lying. What would I have to gain? I'm sick from eating there and just wanted to prevent it in the future. I feel horrible and so does my friend. I can't believe this is the way they treat their customers.

This was around 6 pm, then at around 10-10.30 my stomach started being in pain and I ended up in my bathroom shitting and puking my brains out til about 3pm today. My girlfriend called and let them know what had happened because I am the only one who ate those chicken wings whilst her and I have had the same food for breakfast earlier that morning (3/24) and had no issues with anything else. Literally just emptying out my entire body and in pain and the response to my girlfriend when she called was that she was speaking to a manager and that we would get a refund. Well then they call back and notify her that all of a sudden their chicken they recieve in store is all fully cooked before hand and that his manager said they will not be issuing a refund. She called him out and said "I thought you were the manager?" And he kinda fumbled and said "well yeah but he's higher up than me." No refund, no apologies, nothin. When we know for a fact it was the chicken that was either cross contaminated, under cooked, or growing bacteria from spoiling and being cooked regardless. I have worked in food for 13 years and multiple pizza places and to have your management take accountability then call back and say it's not their fault and then only offer a store credit is absurd. Everything I threw up these past 12 hours is pizza and chicken wings from YOUR STORE. Yet you have the audacity to just be like "sorry, not our problem." When your food was the only thing I had eaten from the hours of noon to 10 pm yesterday. You guys' are a joke and I will be writing more reviews on other pages that tie to your store so people know how unprofessional you are to your customers. I asked him for suggestions. He highly recommended the pastas but I wanted pizza so I chose the Spinach pizza. My husband got the Philly cheese sandwich and my daughter and her boyfriend got the meat lovers pizza to share. When our food came out, which only took about 15 minutes, which was nice considering how short-staffed he was. My pizza looked good and like I would expect spinach pizza to look. It was cheesy and had a good amount of spinach on it. The crust was then and crispy. It didn't taste like there were any additional seasonings used like oregano or Italian seasoning. But I added pepper and red pepper flakes for more flavor. their kids pizza looked okay. The meat didn't look like it was the best quality. And I was surprised that there wasn't additional cheese on top, but it was still cheesy, and they enjoyed it. My husband's Philly cheese sandwich allso looked good. But he said there was not enough mayo, and that the meat was not seasoned. Would we go back? Maybe because the prices were decent, the staff was nice, but the food was just ok.

This location is consistent on quality ingredients, getting the order right, and the pizza is ready for pickup (or if we call ahead for eat-in) at the time they quote.
