Blaze Pizza is that same concept. Name your crust, name your toppings, watch them stick it in a wood-fired oven and come out piping hot and gooey and delicious. What is there not to love? Service is as quick as it can get (the limiting factor is the ovens). There are some preset combinations, but I usually make my own. My recommendation: pesto sauce, especially if you're getting a vegetarian or chicken pizza. It just goes so well with the cheese and veggies! Im always pleased by blaze pizza because it is the perfect spot for everyone to get what they want at a reasonable price. I used to come here often pre pandemic (they used to have bottles and cans of beer and wine, I swear!) but it has been five years at least since I came in. Nothing much has changed other than the missing drink cooler but that is well enough. My wife and I go here occasionally usually on Saturday for lunch. The food is always consistently good and a good value. We can split a pizza and it's enough. The service is good and quick. Ok, do I have visited this Blaze location several times in the past and they were decent. In the past, the kids working here were getting a lil sloppy. So, I had to stop being lazy and started making my own vegan pizzas at home. Well, today 8/8/2021, I decided to visit again as I was being really lazy after my bike ride and these 30mile winds. Well, wasn't I surprised when I found that there was a certain order now and the customer service was great. During my visit, the cooks here were extra accommodating. It has been awhile since I visited this restaurant and I forgot some menu items. The cooks were very patient in explaining a few things to me. Also, everyone was polite. Not to mention, my food was cooked to order very quickly. I'll definitely visit here again as it seems like they are under new management. read more

I LOVE blaze. Even though it's a fast food type of pizza spot, it tastes fresh and is always consistent.

First the location and look of this Blaze is perfect! Now the important stuff- food and service was trash. The biggest and most important thing is that they did not cook the Gluten free pizza long enough. All the locations we have been to know that the gluten free pizza takes longer to cook. My son's pizza was gummy and they left it in the same time as the other pizzas. Second- I know they portion their sauce and cheese but the girl who worked our line was doing even less than that. Literally everyone in line was asking for me because after she would sauce it would be so see through that the sauce didn't even look red. Third - normal cook times- our pizzas were still undercooked overall but the edges tasted burnt. Overall the flavor was lacking . Lastly the customer service. They were the most unfriendly Blaze people. I tried to smile a lot because I saw how other peoples pizzas were made and knew I would be asking for me so I was extra polite all the way through lol. But they look at you so stone cold and when you ask for more they look so annoyed lol. I was also overcharged but didn't have the heart or time to go there with them so I just ate the excess. Friday night dinner hour, location had maybe 10 customers dining in. Romaine lettuce sitting on the line was browning out. Croutons are stale. Toppings on the Meat Eater was maybe 30% what it used to be. Soft drink cup sizes have shrunken and no lemonades available. Got reprimanded for reaching my hand over to grab my receipt when it wasn't offered at all. Meanwhile one of the employees putting pizzas together has his pants below the waist enough to show his draws...using his gloved hands to pull his pants up. Blaze gets one star and it's not because of the food because the pizza was delicious. It's because of the irresponsible unmanaged teenagers working there. All of them were playing around and talking instead of actually doing their job. We were in there almost an hour and they almost forgot my free garlic knots thanks to yelp. I asked one of them for ranch and you would have thought I asked her to wash my car and pull it up to the front. The ones making the pizza really got to my wife cause they were just laughter and talking while standing over the pizzas they were making.
