Outstanding pizzas. We order at least twice a week from this location and have not had a bad experience. Their Magnifico pizza is the best.

This was my first time having Marcos pizza and they say first impressions are the best and in restaurant business it could make you or break you. Having said that I was not impressed infact very disappointed. When I walked inside the restaurant I wasn't greeted and after about 10 minutes a young lady came to the counter and asked me if I had a to go order I said no this is my first time here. She just stared at me. I said I've never been here they didn't have a menu showing everything the one they had showed sandwiches and desserts. So I asked her for the menu and what specials they had. She got flustered and said no look at the app. There seemed to have a lot of confusion in ordering band she didn't offer any help. Finally I ordered a small all meat and a medium all meat on regular crust. I received the pizza's and left . When I got home I placed two pieces on my plate and sat down to eat. Now I have had hundreds of pizzas from all over the country so I think I'm a relatively good judge of quality and taste. Well the first bite was bland not much flavor definitely needed at least salt and pepper I would of thought it needed some Italian seasoning. I asked her if they make their dough there or does corporate send it. She said they make it there well again I was disappointed. The crust didn't have any flavor nor did it have a nice bite and chew. It was very chewy and tuff even the end crust didn't have that snap your looking for. As for the toppings there was plenty, not bad the Italian sausage were nice big bites could have been a little bit more spicy for me but overall it was good. So in conclusion with so many choices for pizzas if you're first impressions don't overwhelm the customers they will go somewhere else. Me I won't have Marcos pizza again and I wouldn't recommend them for anyone else. The inside of the restaurant wasn't for dinning in. They had one table so it was set up for take out. My opinion is they need relook at their recipes and store through the customers eyes. read more

Pizza is still good but it wasn't similar to all the other pizza's I purchased. I think a new hire made my pizza this time. It's all about being trained correctly by staff members. Because of this last pizza it maybe a while before I return. The pepperoni toppings were great but the crust at the bottom, the cheese, and hamburger meat was hard. I got there right after it came out the oven so it was no reason for anything to be overcooked. Really disappointed in Marcos this time. read more

Marco's is the best for quick delivery pizza. But this time something was off. Seemed to have a missing slice when I opened the pizza box. Not sure what happened this time. We'll still be ordering from Marco's but this was not a good surprise for sure. read more

First time ordering here. The pizza is delicious. The crust is perfect (original is what we ordered). The problem came w the meatball sub I ordered which came cold. I mean seriously cold. Sure, you can microwave it however the bread gets hot when the meatballs are tepid so it's really difficult to even out, only adding to the frustration. The pizza though, that's a 5. The sub was a 3 so I split the difference & learned from my mistake. The delivery was very fast IMO, less than 30 minutes so it wasn't that. I think they made the sandwich & it sat around waiting for the pizza. read more

Do not order the Pizzola. they don't cook it long enough and they don't add any red sauce. I was supposed to get a red cup never happened. don't order during the day at lunchtime. they are understaffed, and you will wait. read more

The worst pizza delivery restaurant in Fort Worth. 2 1/2 hours and my pizza still hasn't show-up. According to their "Tracker", it's been in the oven for over an hour. I'll never order from this company again. read more

Yesterday, (4/10/21) I placed my order online at 2:45. I selected the "Delivery" option along with my items and payment info. I got home around 3:30 and waited till 4:00 to call. The guy that answered the phone was rude as I gave him my name. He said that my order was a carry out. I told him that my order was NOT a carry out due to the fact that I paid the delivery fee plus tip. He said they can deliver but I would be charged an additional delivery fee. I said that I'm not doing that and I will come by and pickup. Once I got there, the lady at the counter was having a major attitude problem as I explained to her what happened. They tried to keep my tip but I told her that I don't want to be charged for a tip for a service that wasn't performed. The guy that issued my refund was the same guy on the phone. He was a inconsiderate jerk that clearly doesn't know what true customer service is. 0 stars!! read more

These folks are courteous and happy to be doing business with you. Their pizza is really good too! Stop by there

Came to order a pizza didn't get acknowledged another Caucasian customer came in and they instantly helped. I just moved to the area and I don't like that at all. This is my 4th visit and idk if I'll be back Update just called back spoke to Savannah and explained my situation. Just wanted to inform her I know it's crazy right now and I understand, just inform the employees to acknowledge customers. She was not sincere at ALL I literally can't believe how dry she was. I'll be back with an update soon. She never apologized and this is a manager I'm baffled! read more

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!!!!!! i ORDERED FROM THE LOCATION 6211 Oakmont Blvd Fort Worth, TX 76132. I ordered a steak & cheese sub for someone with a mushroom allergy. I specified NO MUSHROOMS, but guess what we got, a sub FULL of mushrooms, For the amount of money we spent this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! by THE TIME WE PICKED OFF ALL THE MUSHROOMS THERE WAS 3 LITTLE STEAK SHAVINGS. i Will NEVER order from Marcos again and am contacting the BBB! My child could have died! When a customer takes the time to customize an order it should be honored! NO MUSHROOMS MEANS NO MUSHROOMS!And filling a sub with mushrooms to hide the fact that there is little to no steak is bait & switch, horrible and disgusting! read more

For starters, we showed up for pick-up at the time they said it would be ready and they hadn't even put our pizza in the oven yet. Wings were burnt on the outside and dry chicken on the inside. Terrible. Pizza was unbelievably greasy. Toppings were good and generous proportion, but so greasy. You bite into the crust and grease gushes out in your mouth, one your hands. Terrible. We could not even finish eating it. Our son who normally loves any pizza was disinterested in finishing his. read more

The Good: Food seemed clean - Ordered Delivery and it was prompt - The So - So: Food tasted okay. Pizza was cooked properly. Amount of ingredients was fine. The Bad: Super Bland Flavor - No Salt - No Herbs - No Spices In It At All. No flavor in the crust, nor in the ingredients - everything was very bland. Delivered without the little crushed pepper flakes. No Herbs that I could taste At All. Before serving to my guests I sprinkled some salt and Italian Seasonings over it and it was okay. Nothing stood out so won't be ordering from them again. read more

Waiting in front for them to fix the mess up. Ordered pepperoni and beef they gave me pepperoni. I understand mistakes happen, but the way the manager handled it was pretty crappy. He literally said "ok with his hands up as if I was acting angry" said sorry I'll remake it. That doesn't make up for the fact my other food is getting cold. It's been a while since I've been back, and I think I'll erase the app after today. Waiting here while all my other food is getting cold doesn't make me happy. You can thank the store manager for this. To much competition. read more

Yes! Mamma Mia! Love this place. Everything is amazing, very Italian themed, great food, pizza is the bomb! Go! Just go!

So decided to order here to pick up for a party cause the pizza use to be good. Ordered for pick up at 11:30. Well it's past that time and they're still making the pizzas. I'm watching them come out the oven looking like balloons cause the dough isn't being prepped right. Ordered these online last night for a pickup at 11:30. Got to the store at 11:10 and had to call to get someone to open the door. This place has really gone down over the years. Sad to see it like this. Oh well lesson learned. Won't be back. read more

Marcos customer service was outstanding,I felt very welcome.thanks you Marcos pizza team

The manager on duty tonight , 11/15, needs to have some in depth customer service. Been a customer for years but when he's there the pizza is gross & he does not act like he cares one bit! read more

It's kinda hard to think of the positives of this place since its sooo gross. Ive ordered from here before when they first open and it was yummy but damn what happen? Anyways back to the review I'm only giving this a two star because the guy only charged me 1.78 instead of the $19.99 order I called for. First they gave us the wrong order so we went back to get it fixed and once that was fixed I realized that I'm missing the drink that's supposed to come with the meal. It's now an hour I figured they only charged me $1.74 I'm pretty sure the 2lt of mt dew was gonna cost more so screw that! can't beat two med pizzas, cheese bread. WRONG I'm just WRONG! The pizza was cold and just gross it has this fake everything about it. The sauce the cheese it's just good enough to keep the kids happy. I tell you this much I won't be back but it's not because of the hour long wait but because it just sucks bad! For cheap buffet pizza I'll stick with Cici's pizza. Now incase you wondered you can't beat the price of $19.99 for two med 1topping pizzas, cheese bread with two dip sauces and a 2lt of cola. Just make sure they give you the soda before you leave. read more

We enjoyed the pizza. Thin crust was pleasantly crispy and the rest was, as others have said, better than chain pizzas. It's not a gourmet pizzeria, but it's good solid normal fair. The restaurant, however, had grass or something in the ice dispenser and there was a definite lack of air conditioning on this hot summer day in Texas. If you live nearby, I'd guess the delivery is worth it, but I'd skip the shop in the summer unless they fix the air. read more

Ok...so where do I begin...I received a Welcome to the neighborhood free promo pizza from the apartment complex where Ieased at and I finally gave it a try and I am beyond ecstatic...I am a foodie and very particular about my food...Marco's Pizza has definitely raised the bar in the pizza area for me...I ordered a Deluxe pizza on thin crust and let me tell you every ingredient was fresh... The veggies...the meat...the cheese...All fresh!! I also ordered a Italian salad with no tomatoes!! All of it was good...I will definitely be ordering again soon from Marco's and Marco's only read more

So underrated! But it gets 4 stars because it's so pricey. The pizza is delicious though, as a major pizza eater, this place has been the place with the best pizza ever. I recommend to come here at least once just to know how good pizza tastes like. read more

Great pizza, so fresh. You can customize your crust too. We like the garlic butter crust. The only down side is that after a couple of years in business they changed the fresh cut mushrooms to canned mushrooms. Yuck. So when we order online we leave of the mushrooms. I ordered a large half cheese half pepperoni pizza with wings tonight and I wish the pizza was better quality. !!!!THEY'RE BACK!!!!! I have dined at this Marco's many times, and the Pizza never disappoints. I escpecially LOVE the hawaiian bbq chicken pizza. I was sad when they closed briefly, but I understood at the same time - the buffet concept and layout of the place wasn't really the same Marco's experience I had enjoyed elsewhere. I AM SUPER EXCITED TO SAY that I drove by earlier this week, and THEY'RE RE-OPENING! They have apparently REMODELED THE WHOLE INTERIOR! I think new owners took over, and they are preparing for a grand opening on March 28th. I will most definitely be there for some FREE PIZZA :) read more

Marco's is one of our favorite pizza joints in Fort Worth. This location specifically. Anytime we order pizza we do carry-out because seeing the staff, especially Carlos the manager, is always a treat. Friendly, accommodating, helpful and prompt--and even if they're running a bit behind they keep you well updated. The crust is always perfect, with or without cheese, and the toppings are aplenty. The old-world pepperoni is the best. read more

The first time I ordered from these guys it was great (in fact it was as excellent as any pizza I've ever eaten), but it was cut in squares (I HATE square cut pizza), but they sent me another one telling me to order via phone the next time, since their on-line system didn't provide for special instructions. Anyway, in a couple of weeks, I ordered again using the telephone only to discover that the prices were SIGNIFICANTLY higher than previously. When I asked why, they told me that the on-line system went through their corporate headquarters, but that over the phone was "just them" and they charged more. Needless to say, I called Pizza Hut. I did try to give them one more chance last night. I paid the higher price and it was GOD AWFUL! You can't imagine how bad it was(and I can eat anything). The crust was slightly burned and there was very little on it. Now if they were charging CiCi's or Little Caesar's prices it would have been marginally okay, but these guys charge $15.00+ for a pizza! I'm not exaggerating. Frozen Red Barron would have been just as good, and on top of that, the girl who took my order was VERY rude. Nope, never again. read more

I have only done take-out from Marco's, but I'm curious to try their $5.99 lunch buffet. The pizza was great! Cheesy, gooey, nice flavorful crust- tried pepperoni and Italian sausage (meh). But what earns Marco's a 5 is the stuffed cheesy bread-- hands down the best cheesy bread from a pizza take-out place I have EVER had. I will update this review once I visit their buffet. read more
