Do you see that there's mold on the ham? It's not hard to miss

Order from them a lot . On October 10 this month . I ordered a Hawaii pizza . Extra ham and pineapple . It was good . Next day I take it out and there is mold on the ham as you can see in the pictures . Called talked to a manager letting them know he was very rude to me . he told me it was pigment in the ham . I know what that looks like. I was asked to describe it and when I did he told me there was nothing he could do about it . I didn't want a pizza or anything . I wanted to let them know that their ham is order and to throw it out . . Took the pizza into the domino's place . The young guy said he was very sorry .told him what happened . He told me he would take pictures send it to his boss and refund my money . I didn't get anything . They need to check their expiration dates

Love their thin crust pizzas. We even tried their cheesy tots. Small portions but still pretty yummy.

When my pizza arrived it had barely any sauce and even though I ordered it only one piece of sausage was on the entire pizza

Spicy pork & chicken were not going to rip the paint off your tongue, and that may be by design for the tenderfoot farmers around here. Prices are steep. Especially for larger appetites, even though I left my large appetite back in my 40s. But, it's actually nice to have a Korean option in our little college town for people to splurge and have something different than a pizza/burger. One laughable thing....is the tiny little ban chan cups of kimchi that come with the meal. Look at my pic, and you'll get the message, haha. For the price of din-din, they can (and should) do better than that...

We came in and ordered 2 bowls and there were a few people already waiting for their food. After ordering we took a seat and waited a solid 35 min for our bowls to be done. It was an astronomically long wait time. I was by no means upset with the worker who was trying their best to manage orders and prepare everyone's food as well as the online orders. Once getting our food there was nothing special about the bowls, it was just beef on top of white rice with limited toppings/veggies. I'm not sure if this was just a day of short staffing or if it's typically 1-2 people working. I probably wouldn't return simply due to the unexpected wait times.

So we ordered food @1802hrs it was 1840hr ! 38 mins wait The wait seems to be the biggest challenge for a business that wasn't really that busy ! Kinda disappointing really ! So we got the 24 piece combo 3 flavors ! Bbq, Buffalo, parmigiana garlic, The bbq was separate however they packaged the buffalo and Parmesan garlic together with a thin piece of paper but the 2 flavors mixed in the bottom Was kind gross plus buffalo was kinda dry had almost no sauce on them ! The fry's were cold But the main issue here is the 40 min wait

And then what do you know, I came to yelp and they have a 2.0 rating with horrendous reviews and I experienced why. I was traveling for work and placed an order for 20 wings, fries and a drink. I get back to my hotel and to my surprise, what I have in my bag is not my order. True indeed, I should have checked my order before leaving but I did not. I IMMEDIATELY call the store and advise what happened. The lady who answered apologized and offered to either fix the order or refund the money. As I ubered there and spent money on that, I was not going to spend more money to get there again and back to get my corrected order so I accepted the refund to my card. A few weeks later, I noticed I still didn't receive my refund of $31.66!! I call the store to speak to the manager, BEN, and he then advises that they can not issue a refund to a debit card (very odd with technology in 2025/2026). He advises me that he will try to get with a store owner to see if anything can be done and he will give me a call back. Days pass and I never hear from him. So of course, I have to call him back because he has poor management and follow up skills and then he says I would be better off disputing with my bank. Chase ends up saying since it was an in person ACH, I have to take it up with the merchant. I obviously don't live in Seattle as I was there on business and have no way to do that. When I called back today to figure out how I would be getting my money back, BEN was so rude, continued to cut me off, told me I was rude when I am clearly frustrated and even had the nerve to tell me that this sort of thing happens all the time and "Well you got food"... i gOt sOmEoNe ElsEs fOoD!! NOT MINE! Moron. And when things like this happen, people get refunds or somehow things are made right instead of just being told "oh well, we are keeping your money without giving you what you paid for". This place is a joke, BEN IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND HE SHOUKD BE FIRED JUST LIKE HE SAID THE GIRL WAS WHO ADVISED ME I WOULD BE GETTING A REFUND. He is unprofessional and from the other reviews clearly doesn't know how to run that store. Shut that wingstop down. Unbelievable

And if you know me, that says EVERYTHING. The crazy part? The ranch was actually really good too... I just didn't need it. The pizza was perfectly balanced, crispy, cheesy, flavorful just chef's kiss. The beers? Crisp. Smooth. So good. The aesthetics? On point. Live music... on a Wednesday night?? Super fire. For a second I felt like I was in Hawaii or something warm vibes, good energy then I stepped outside and remembered it's cold. What really stood out though? The owner actually came out, shook hands, hung out, and still ate there. That's rare. It's always a good sign when the owner is present and genuinely cares about the space and the people in it. Service was amazing. Food was amazing. Atmosphere was amazing. Honestly wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Honestly, Wooden City really lives up to its hype. It's an upscale spot right in downtown Spokane,…read morebut still feels warm and lively instead of overly formal. Definitely one of the best-quality restaurants in the city, where every dish was thoughtfully made and packed with flavor. What we ordered: Starters: - Spring Salad: Super fresh and well-balanced. The snap peas were crisp, with strawberries added for sweetness, and the goat cheese + pistachios gave it a creamy, nutty contrast. The lemon & tarragon vinaigrette tied everything together with a light, herby flavor. - Jerk Cauliflower: Crunchy cauliflower with Caribbean spices with a creamy jerk sauce, good as a side Appetizers: - Peel 'n' Eat Shrimp: Really juicy and spicy from the Cajun spice. There's butter to dip in but I found it too greasy and prefer lemon instead. - Blistered Hungarian Peppers: Smoky pepper with some sweetness and savory from the sausage and cheddar. Served with a toasted focaccia that soak up all the sauce. Main dishes: - Chicken Schnitzel: One of the must-orders. Crispy, golden breading, super tender inside. The lemon & caper butter sauce added acidity and richness that elevated the whole dish. Yoy have to order extra because it's never enough for the table. Yes, it's that good. - Marbled Duroc Pork Chop: Another favorite . Juicy and tender, with 'nduja salsa brava bringing a spicy depth, while lemon tahini and marcona almonds added creaminess and crunch. I always missed tasting this dish like my first time - Beet Ravioli: Earthy and slightly sweet flavor, nice texture but I hate goat cheese so I'm not really a fan of this dish - Pesto Bacon Pizza: Delicious crunch, loved the combo of mozzarella and gorgonzola, kind of creamy with a bit of funk. Balsamic do help balance and gave it a sweet tangy flavor, or else it would be too heavy for me (yes, not a pizza fan) Drinks & Dessert - Not Mai Tai mocktail: very aesthetically looking drink, but a bit too sweet to my liking - Apple crisp: cozy and warm, with baked apple & pecan crumble and served with vanilla ice cream on top. Delicious ice cream. - Pumpkin cheesecake: My 3rd favorite of the night, I still dream about it!! Rich, smooth, and perfectly spiced, you shouldn't skip this!!! That said, I do have to take away a couple points for timing. Our foods took 45 mins to come out even though I had reservations and note the menu items via the email, and the wait time between each dish was also... very confusing. It broke the flow of our meal. But once the food hit the table, it was hard to stay mad, so I forgave them.

I feel like I just went to a dress rehearsal about a play about a group of friends who got together…read moreand said "How about we open a restaurant? That would be fun!" Tonight was just so strange. First, I had no idea who was an employee. There were two girls that were going around together over and over, they kept stopping at tables so I think they worked there...but they never had anything in their hands. Our server seemed to keep forgetting we were there. Or just forgetting she was employed in general. Seriously just not with it. She was very nice...when she remembered we were there. I will say the pizza crust tasted amazing. So many places that serve pizza think of the crust as just something to put toppings on, but this had great flavor. Sadly, it was rolled too thin and said toppings made it somewhat soggy. Caesar salad was ok. Romaine was really fresh and crisp and the homemade croutons were still a little warm. Very good. However, the dressing was rather bland. And when I asked for pepper for it, our waitress first had it in her head that I expected some kind of peppers on my salad. When she finally understood I meant black pepper, she went away. Eventually she returned. Not with a pepper grinder or a shaker, but a sauce bowl that had about 3 tablespoons of black pepper in it. I wouldn't use that much pepper if I cooked for myself for a week and used it with every dish. Had to ask for knives for some of people's meals. I will say the spicy lamb rigatoni was amazing, pasta just right and the sauce and flavor was peak. I am just not sure what to say, other than this was the strangest and most disorganized dining experience I have ever had. I think if a grown up showed up and brought the kids into line, this place would be amazing. Also, for what we paid, I expected to be wowed, not left wondering what I just experienced.
