The crust is made so thin that after loaded up with sauce, cheese and a variety of toppings, just turns into a mushy mess and never gets crusty! I realize that this may seem like a small issue, but the reason I come to Papa Murphy's is because I want to enjoy hot, crusty pizza with quality ingredients. I can get mushy crust from Papa John's. After trying the store in Webb City and the store on 32nd street in Joplin, I have had the same results from both. By following the directions and trying to remove the pizza from the paper to put it back on the rack to allow the crust to harden up and reach the proper crusty texture, it tears apart trying to remove it from the tray and promptly becomes a pile of cheese and mush. I have also tried to cook the pizza for much longer than your directions state, as well as cooking it on a pizza stone, to see if that will change the results, it does not. I don't know what has changed over recent years, but I can tell you that as a long time customer, I am incredibly frustrated with the product quality of the thin & crispy pizzas. It truly saddens me to know that at this point, I can get better results from a Digiorno frozen pizza with regards to texture. To make matters worse, I'm not sure that the chain really wants feedback on their product. I've tried to submit a review twice in the survey directly for Papa Murphey's but the web page will not let you submit the information entered. I truly wish I could offer better experience at this point. My family has used Papa Murphy's for years, but we are just about frustrated to the point of finding a better way to get pizza.

It was completely empty today when I was there around 11:20 while there were about 10 cars in the Wendy's drive-through across the street. I hope they close it down very soon. I've tried to eat here 4 times in the last few months, and have yet to actually agree to pay for anything. Don't advertise what you won't stand behind. Employees and managers just give you a dumb look when you act like they should just honor their own advertised prices. Honestly, who cares if the whole chain fails at this point? There are much better $11 sandwiches anywhere. Stop doing a disservice to my community. I have attempted to contact management and even emailed corporate. I'm not stopping there, either. Bait-n-switch should be a thing of the past in the internet age. They are now held by a private equity firm, so I highly doubt things are going to get better.
