Nice place to get lunch buffet the salad bar is amazing always full and fresh. The employees are very friendly and helpful

Ate here on vacation , I'm from Missouri and was visiting my father . problem was they weren't stocked on pizza for the pizza buffet.

I'd give them zero stars if I could and still write this review, but it won't let me. I ordered pizza this evening & at 8:35pm my card was charged for the full amount plus drivers tip. I was told the pizza would be delivered in 35 to 40 minutes. At 9:30 I called to see when it was coming. I was directed to customer service, who put me on hold while they called the store. She discovered that apparently the store decided to close early this evening while keeping my money and not delivering my pizza. If I had not called, I would be out the full payment. Customer service told me they processed a refund, but I will be double checking to see when it processes on my end. And we will definitely not be patronizing Mazzio's pizza in Monett again. read more

I love their lunch buffet, which is also a dinner buffet on Tuesdays! Delicious salad bar, very fresh! Excellent crunchy pizza crust. Comes with brownies and some dessert options. read more

Appears that I should have read the review before eating here. I have been a fan of Mazzio's in other areas around the country. The service has always been good, the food has always been good. A previous experience with this location was okay, but my visit tonight was an absolute nightmare. Ordered the Buffet. There were three pans with maybe three pieces each on the bar. In the 40 minutes I was there, no new pizzas were added to the buffet. I sat and waited, then as more and more people started to come in and look at the bar, waiting for pizza, I finally asked to see the manager. A cashier came to me instead, asking what I needed. I decided at that moment I was waiting my time there and asked for contact information for the District Manager. I was told that they could not give me that, that I could have the corporate phone number. When the Assistant manager finally came up to speak with me, I explained that I wanted to know why it now appeared that in order to eat I would have to go someplace else. She said I was rude, told me that if I didn't like the situation, that pizza was coming, I could leave. They gave me the "corporate" phone number, which was the local call in to order number. I asked for a supervisor who finally gave me the Corporate number. I paid for a Buffet, I ended up with a salad and two pieces of pizza. I truly feel ripped off by this store. read more

We have been a fan of Mazzio's for a long time. Since the management change it is VERY poor. This evening, there were seven of us, the buffet had two pizzas and took a while to bring more out. Only one cashier. When asked about when more pizza would be placed on the buffet, she remarked, "getting ready to bring more out." Finally mroe piizza arrived but NEVER ahd the dessert choices as in the past. Management did not make rounds in the restaurant to ask how thing were going as in the past and no one came to tables to take plates, etc of as in the past. It is evident that change in management was not for the good. Other customers were complaining about the same thing. Breadsticks were NEVER added to the buffet either. We will never return to the Monett Mazio's and will give the one in Mt. Vernon a try to see if they better serve their paying customers. read more

So very disappointed in the service. First called order in and it wasn't turned in. Reordered when I went to pick up called in order. Ordered pepperoni and Canadian bacon pizza got Canadian bacon with pineapple and onion. Also ordered new chicken bacon jalapeño popper calzone let's just say you can tell it's new. We absolutely love the Neosho location so we assumed this one would be just as good. Unfortunately, driving 40 minutes to the Neosho location will be much more worth our money than returning to the Monett location. To compare: Neosho's buffet, with a huge selection of constantly fresh/replenished pizzas, pastas, desserts, & salad, is incredibly clean and full of friendly, competent staff. They regularly check in with each customer to see how they're doing, clear their tables, and go out of their way to frequently ask if you have any special requests for the buffet. They are always happy to accommodate and clearly put the customer first. Plus, their buffet is open for lunch both Saturday and Sunday! On the other hand, at Monett's weekday-only buffet, there are typically only 4-5 pizzas out, all of which are left out until every slice is taken, no matter how old or unpopular that kind is. You have to wait for staff (including a manager) at the counter to stop stacking table advertisements six high and very loudly talking about their dislike for children (all while several very well-behaved children were dining in) to request what you want. Then one of those requests was made incorrectly... We are very disappointed in our experience, but because each visit to the Neosho location has been the exact opposite, we will take our business back there. read more

Our family stopped by Mazzios on our way home from Branson on 6-2-2019. It was the middle of the afternoon so the place was pretty slow. The waitress was very friendly and took time to explain the specials. We ordered a couple of pizzas and were informed that drinks are free on Sunday. That's a big deal to us as drinks can really add on to the costs. Pizza took about 15 minutes to get to our table. It had great flavor and was cooked just perfectly. Everybody there was friendly and thanks us for coming when we left. We will definitely be back again. read more

Good pasta, good pizza buffet and good service. Quick serve pasta and pizza is rarely this good. This particular location has great service too. The pasta sauce isn't amazing, but it is very decent. Worth the stop. read more
