The Screen in the store says my pizza is ready for pickup! The guy tells my husband that "an Employee stole my pizza"!!? I think he didn't want to sell a "Stuffed Crust Pizza" for the 10.99 deal the app let me have it for! This was total BS!! An EMPLOYEE STOLE MY PIZZA⁉ BS!! My husband made him give back the money for the Pizza And the $5 TIP THAT THE GUY POCKETED!! . read more

I called regarding a charge on my card, and the so-called "general manager," Jorge, was incredibly rude. He continuously talked over me and refused to listen to anything I said. This kind of unprofessional behavior raises serious concerns. Be extremely cautious when using your card there--they won't disclose who is responsible, and it's entirely possible they are complicit in the scam. read more

I made a pitstop here on a long drive. I love Domino's sandwiches because they have a nice variety to choose from, they are also very satisfying and filling. I don't eat meat, so I almost always get the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. You can also create your own sandwich by mixing and matching toppings. This store has indoor seating; however, it was closed off to the public on my visit. The store was also very clean. I attempted to order via the app while in the store so I could get the pizza points, however, I was having issues getting into my account. The man at the register was very friendly and patient with me while I struggled to get into the Domino's app. He also tried to offer suggestions to help me. Eventually, I was never able to access my account, so I ended up ordering my sandwich at the register. After ordering, my sandwich was ready within 15 minutes, it was hot, fresh and tasted great. I recommend this Domino's Pizza for great service, and delicious food. read more

It was decided at my in laws household that for dinner, tonight, Pizza was on the menu. We headed over to this dominos because it was the closest to us and though some of the lights inside were turned off from the outside the "OPEN," sign was still on. We attempted to open the door but the workers behind the counter just shouted that we had to order online. There's no problem with that but maybe having a sign that says that. So we try to contact them on the phone because we figured it's faster than ordering through the app. The workers literally stood right behind the counter proceeding to laugh and cackle with each other and mind you, we can HEAR the phone ringing. And yet there they stood just laughing like it was funny, maybe they were high or something. Whatever. It was a little frustrating cause in Hawai'i; they would neverrrr smh Do better Domino's on Virginia Way. read more

I have been ordering food for over forty years and this was the worst in all that time. We were quoted 45 minutes after they attempted to dissuade us from ordering by hanging up the phone a dozen times. The attempts to follow up on our pizza were given equal attention between pickup/hang up and just ignoring the call. After almost two hours a thin crust pizza arrived that looked like it was overcooked, undersauced and dehydrated to boot. Of course it was cold also cause we are 4 miles from the shop so in the extra hour and a half the guy played with our pizza any oven it once knew was a long gone memory. The soda was ignored or as the excuse for a 6'5" delivery guy said "oh you ordered a soda?" "I can bring it back in 20 minutes or you can call to have a refund issued. Not sure if the anger which will result from a refund attempt is worth it but if you have a choice between Dominos and starving at least starving has some dignity to it. read more

I made a order on the mobile app the day before for a pickup at 1045. I ordered 13 pizzas and five order of wings. I was feeding a work crew for lunch. At 1045 when I got there they hadn't even started my order and told me it would be ready at noon. I had 20 guys who didn't get to eat lunch because of how late the order was. All the manager said was sorry but we have other orders. I can't believe any other orders were placed the day before for a 1045 ready time. Horrible!!! Will never order here again. I'm fact I immediately called red baron pizza around the corner and they had all the pizzas ready by 1115. Just took them a half hour to get the order ready that dominos couldn't. read more

Don't trust the workers answering the phones. They will hang up on you without a second thought, which makes picking up your carry out annoying since you have to call the store when you get there. Their delivery is also unreliable. When using the ap, you will more often than not see your order on "Quality Check" (IE your ready pizza is under the hot lamp) for a half an hour, if not longer. If you live near the store you might as well pick it up since you'll starve by the time you wait for delivery. Pizza is Domino's standard, though toppings are on the lighter side. Don't be surprised if you find your order slightly overcooked and cool of temperature. read more

Dominoes is the worst in Barstow! Every time I order there they mess something up. Last time I ordered from there, the pizza had no sauce, I complained, the manager wasn't happy, sent me a pizza drenched in sauce. That was a yr ago. I'm sick and tired tonight so I said why not, I ordered at 946, I got the food at 1138. The first delivery lady thought she had my pizza, said she didn't, she would delivery that one to the correct house and come back if she had it. She marked my food as delivered and left. I call the store and my pizza never left the store. Cherry on top, I got cold food delivered and paid for a pizza with barely any toppings. 55 dollars wasted! 0 stars if I could! read more

Good pizza. Nothing special, nothing wrong. Calling in an order: FAIL. It can take two, or more, calls to submit the order. The guy likes to hang up on people. Timing: be prepared to wait, even when given a pick-up time. The biggest fail was seeing the guy who was assembling the pizzas, touching various things with his gloves, then using those same gloved hands to grab toppings. Sanitary practices could be improved. Then there is the parking. No, no, no. Does the city enforce the codes? Yes. Does the city have codes for parking and business access? Probably not. Order delivery then you won't have qualms about eating the food. read more

Terrible service, won't even take an order and gives conflicting information about pricing.

New manager at night. Has no management skills at all. They have cut back on the quality of service in the past 2/3 years. Hardly any workers on Friday the busiest day of the week. Their tracker works like crap. When you call no one answers. Told 14 to 23 min for delivery and it took an hour, and I am 3 min away. I blame it on management. Don't go there unless desperate. read more

Order pizza and wings they screw up my order of wings so now I have to wait for them to redo my wings

I've never had a good experience with their delivery so I decided to go in and order to go. They should probably tell you BEFORE you pay how long the wait is AND that you have to stand outside because you're not allowed to wait inside for your food. Nothing but negative experiences.... Will never order from here again. Update. ..THEN after waiting 40 min, I go in to pick up and the idiot tells me I owe for the pizza that I've already paid for! When I show him that it was paid for on my phone (from my bank) he then tells me that I owe a dollar and some change..... Saying that it must have been insufficient funds!!!! Wth?!?!? So he gets who I'm assuming is the manager who is rude as hell, who tells me they didn't charge me for a topping. And tells me if I don't want to pay, they will just refund my money and I won't get my order. Unbelievable customer service! Mind you, I paid $30 for two pizzas, one of which was just a single topping pepperoni pizza! read more

Even though this location had a few hiccups with our orders in the past, they have always corrected it and made it right. My husband swears they have the best hot wings. I like the plain wings. It seems like they're doing much better in their new location. read more

Well, let me tell you... I have dealt with this location time and time again (none of which were exemplary but nonetheless it's Barstow sooooo [I bit my tongue]..... But tonight was the straw that broke my back! I called and ordered... Blah, blah, blah... 20-25 minutes was the estimate. THAT WAS AT 6 PM. 6:40--- I started calling.... HOLY CRAP!!! I literally got a busy signal for at least ten minutes! (I'm not embellishing) I finally got through and when the phone call was answered and they asked if I could hold and I said "NO" because I was so frustrated the guy DIDNT EVEN HEAR ME AND PUT ME ON HOLD!!!! I waited another eight minutes of which I finally received the pizza. The poor delivery guy (Pete) was nice but on the receiving end of my frustration. I apologized but showed him my phone that I WAS STILL ON HOLD!!! (I literally had my phone on speaker so the delivery guy could hear/see me trying to call the company AND see how long I had been on hold!) I finally got to talk to George (the manager) who I communicated my situation to... This is a TO BE CONTINUED.... Because George made promises.... We shall see if he can deliver... No pun intended BUT lol on the reference! read more
