We went with a Dolphin pool due to the recommendation from a Hayward Rep we are friends with. Things started slowly, mainly the permit process. Things went very quickly from that point on, but be prepared for everything being ala carte. You will be assigned a Superintendent, don't expect to get many answers to questions after you have made the deposit from sales. They got their contract. That being said, process was quick, contractors are very friendly. Communication is null, if it would not have been for me being on site for the Supers initial visit, I would never have had any communication from him if it would not have been for me reaching out to him. The funniest(not funny) thing about the whole job would be the 2.5 ft price of PVC sticking out of the ground thru the whole process. We never new what it was for, but there it was. When our rep was coming out for pool start up, everything was supposed to be done, PVC is still there. He informed me that someone must have broke a line to the aerorator, capped it to let the other crews know it was broke. How do you miss that? Maybe if there was a little bit more communication, this would not have happened. I would text him issues, not hear from him, and it would just end if fixed a week later. Not good business in my opinion. But it is a quality pool. And the biggest thing is Hayward WILL back up their products. Time will tell with Dolphin. read more

Hello, please avoid using Dolphin Pools. We scheduled a onsite initial visit with a Drew Siler, one of their design experts. My partner and I suspect this man is a homophobic but we have no hard-nose evidence. This man was absolute rude. He didn't want to wear a facemask and was asked to wear one regardless. He entered the background with us. When didn't know how this process unfolds. Because he was not informative or cooperative, we had a series of questions about processes, etc. He made us feel really small bcuz we didn't have a design plan and bcuz we did not have the place bluestaked. When we asked about blue-staking resources, this jerk told us to ask our friend for help, who had obtained a pool from Dolphin Pools. There were other issues with this guy but at least you have an example of this man's behavior. AVOID AVOID AVOID. If possible, I would have given this review zero stars. read more

I understand that things are delayed right now because of shortages and demand, but we started our contract with Dolphin over 7 months ago and our pool still won't be finished for another month at least. It is a very small pool with nothing fancy about it. Our designer was great and I'm sure we are going to love the finished product, but the delays have been extremely frustrating. I would recommend using another builder. read more

Its my 2nd pool building experience. I have to say, I gave GM of Dolphin pools in Phoenix and its company staff many chances before posting this 3 stars review. Its more a 2, but I got a pool done. Signing on 01/17/2019 and some warranty is not finished yet til this day(08/04/2019). While sales rep, Dustin and Les (final walk through)were among all others professional and price was within my goal, I was set up with Dustin after calling 3 times, 1st rep was very rude on the phone. I would personally give those two a 5, because all others were between 1, 2 and 3 stars. Permits were done in 10 days, great! That is were good news ended. BE prepared to be your own sup... Excavation crew damaged common wall, took 3 weeks for someone acknowledge my emails and have it repaired and painted (even that was a nightmare, their painter is not licensed for a fact, when I brought it up to GM, they cared less). No apology either from GM! Who knows how many other subcontractors they use that are not licensed. Of course, I could file a complaint to the state, but its just too bad i have to think about it after paying thousands. NO DISCOUNTS folks for any of this mess, BUT PAY UP BEFORE ALL COMPLETED per AZ law in the contract. Warranty person that is in the office is useless, she just looks for excuses and she has no idea how pool system works. While pool turned out fine, experience was subpar at best, it took 2 months to replace light ring housing that had concrete all over(they just keep bringing the wrong ones) and until now skimmer plastic door is flapping so much that it is weird to be in the pool. My other pool door never have done that! Check their CAD design on the in-floor if you are getting it PRIOR permits. I saw it too late and when it was plumbed, I can tell some heads were too far apart and it would not clean properly. I was absolutely right now as a pool have been built!! It sucks, but I have been told it needs new permits during plumbing(so I passed to go ahead with original). Just feels that company who does it for 30 years should of have it done correctly to begin with. They will not give u matching grout to the tile you`ve chosen either or even mention it will not match. weird... I have to say half of the staff should be let go, no need for at least 3 people I had to deal with. Left hand doesn`t know what is wright hand is doing! Keep looking...if you need a pool... unless you have plenty of time on your hands to make sure it gets done! read more

This company took 30k from me. This was a lot of money for our family but we wanted a backyard that we could spend time in during the summer. We had 5 quotes come out for this job and decided on dolphin. Signed beginning of March and finished in July. Communication was poor and you are dead to them for any warranty work. Please stay away. I could have spent an extra 1500 and went with one of the big companies. I should have spent the money. Pool is nice but truly not worth the experience with this company. Do yourself a favor and stay away. read more

Our pool is finally finished and it's everything we hoped for. While there were unfortunate delays that put the project weeks behind schedule, I'm delighted that it has been completed before school starts again. We did have some issues with a couple of things, but we were heard and Scott, the Operations/Sales Manager came through with a solution to resolve our concerns. The majority of the process was seamless and I'm sure that the issues that we did experience happen all the time for all companies. At the end of the day, what we wanted is what we got and it's a beautiful pool :) read more

Poor experience all around. We had several issues throughout the process. They "forgot" the waterfall, passed inspection and then I noticed the waterfall wasn't there. Build was pushed back severAl times. Customer service was terrible. They put our block wall back up and our gate has been loose and crooked ever since. They never came back to fix it like we requested. We have several pieces of travertine cracked around our deck. We called to have them fixed and we never hear back from anyone. Overall a terrible experience and I'd much rather spend more money elsewhere with a company who stands behind their product and fixes their mess! read more

Our pool looks great! The entire process went smooth. I went up there one Saturday to deliver a check and the look from the lady at the desk was that of shock...anyways, I let that slide. Moving along, all the contractors that came to our home were very courteous and respectful of our yard except the last guys that left Coca-Cola cans and trash everywhere. (Totally disrespectful to my property, they were the electricians) During the digging phase, our wall was damaged as well as our gate. After everything was completed in September 2018 (we started the process in June 2018), a guy came over, took pictures of the damages and indicated he would have his crew fix it immediately. I think we called every other week since September. The little warranty lady is horrible with returning phone calls, but great at screening them. She actually told me that the contractors told her they already came out and completed the repairs! If they did, do you honestly think I'd still be calling?! Anyways, it's April, somebody just came to fix my gate and repair my wall. You'd think I'd be happy right?! Well he didn't paint the repairs just left a big white patch on my wall and 3 of them on my gate! The little warranty lady called to verify the job was completed, I indicated it wasn't. The wall needed to be painted so I was going to leave the gate unlocked so he could finish. The little warranty lady said thru they don't paint and it's in my contract. You have got to be kidding me?! Nope. Real life. After a few colorful words I was done with the situation. Well the General Manager called, I didn't answer so he emailed. Basically telling me he would do it for me...um no thank you. If you're repairing something, the goal should be to make it look like what it did before you damaged it. I'm over it but I had to let you guys know...BUBBLE WRAP YOUR WALLS, GATES, AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT COULD POSSIBLY BE DAMAGED. They'll tell you it's in the contract and you're responsible ‍BUT our pool cute!! read more

We are having a pool built by Dolphin! This is our first pool being built so I had to do a lot of research & I was little worried about making the correct decisions about everything! With my luck I had a sales man named Gary white come to meet me that was not customer friendly even though he came late in the evening to accommodateMy schedule! Keep in mind Gary does things the old school! He doesn't print out 3D dimension of the pool for you to see that gives you clear picture of the pool! So he draws the pool on a piece of paper of what the pool looks like along with depth & dimension! It looked very different & difficult to picture it like you would with a computer 3D!after he drew pool plan diagram & Gave me a price that I agreed with it next day I paid a deposit to start the work! a week later I noticed that Gary included in the price a wall to cover the pool equipment that was $50 a foot! 10ft wall $500. also Gary decided to Increase my pool decking by $1150 more with out my knowledge. I called the company told them I didn't ask for those & they gave me credit back! But where I wasn't so lucky & was too late is the pathway from patio to the pool is about 10ft. So Gary decided to reduce my decking so he could use the extra concrete for 5 huge ugly concrete 5ft long 2.3 wide steps to get to the pool. I had no Idea that he was going to use concrete to make steps! I thought it was going to be the kind of tiles you see big tiles steps in people's back yard from Home Depot kind! To my dismay I was upset & called dolphin pool spoke with Scott (manager) to have them remove them, he told me they won't because you signed off on it! I told Scott nothing on that diagram Indicates the steps were made out of concrete let alone making my pool decking smaller because Gary decided to use it for the pathway! I told Scott he knew We had never had pool built before & he could have explain it to me if I Would prefer to have bigger pool decking rather then use the concrete for steps? I would have told him I will have the cheap tiles put in when I do the landscaping! Scott told me we will not remove the steps & told me I can give you a price for how much it would cost to remove them! I told him I'm willing to pay $100 to have them removed but add that extra concrete back to my decking like it should have been in the first place! I also told Scott who in their right mind would want to reduce their pool decking so they could have huge ugly concrete steps? Scott told me why didn't you mention it before? I told him there's nothing in the contract or pool drawing indicating the steps are made of concrete! His answer was still no! So if your reading this & your shopping for a pool This dolphin pool company is not for you! They don't look for your best interest, they don't explain things thoroughly for first time customers.& sometimes no matter how much research you have done it doesn't hurt to have a company or the sales man from that company to have clear conscious & be helpful to care for you & explain the process like it was being built for his own kids! This company should not be trusted because they don't look out for your best interest & that's my warning to you! read more

Signed for a pool with dolphin the 1st week of January 2013. It wasn't finished until end of May after many promises to be done months earlier. Horrible customer service and follow up! Still waiting weeks now for punch list items to be completed. I spent over $35k with dolphin pools and have never felt like they appreciated my business or wanted me as a customer. I would avoid dolphin pools at all costs regardless of the price or package they quote. They simply do not care... read more

Run fast from this company. They are what we were afraid of when putting in a new pool, and unfortunately they delivered. Miscommunication from the beginning, misled, and lied to. If that's what you want, then go for it. Not one thing went right. Melanie was the shining star, otherwise this rating would be Zero Stars. Not sure how they are in business. read more

Signed contract October 2014 - returned to AZ Jan 1, 2015 work started Jan 5, 2015, restarted Jan 12, 2015, completed Mar7, 2015 We did a ton of research since we had never had a pool before. We read reviews on a dozen contractors, checked the BBB (which isn't very helpful), read Angie's List, Yelp and any others that we found. After three months and over 200 hours of research we started the interview process. What we learned is that none of these pool companies do very much of the actual work. They contract out the excavation, plumbing, electrical, concrete, decking, pebbletech, etc. Their own people supervise, schedule and do all the follow up on their contractors. So it comes down to a company that #1 uses excellent trades people #2 has an excellent working relationship with those trades #3 pays their subcontractors promptly #4 has a scheduler who stays on top of the schedule and responds immediately to rain delays or issues that arise #5 has a supervisor who is there immediately to inspect before and after each step of the process. One major reason we selected Dolphin is that out of all the companies we interviewed, Kimble our salesman, is the only one who told us that we definitely had to add a pool heater if we wanted to use the pool between January and May! Everyone knew we were going to be seasonal residents and the pool would be used for the first five months of the year and yet only Kimble said the heater was not an option! Would the others have told us later that we needed to add one on and add $$$ when we had not budgeted for it - probably. Because Kimble was upfront with us, gave us computer generated drawings, told us about Tonia their scheduler who is awesome and Dolphin's 20 years in business, we chose Dolphin. I saw another review that trashed Dolphin - the fellow had no idea where concrete was used etc. I find this hard to believe. Kimble went through every detail with us - what materials would be used, he showed us the tiles, explained the difference between plaster, pebbletech, pebblesheen, the options on heaters, filter options, vacuum versus floor systems and even went into details about the companies they used like Hayward, etc. we asked hundreds of questions and although some may have been too common sense to him, Kimble answered everyone to our satisfaction. We gave them a $1000 deposit and signed the contract and went back to IL for Christmas. Jan 2nd we met with Kimble and made final selections on color of tile and interior finish, making sure there was adequate supply available so we would not run into issues with availability of materials. A few days later the crew was out to lay out the design in the yard. The next day Kent, the supervisor, was there to verify dimensions, make sure we were happy with the design and layout and gave us a booklet which explained every step of construction, materials to be used, the time line, how many days each step took, rest days etc. Then the crew showed up to excavate - it took only a few minutes of digging for everything to come to a screeching halt! We live in the Sierra Estrella Mountains and our house literally is a house on a rock. We had what is known as a "hard dig". Back to the drawing board - Scott the owner said we could cancel the project, pay $300 for the excavation crew and get a $700 refund from our deposit - or redesign and go with the project. We chose to make a few minor modifications to the project, keep the pool as designed and pay for the hard dig. By eliminating minor things we kept on budget and resumed excavation a week later. There were a few rain days to contend with So with the delayed start and lost rain days it took about 6 weeks for construction. We had water in the pool March 8th and although we had not initialized the pool yet, my wife and friend plunged into the 69 degree water (we are from Chicago area so we are very hardy). The next day the pool was initialized, we turned on the pump, filter and the heat pump and everything is great. Tonia, the scheduler, was awesome - she kept everyone on schedule and had water in the pool in time for our first visitors. We cannot say enough about Dolphin Pools - Scott, Kimble, Tonia, Kent and all their subs were great to work with. On time, friendly, professional, excellent tradesmen, kept the yard clean through the entire process thru final cleanup. We had one minor issue with one pop up which was cleared up in minutes (had some residue from the pebbletech interfering). Dolphin Pools gets our vote for 5 Stars. read more

Shopped around for different pool builders. Dolphin was a tad bit cheaper so I was not expecting the same service. The whole process was painful !!!!! Lack of follow up, lack of ownership. After all this was a $30k purchase, I had to call them all the time because I was unclear on next steps, people did not show up when expected. They run out of the tile I chose, so they left me with samples of different tiles and a vm to let me know that I would have to get those or come back to the office to chose something close to what I have signed up for !!! I have learned my lesson: cheap is not always better"! I should have trusted these reviews the first time I read them. You do not want to do business with these guys . read more

It turned my stomach to see bad reviews for in what my opinion was a decent conpnay. Winter, 2012. After months of research (pool building is a major project dont expect instant results) extensive reviews of designs from Shasta, Dolphin and one other pool general contractor (forgot the name, like Tiki something...on 35 Ave and Pinnacle Peak on a corner in a distinctive stone structure), we went with Dolphin because we liked the design we recieved at what we felt was the most bang for your buck. The pool was installed in April 2012. Prior to this pool we had a curvilinear shasta at 12000 gallons. It was built in 99 and was made of plaster, sand filter and pop ups. I was very hesitant to sign up for pop ups again (If your not the original Shasta owner its $60 for a two ounce piece of plastic pop up...went through 3-4 a year to my irrritation and also needed a in floor vacuum which added additional steps/problems in pool cleaning). Anyways we went with pop ups, cartridge filter and let me tell you this is the cleanest looking pool of any pools I have seen....save some in travel magazines ha ha. Project was completed in time within parameters. Want to add if you shop for a pool in the spring good luck I think thats their crazy busy season as homeowners prepare for summer...early bird gets the worm in this business...ha ha. Almost two years into we are very pleased with our pool. At construction they had to change one corner from a 90 to a 45 but we did not feel that was a major issue.I have had one pop up replaced. Had a minor caulking issue but overall we feel water to play in the summer is worth it. Now if only we could make the water colder in August and September... Anyways start in the fall shop around check price points and designs, expect 10-15 hours a week of research for 1-2 months before you find your most reasonable pool. I think Dolphin builds a good pool, but that is just my experience. Also talk to different pool owners and dont expect easy answers there are some frustrating decisions involving price, aesthetics, finishes, features, on any installation. It is MAJOR construction but worth years of fun. read more

My initial review of Dolphin gave them two stars for the construction of our pool. If your interested in that then read my initial review. I'm now giving them four stars for their follow up and warranty work. There have been several little things that needed tweeked since the construction of the pool. Dolphin has been exceptionally responsive and the follow up and fixes went very well. Also, one of the owners contacted me to talk about the changes they made to their business in the hopes that future customers wont face the same issues I did. That makes me a fan. read more

I used Dolphin because they have been in business in the valley for many years. I was disappointed with a couple of issues that were addressed and were not resolved in a timely manner. They left behind cement from forming the pool I called many times and finally had to dispose of it myself. I requested something and had it written in the contract and it was left off. I was supposed to be reimbursed and never was. They did not have the pool start up working and I had issues for weeks before someone came out. I realize there are issues when working with contractors but at the end of the day I feel a company should do what they say they are going to do. I'm just receiving this online review a year after my pool was built. Overall I believe the construction is good the customer service end needs to be tightened up especially with Sales after you sign the contract you never talk to your rep again. Sales person should follow up and check on how the progress is going. read more

Ok here we are 10 days later from my last post and all they have gotten done is failed two inspections. So my pool (or hole in the ground) is still in the same condition it was 10 days ago. My wife and I so far are not impressed to say the least. I really do hate writing bad reviews and I almost never do it but this thing has me spun up. Our project super has been in contact with us once before they broke ground and not once since then All the info we receive has been from the scheduler who is in the office. I am not hard to please...just give me good service and communication. So far I don;t think I have received either. To be continued............... read more

Pool is finally finished. For the most part a wonderful experience. A little disappointed in the hand-rail installation. The installer slopped concrete around the areas drilled to hold the handrail on the Kool Deck. He tried to cover it with Kool Deck material that did not match. I would still recommend them for pool remodeling. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There are not enough words to explain all of the problems we are having with Dolphin Pools. Please feel free to message and I would be happy to go over specifics with anyone who wants to hear. The worst problem of all is they as a company have zero customer service skills. Starting in the showroom with not allowing us to choose upgrades until we complained to the owners later and quite a few problems along the way that has resulted in the owner and general manager and project managers all standing in our backyard and the owner finally telling us too bad but we're not giving you the pool that you signed your contract for. We had a stack of emails discussing the Baja shelf that we included in our contract and the contract itself ready to hand over to Steve but he wouldn't even take the paperwork to look over. BTW They didn't build the Baja...just ignored the contract and our tries to remedy the problem. Again told us too bad and they've been complete jerks ever since all up tell today when the project manager and the safety rail rep called me a liar and said I indeed specifically request my handrail to be 4 inches off of the ground. What the heck and because of this I now have to wait another 3 to 4 weeks for it to be fabricated? My handrail was due to be installed last week but now I have another month to go again way too many things to talk about yes we have gotten the ROC involved and yes we have contacted a construction attorney as well as a few other Avenues. we actually had the project manager standing in the back yard telling me specifically and laughing saying "sometimes they mess things up on purpose and the customer just has to deal with it". As well as several references to automobiles one being "you just have to drive it off the lot and fix the problems later". I don't want to fix the problems after the pool is built if you can plainly see them along the way . I just want to put my rating on here as a consumer and say save yourself the heartache and headache and choose someone else DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU THEY KNOW HOW TO DO A HANDICAPPED accessible pool. We are being punished buy waiting while they figure it out! It is such a joke and them the be treated so poorly is just icing on the nasty cake! read more

Kimble was easy to work with and we love the design. However, follow-up and response on issues post sale would rate a 1 star. I had my first pool built by Dolphin and aside from typical problems over the years it was a good pool. I tried to have them design a pool for my new house so I filled out the online information and received a call with in about an hour to ask me who referred me to them and I told the lady that I did since they had built my last pool, she said great and she would get a designer on the phone then came back on and said that the designer was on the phone and she would have him call me back, which after about 6 weeks I am now convinced that it will never happen. I have talked to other companies since who have followed through and are very interested in having my business so I will no longer be even interested in getting a quote. read more

Contacted Dolphin Pools for a new pool build quote on June 7, 2018. We saw their sign on a home 5 houses down from us, so we decided to give them a call. Received an email from Aubrie of Dolphin Pools. She told us that they do not service the area that we live in. I asked, how can that be when you are building a pool 5 houses down from us. Her response was "oh" then the reason was that none of their contractors would come to the east valley because they are so busy. I explained to her that we are not looking to have the pool built the following day, we are only looking for a quote. So obviously from the poor customer service she was showing they didn't want our business and tried making excuses. Aubrie finally stated that she would have one of their design consultants contact us to schedule an appointment for a pool quote. Not surprising as of June 28, 2018 NOBODY from Dolphin pools has contacted us. They do not want any knew business, would not recommend them at all based on the poor customer service we received from just trying to get a quote. Beware!!!! read more

Our Salesperson, Craig McC, has been tremendous in all aspects, from pool design to follow-up after the pool was completed. Dolphin Pools finished the pool on time as promised. The Supervisor was out here throughout the build and was available to answer questions on a timely basis. He delivered everything he promised. Dolphin Pools recently completed our new pool and the experience could not have been better! Our project coordinator, Dustin Parker was great to work with. The design he came up with suited our yard and budget perfectly. The entire building process from start to finish was incredibly smooth and took less time than we anticipated. The superintendent, George was always available for questions and periodically came by to check in on the progress of our pool. Tonia in the office did a fantastic job scheduling every step so that the project ran efficiently. Our pool came out better than we imagined and we can't wait to enjoy it this summer. I would highly recommend Dolphin to anyone looking to build a new pool! read more

We choose Dolpin Pools because we liked their design better than the other competitors. They also had the best pricing. Unfortunately, we had to change our design due to the pool being too small when they mapped it out on the dirt. That delayed us two weeks. In additon, our pool required a hard dig (not included in price) that cost us another $4,000. Another delay. When they framed the pool decking, it was not large enough so we had to add another 168 square feet of decking another cost. When they installed the pool maintenance equipment, they installed it too close to the pool and we had to bring that to their attention. It did not follow the design. However, when anything is wrong they do fix it but it does cause delays. Expect some delays as the spring or warmer weather approches. This could be due to rain or other customers jobs taking longer that expected. I would suggest that you double check your design and make sure it has everthing you need and you understand all the details. If you don't it could cause you delays and more money than you budgeted to spend. read more

Absolutely wonderful! When we first met with Dustin I knew the experience would be great. You can't beat the prices and the whole pool was done in about 4 weeks. Dolphin re-did our pool with Pebbletec and all new filtration several years ago. No complaints at all about the PebbleTec, it's beautiful & holding up well. But I feel these guys are a love 'em and leave 'em company. The minute you have a problem they refer you to a pool service company and basically don't service what they sell. We also fell for the ozonator product which nobody is using anymore; thought a company like them wouldn't be pushing a product that really isn't proven to be worthwhile. read more

I don't know where to start with this company how about RUN! Nothing that was promised to us got done once they got the contract that was it we were just another customer. Dustin will tel you what you want to hear to get you to sign. They cracked my driveway (which wasn't supposed to be driven on per Dustin) they are not paying for it. The dig team hit our brand new a/c unit left without saying anything ( surprisingly dolphin paid for it). The fence they hung on the side of my house was a joke.... they came out a second time to fix it.... nothing changed so my gates hanging crooked and the pillars are two inches out of square on my house. They won't pay for me to get it done from someone else. The customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with horrible attitudes . I'll give you one tip if you do desperately need to go with dolphin anything they agree to make sure you "have it in the contract", because that's the first thing they ask you when you question why something wasn't done that they said they would do. The cherry on the topping is the pool guy for the set up and orientation was scheduled for 4:30 so I can be home to learn how to use my new 33,000$ pool.... what he do he comes at 2:30 finished at 2:45 and tells my wife we were his last customer so she can just record him Incase we forget anything.... mind you it is a Friday so he's probably just trying to get out surprise there ....they installed the wrong light and if I didn't mess with it myself before the pool fill I would hve not known. I have to say this is the worst company I have ever seen operated and have already told many friends looking for pool builds to stay FAR AWAY from dolphin read more

Building the pool was a problem-free experience for me. Dolphin personnel kept me informed with emails, phone calls, and a written plan of what activities were to occur, and when. This pool was built in what has to be record time, and every aspect of the finished pool exceeds my expectations. The pool is beautiful in every finely crafted detail, from the acrylic lace on the decking to the beautifully done Pebble-Tec finish to the labels on all the control valves. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE our Dolphin Pool (I have been living in it ) ! Joe Ayer was our Pool Consultant. Joe was very professional who provided expert advise in all areas of design of our pool. We took notice, when Joe did all our planning design that day with no problem. We knew Joe would be are go-to-guy, for our Pool project. Only one (1) concern: Communication with the Pool Supervisor and his subcontractors timing. We made one phone call to Joe, regarding the subs when/time showing up to the jobsite and never had another concern. Great Job and Great Subcontractors (work) ! read more

Our experience with Dolphin Pools was horrific. We wasted 5 months just in the permit process. The incompetency of our project manager was amazing. Lack of communication and then when there was communication it was just lies in trying to pacify us. We ceased doing any further business with them prior to breaking ground. I read another review about Dolphin where the individual said he would not recommend Dolphin Pools to his worst enemy. I have to agree with that statement. The only positive thing I can say is that Debbie who is in management was competent and cooperative in working with us to terminate our relationship. I have read some good reviews so perhaps we just had bad luck in dealing with a bad salesman/project manager. Hopefully management will pay attention to that problem so that will not affect a future customer and they can have a positive experience and get a beautiful pool. read more
